They gave me a truck that was all over the place. Had steering wheel problems. I almost got into accident. Don't recommend U-Haul. Will file a complaint with bbb

Gerda P.Hello upon returning the equipment I was made to pay for an equipment that wasn't on the truck at the time I rented after it was verified by the renter I bill was $277 for less the 80 miles .I think it's very unfair I use u haul service once every month for almost a month and I go the same place every time and the bill is around $140. If you can look into this matter it'll be greatly appreciated

Marietta L.This location does an amazing job and the customer service is great however uhual policy is unacceptable if your a few minutes late or anything such as having technical difficulties returning the equipment after hours you will still be charged an extra day and an extra day of insurance even though you do not use the truck this is scammish and is in the companies best interest not the consumer because why make someone pay insurance and an entire days rental for a parked truck total greed

DAWN Y.The wait time on the phone at 163rd St was extra long then the last associate hung up. Thank goodness your Associate on 128th street was very helpful and friendly. I will go there again. Larry at 163rd Street was helpful, the lady clerk on 163rd Street kept me on hold for over 26mins. When she did pick up, it was 2-3secs before I could pick up, she hung up on me.

Now we are back to the same old problem! Why not stock up on items in demand!? Very disappointing, not speaking of the inconveniences caused to your customers!
George F.… reservation vs scheduling is confusing, with reservations, customers can be told that others have reserved prior to other reservations or any other excuse thereafter; however, with scheduling, customers aren't subject to excuses, stick to one or the other!

Dennis J.The van had roaches in it. We discovered this only when we went to pick up our boxes of frozen food from GFS. When we started unloading the van the riches were all over. When we returned the van to the location the guy checking us back in said thank you for telling me because he had been trying to track down the previous renter who left a ton of food in the van. We spoke with the manager at the location who refused to do anything. I've disputed the charge with my credit card company. This location is horrible and the manger is Ill equipped at best. He really needs to be terminated.

Mike E.Very poor customer service. Equipment wasn't clean. They don't even go outside to take a walk with you th show you your truck. Y when I did my rental the guy just gave me the key and told me that's the truck number on the key. He says he would send me a link so I can check and verify any damages,mileage, and gas. I spent 5 minutes looking for the truck. It was inside where they keep all the trucks. He didn't even have them drive it to the pick up spot and that's the second I've rented their. Very very poor customer service. They always have the gas where it's not. I had to tell him to come outside and check the gas mark. My phone number wasn't correct I went and have them change it, and they didn't even do that. It's ridiculous to have people treat customers that way. Never again will I go there.

carl J.Put up a return rental sign where its visible for your customers. Instead of havibg the custmer to come inside of the office and wait in line for about 10 minutes in and then having the person s go back outside to park the Van in a parking space is very unprofessional..

Upon making reservation Tuesday over phone gave employee all pertinent info yet when arrived on Wednesday for pick up had to go thru all over again. Why is the employee allowed to have two phones on counter when working with customers personal information? Should not be allowed. Truck was late, badgered for mileage amount, Why? mileage is noted before leaving and upon return. Isn't the customer allowed to travel as many miles as want within their allotted time frame? Left half hour after scheduled pick up time. Customer service needs improvement'

Bruno R.The passenger door was broken and bent from a previous user so is it truck had a lot of air coming through it and rain. The side mirrors was leaning forward so it was looking at the ground for most of the trip. The door handle was missing from the passenger door. When I contacted the store manager Jean he didn't have a care in the world and said I should have just contacted road side service. They allowed this truck to go out in these conditions was crazy. I didn't realize how bad it was until I was on the road and it was too late to turn back. One of the worst experience ever
