I would recommend this location. I made a reservation at the 42 Water Street, Framingham location and when my son went to pick up the truck they were closed. They never notified me that they would not be open on that day. He called the UHaul 800 number and they quickly resolved the situation and sent him to the Worcester Road location.JAMES H.
This has nothing to with the location: I opted for the self drop off using the app, which was extremely painful. In other words impossible, it kept kicking me out of the app saying there was no connection when trying to upload a picture while all precious steps were smooth. The gentlemen at the location checked the vehicle in for me and was very helpful.Patrick L.

The checkout process wasn't clear, and the two ladies at the desk ignored me in favor of listening to their earbuds. The truck return is not well marked and I ended up having to parallel park the truck in (what I hope!) was the right place. There was a lot of random equipment (a grill? spare dollies, rope, trash, etc) around the yard that further confused the return process. I appreciate that this was the day after Thanksgiving and so maybe they were a little behind schedule because of the holiday!RUTH F.

I especially liked this location because of Jemaya. I almost threw in the towel with the online rental process, but Jemaya said I could come into rent, she talked me through what I needed and it was great. Communication and timing were problematic as I booked an appointment on the website, but then on the day was told that they couldn't work on my vehicle because they didn't have the part (I had planned my work around the scheduled time for work on the car). Even worse, the technician that installed the hitch did not properly mount it, left parts of my car unattached afterwards and caused over $600 of damage to the car that I've since had to repair. I'm incredibly disappointed in UHAUL and will actively recommend that folks find other vendors to install their hitches in the future.Nicholas L.

Provide safe vehicles. Clean the vehicle prior to renting it to a customer. The process regarding returning the vehicle is problematic. After 20 mins and several phone calls I was assured I wouldn't be charged a convenience fee. But of course when I receive my invoice the following day, a convenience fee was assessed. Terrible customer service. Will not use uhaul again.WILLIAM W.

Worst customer service at pick up I have ever had. Return was a nightmare since the on line after hours return did not work and there was a 60 minute wait to talk to someone and then I was charge $20 for an after hour drop off fee that was not disclosed. I will never use Uhaul again.MICHAEL R.

Your communication to customers is TERRIBLE. I was lead to believe that there wouldn't be prolonged shipping and was deciding between using Ubox or driving it down myself. It spend a week in my origin. It was cheaper and faster to drive it down. I was also promised that I would get a call and email when it arrived in my destination. I never got either!! I slept on the floor for 3 nights because I never received contact from Ubox about it arriving. I also tried getting it ready for pickup and spent over an hour getting thrown around your call centers just to have someone get my boxes available to pick up. After this experience and the one I had prior to this I will emphatically recommend any friends to never use UBox services and I, myself, will no longer be looking at Uhaul for moving supplies, transportation, or help. Your quality of services and way you treat customers are disgusting.Michael G.

When returning vehicle the sign outside said to wait in the truck and someone would help us. After waiting for several minutes I went in the store and they said that I just needed to bring them the key. Either the employees weren't following policy or your signage was wrong.MATTHEW R.
I started the truck pick up using the app. I then had an issue and tried to complete the transaction in person. The system did not take my credit card. After one hour of troubleshooting the person finally decided to start over fresh with a new order. I was disappointed but not surprised because U-Haul has consistently been very slow when it comes to checking out vehicles hope this helpsSTEVEN G.

the rates and fuel service fees are completely subjective and arbitrary, the service at drop off at this location was sub-standard. The pick up process was simple enough but the ordering process was confusing and changed multiple times, i ended up having to drive much farther to get the vehicle i requested. I will have to look for another viable option next time I move because this company is all about nickel and diming ppl before providing decent customer serviceMICHAEL R.

The staff was rude and never communicated a drop off location. This was my first moving experience and I didn't know what to expect - I didn't realize I had to specify where I wanted to drop off the truck. I thought I could go to my final destination and drop off at a local center and not the original. When I spoke to a manager he was extremely condescending and told me he would enlighten me when he sees me to come drop off the truck. When I came to drop off the truck he was no where to be found. I also didn't receive any type of receipt or proof that I dropped the truck off in perfect condition. This was the worst experience and I would never use u-haul again or refer a friend.SABRINA S.

The guy at the location that I worked with ws outstanding. However, I have a big complaint about the UHAUL webstie and app. I was trying to return my truck after hours and called the UHAUL customer phone number. No one there could help me as the UHAULsystem is apparently setup such that no human being can do a darn thing to enter into the system that my truck was returned. I could only use the website or the app. The website was totally non-responsive when I tried to submit my pictures of the fuel gauge and mileage, and the app would not function either. The UHAUL system seems to be setup such that when you call customer service, the person on the other end will never be allowed to help you based on the company rules, but they will always try to sell you storage, moving insurance, or some other damn thing. I was very aggravated that UHAUL setup such a rigid and inflexible customer service system which is actually just a scheme to sell more stuff to people with the appearance of the chance to help the customer.LOUIS T.

Hi, when I went to return my Uhaul, I realized that the store clerk had accidentally charged me for insurance. When I signed up I specifically waived the insurance because my car insurance covers me in a uhaul, but she charged me anyway. I want this refunded immediately! I'm very upset because she didn't even ask me and it wasn't in line with my online order.ILAN G.

I made an appointment a month in advance and got a friend to follow me to the shop and then give me a ride home and showed up at 7:30 am and was told that the person who does the work does not work on Tuesdays, and they did not have the parts. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY.!!! He said they would call me tomorrow but they did not. I called them on Friday. Oh they " just got the part and were going to call "- yeah right. Call the day before to verify. I returned the trailer shortly after closing time, and the staff was still on the premises. Despite that I got there after hours, the person was very helpful; they helped me back the trailer back in, unhooked the trailer, and checked me in with their phone so that I did not have to go back into the building. I was told that because I had arrived 45 min after the estimated pickup time that my vehicle was almost given away. The driver's side door was damaged (missing key cylinder) such that you could not unlock that door from the outside. I was not told about this before taking the vehicle, and only realized it at a rest stop on the highway. Just before leaving I was told that I'd be charged >$30 if I had not folded the blankets, so I ran outside to do that in the middle of the parking lot in the rain to avoid charges.BRIGID D.
