murray tUhaul changed my original reservation because THEY guaranteed the reservation on the website but called morning of and told me they didn’t have the equipment. They changed the date to make it on a day the equipment would be there and added both insurance policies and changed the mileage price from what was on my original contract.

Steven jThe staff wasn’t knowledgeable about u Hal places as they told me the charges were old be conceded at the drop off and that my card wouldn’t be charged there as well as two day one way could be changed to one day at drop off location, which neither of these were correct. This is a training opportunity for the staff at this location. Also, mileage was never discussed with me as I had two different locations to go to before drop off which caused the mileage to go over causing extra charges at drop off. Communication here needs to be greatly improved.

JOHN LLove this location over all other locations I've rented from and I'm a regular I just regret I live in West palm Beach area and the closest office to me is the one on Palm Beach lakes and okochobee which is horrible so there for I traveled to this office where it quick in an out and customer service is an A+
KAREN Ddouble check the fuel before booking. It was on empty when I picked up. But this is the 2nd time I used this location and every time it has been a breeze and super easy! Thank you for the amazing service!

EUGENE RI dropped off after hours. The location was clean and organized. Made it easy to figure out what to do.
Sean Etake 5 minutes and explain basic functionalities of vehicle to renter, like how to adjust outside mirrors. Couldn't find remote to do so, so assumes adjust manually. NOT very safe other basic functionalities, such as headlights and windshield washers. Every vehicle is different. Disappointed

Linda BWhen we picked up the rental, I took a picture of the mileage and the amount of fuel in the tank according to the gas gage. Went around 12 miles round trip and gas gage was the same as when we picked up the rental, we were charged for 1 gallon of gas at 5 71, we have never been charged for fuel usage as we always return the rental with the gage reading the same as when we pick it up, we didn't realize we would be charged, since when we rented from the location at Blue Heron Marathon we never got charged for fuel when we returned the rental with the same reading on the gage as when we picked it up. We are within 5 miles of either location and it is a 10 -12 mile round trip, if the rental gets even 20mpg that's not a total 1 gallon of usage. Any consideration is appreciated.
Joe D5x8 trailer door opened all the way caused the door to lock open while loading. Was very unsafe. Called emergency services waited an hour then was told he couldn’t find someone but it may be 2 more hours. The. Received a text that someone would be there 3 hrs later. I used rope to secure the load and completed my 30 mile trip safely. Never was able to close the door. I’d like a refund this caused me to be 4hrs late and had to call someone to help me secure the trailer.

Martin MI rented for one week but returned after 3 days and your colleagues confirmed to pay back the rest. I sent video and pictures complaining about the store and truck. Driver door is not closing properly. Tires flat and takes more time to stop when I break. Fuel was not at the 3/4 when I took it. Some scratches I took video and showed to your colleagues at the store before I start driving and they said it’s ok. I returned as I took it. You need to talk and train your colleagues at the store.

Robert LThey called 10 min before my reservation to tell me thy had not trucks when I had a reservation made 1-2 weeks in advance Absolutely unacceptable. Now I have to pay a fee for another month and cancel my vacation.

Stuart SFirst van I rented had a low tire alert , and when I went to gas station to get air found out it was a doughnut tire and drove back to return the van. They immediately changed my rental van and off we went but this time no left signal light !! Was afraid to make left lane switches without the signal light alerting other drivers.
Heidi EThe Air Conditioning DID NOT WORK! When I picked the truck up I was told the tank was at 5/8 full. I took a picture of the fuel gauge which was below 5/8. I returned the truck with the same amount of fuel and was Charged for an additional 2 gallons. Totally disgusted with this experience! Regards Stan Young 561-339-2599
Stanley Ymaintenance of the equipment to avoid injury, due to negligent upkeep. I really should request a refund.
