Lower the prices!! There were 10ft trucks in the parking lot but I was told there were none so I had to get a 15ft truck, I spent $127 on the truck plus an additional $45 putting gas back in the truck before dropping it off. Spending almost $200 for 24 hours is absolutely insane!!Chelsie S.

I presented early Saturday morning to Seneca Mall to rent a truck. Jessica explain they were very busy with many trucks already pre-registered. She looked in the system and found me a vehicle at Taft Road. She began the pre registration process. When I got to Taft Road, the gentlemen there (I did not get his name) knew who I was, knew I was coming and I was out the door in no time. I had a great Saturday thanks to you and your team. The people I dealt with there were great. As for the trailer I was given, that's is a whole other story. One tire was bald with a maximum tread depth of only 1/32", More than half the running lights did not work (Side and rear) and come to find out the trailer leaks in the front right corner. Leaked all over a $1200 dj controller, $300 microphone set, $500 light bar setup. I'm not happy and do plan on making a formal complaint!Scott M.

I lost the key and had to pay $275 for someone for to come re-key it. By the way I found the key shortly after if you want it back. I was told I was insured when I rented the van. Not happy.ROBERT D.

Agent didn't realize the trailer had surge brakes, advised me that it did not. Also rented a 6x12 trailer to load a 5' wide tractor w/mower. The ramp opening on these trailers is only 4'9" which made it impossible to load the tractor as is. Had to remove the 300lb mower and lift over the gate area and then load tractor. Same with the tractor drop off. Added about 2 hours to what should have been a fairly easy drive on, drive off process. You need to warn people on the website of the restrictive ramp opening dimension.Craig A.

Your customer service number kept me on hold for over 30 minutes, while trying to contact my local U-haul Office yo discuss my rental. This has happened weeks ago when trying to reserve a truck.john R.
Van was 600 miles over oil change when i picked up. Check engine light on. Clerk said all good no concerns. Tires bals got stuck immediately. Flat tire from sliw leak. Rear passenger signal didnt work. The vehicle pylled to the right badly/dangerously. Worst of all the pig got 6 miles to the gallon . Worst ever uhaul experience. And state police ran plate " no insurance" i couldnt prove because uhaul app cannot recognise this ripoff order. Terrible experience AgainFrancis S.

The worst rental I have ever had 26 ft truck pulled to the right driving down the road tires out of balance brakes were horrible The counter person apologized and said it was due for service but still charged full price for rental offered me nothing .I know it was a short rental but felt it was very troubling to have that type of experience from such a large rental companyMatthew M.
