Brahms J.Bertram and Jean are both dishonest employees. I drove 10 miles in a truck filled it with gas - put $10 dollars or gas and they charged me fees for gas. They put 2 days and 2 charges for rental insurance and for rental for one day of rental truck. Never been treated with so much dishonesty and disrespect. Police needed to be called onsite to obtain a copy of my contract which was incorrect. I would like a call back from a manager in corporate headquarters to discuss the situation in further detail. Martin C.Arrived 15 minutes late. They said the brake lights weren't working and they had a guy bringing another trailer back from another location. They said 10 minutes. 45 minutes later it finally came. I had done the check-in the previous night with my license and paid in full. He wasted more of my time doing it all again. Poor service.

Walter L.The vehicle, a van, got terrible gas mileage, Less than 9 miles a gallon. Your 79 cents a mile plus 51 cents a mile for gas makes a $19.95 rental a bad deal.

Cornelius E.It was the worst experience in recent times, and I have been renting vans in different Uhal locations; but in this place it was really awful. I picked up the van at 1:43 Saturday 07.09. I was at North Miami facility at 7:48 pm the same Saturday, my contract expired at 9:00 pm at night. My car was parked inside the parking lot, I didn't know that that place wasn't for customer parking, they didn't tell me. Having my car inside the locked parking I was not able to get home, so I contacted your Customer Service and Jorge managed to extend the reservation until Sunday 9:00 am. Then I went back home in the van, thinking that with the reservation extended until Sunday wont be a problem. I showed up at 9:00 in the morning and I was charged with an additional $20 for insurance and $20 more for having had a day extra the van that is not the case. Since Sunday morning I have tried on several occasions to communicate with the manager, I was told he was not present, by phone they told me that he could not assist me. Today I called at 9:00 in the morning, one person attended me very well, but it did not put me to the manager either. Why the customer service helped extending the reservation then? I did not extend the reservation because I needed the van I extended the reservation because I had no way to return home. it was that or go back in Uber and the next day return in Uber to get my car. They should tell people that this is not a parking lot for customers and if it were they should tell clients that they close it after hours, otherwise I would never have left my car there. What I am claiming in this letter is that I be reimbursed for the unjustified $40 that they made me pay. I hope that soneobe from the company contact me at 561-343-3778. Sincerely Maria F Garcia
MariaFernanda G.It takes too long to get a rental. Printers don't work Conputer freezing. I should be able to book it on The app and have someone hook up the trailer and then leave but the whole ordeal takes almost an hour even when I book on the app

FRITZ V.The employee who was verifying the trucks and handing the keys to customers is such a nasty, rude guy. He was rude to other customers and screamed over me when I returned the truck. Most importantly, I was over charged for insurance when I expressly denied the insurance to the employee and she also over charge me for mileage that I did not put on the truck. I went back and requested my refund, they told me to call but that number has a long hold.
Coutchard P.This placed was a relocation from our original pick-up we have previously Selected made us loose over 2 hours of our original pick up time . Truck was four open with no keys . Store was closed . Kept on calling the number I was provided and the business was simply closed for no reason after having this scheduled days In advance . Made me waste time I did not have . Waiting around till someone were to show up and no one did . Called the customer service phone number and I was told I was granted a $50 credit due to the inconvenienced I had during my first pick-up . Still have not heard from anyone on your team about this . Gerda P.Hello upon returning the equipment I was made to pay for an equipment that wasn't on the truck at the time I rented after it was verified by the renter I bill was $277 for less the 80 miles .I think it's very unfair I use u haul service once every month for almost a month and I go the same place every time and the bill is around $140. If you can look into this matter it'll be greatly appreciated

Marietta L.This location does an amazing job and the customer service is great however uhual policy is unacceptable if your a few minutes late or anything such as having technical difficulties returning the equipment after hours you will still be charged an extra day and an extra day of insurance even though you do not use the truck this is scammish and is in the companies best interest not the consumer because why make someone pay insurance and an entire days rental for a parked truck total greed

DAWN Y.The wait time on the phone at 163rd St was extra long then the last associate hung up. Thank goodness your Associate on 128th street was very helpful and friendly. I will go there again. Larry at 163rd Street was helpful, the lady clerk on 163rd Street kept me on hold for over 26mins. When she did pick up, it was 2-3secs before I could pick up, she hung up on me.

Now we are back to the same old problem! Why not stock up on items in demand!? Very disappointing, not speaking of the inconveniences caused to your customers!
George F.… reservation vs scheduling is confusing, with reservations, customers can be told that others have reserved prior to other reservations or any other excuse thereafter; however, with scheduling, customers aren't subject to excuses, stick to one or the other!

Dennis J.The van had roaches in it. We discovered this only when we went to pick up our boxes of frozen food from GFS. When we started unloading the van the riches were all over. When we returned the van to the location the guy checking us back in said thank you for telling me because he had been trying to track down the previous renter who left a ton of food in the van. We spoke with the manager at the location who refused to do anything. I've disputed the charge with my credit card company. This location is horrible and the manger is Ill equipped at best. He really needs to be terminated.

Mike E.Very poor customer service. Equipment wasn't clean. They don't even go outside to take a walk with you th show you your truck. Y when I did my rental the guy just gave me the key and told me that's the truck number on the key. He says he would send me a link so I can check and verify any damages,mileage, and gas. I spent 5 minutes looking for the truck. It was inside where they keep all the trucks. He didn't even have them drive it to the pick up spot and that's the second I've rented their. Very very poor customer service. They always have the gas where it's not. I had to tell him to come outside and check the gas mark. My phone number wasn't correct I went and have them change it, and they didn't even do that. It's ridiculous to have people treat customers that way. Never again will I go there.
