It took a long time to check out, probably 20 minutes and I was the only one in the store on arrival. There was a new employee who struggled with the computer. The existing staff should have noticed his struggle and offer help.

Very friendly staff, the vehicle was very clean and also sanitized due to Coronavirus pandemic, which I appreciated it very much. This was my second time using U-Haul from this location and Looking forward to do business with them again.

I regularly rent the 6x12 foot trailer from the West Roxbury UHaul location- great trailer and very stable. However, Boston now has a new tax and adds $10 to the rental of the trailer. So I was glad to see that the town of Natick doesn't charge such usury and unjustified tax. Why rent a $26 trailer and get a sales tax of $2 and then at $10 surcharge from the City of Boston- this is a 50% tax!!! Crazy. I'll avoid Boston in the future for any rental.

You guys are literally stealing the money from customer. The Gas was mentioned as full when rented. I drove 12 miles. While filling gas before returning I overfilled because the fuel meter was not showing full yet. I filled 6.5$ worth of gas for just driving 12 miles during my rental. The representative at the location didn't even respond for my mention of overfilling the gas. I ideally would've expected the money back for the overfilled gas. One of the worst experiences.

Great experience. It’s probably a tough balancing act given limited space, but there was som much to choose from equipment wise that if left limited space for customer parking.

We rented vans and trucks from UHaul in Natick a number of times, to help our son move to college, and for our move to a new home. The Natick team has always been helpful and professional, and the vehicles were in excellent condition. The moving supplies and equipment that UHaul provides are also very helpful. All elements of the rental went very smoothly and I am quite happy. The only possible suggestion I can think of is: It would be nice if rental vehicles always started out with a full tank of gas.

I was charged a convenience fee for after hours drop off when I dropped the uhaul off before closing time. I would like that fee refunded and future customers should not be charged that fee as well.

I was treated incredibly unfairly today when returning my vehicle. I don't even have the energy to explain in detail what the general manager did , but it was ridiculous and rude and terrible way to handle any business. I never write reviews like this but this experience made me make an exception .

The truck was clean. I really don't want to say that the truck wasn't well maintained. The front end wandered excessively to the point where it was difficult to drive on the highway. Probably fine for an around-town rental without any highway travel.

The location was amazing. These comments are for the process that is used for the "skip the line" and pick up without going to the desk. 1. Why does the system wait until you arrive at the location to ask for photos of the renter, ID and second ID. I was lucky to have those then. This is something that should have been done prior to pickup. Because once I entered all of this stuff, I had to wait for a live person to review it. After 20 minutes, the folks at the site took care of it. This is a horrible customer experience. It totally used more time than it would have if I had just picked up the truck at the counter. 2. When I checked in online and it told me to find my truck, someone else was getting into it. They had the same truck number confirmation in their app. Really? That's ridiculous. The experience as a whole leads me to NOT consider UHaul as my first choice next time I need a truck. I will look elsewhere. The guy that helped me at the location was great though. He understood my frustration.

We rented vans and trucks from Natick U-Haul multiple times, for long moves (our son's move to college in Virginia - and back) and a number of local moves. Natick U-Haul has always been very helpful and professional, and UHaul's equipment and supplies are excellent. Highly recommended!

Overall UHaul is an excellent Company w/ which to do business. Improvement suggestions: When UHaul's online wizard helps me reserve a vehicle, it ought to specify a couple of key things: 1.) a credit card must physically present at store -- this is becoming an old way to do business -- and I wasn't informed of this requirement. 2.) when UHaul unilaterally cancelled my reserevation --- because my Driver was late, why did I not get a text or email that this happened or was about to happen? It seems like a normal approach to gaining Customer satisfaction -- and instead are plans we were almost ruined. I think UHaul did a fine job adjusting the Cargo Van rental to our specific needs -- and the price conformed (correctly) around it -- so that we, the Conleys paid fair and square -- and thus rec'd excellent service. Happy 2020. Dan

Located on a highway, exiting the location with a uhaul may be irritating for some people because of heavy traffic

The truck cab had clearly not been cleaned when I picked it up. There were footprints on the passenger seat and a disgusting brown goo in one of the cup holders. I had to clean it before I could load things in. Vehicles should be well cleaned before being rented.

Make sure all trucks are activated for mobile app. My truck was ordered and confirmed as a truck share mobile app but it was not set up for my 6 am mobile pickup. The U haul Natick lights should remain on after hours,I drove tight by it in the dark during my late night drop off, adding several more miles to my trip.

Kamil worked very hard to help w/our U-Box. Even w/online prepayment, checkout still took over 1 hr. At return, he could not locate our contract in the system. After providing, we still got charged.
