truck not clean, overdue for service by the tag in the windshield. Truck had electrical issue. Drove back, ADVISED mean little guy named Kyle. He told me you dont need parking lights. I told him it's law you do, it's pouring rain all day. He said whatever and walked away. Man I got mad. I installed the missing fuse myself in your parking lot and left very mad. Really piss poor execution folks, I get problems happen but hell I even identified the issue!!! And I get walked away from attitude and left out in the rain-literally! Damn you Kyle!Thomas M.

I arrived at 5:25pm to pick up my trailer. When I arrived there were 2 people in front of me....one was currently at the counter getting checked out. I waiting almost 1hr to be helped. They only had 1 person working. That person would check people out and then leave the the store and go hook people up. Each hook up took at least 20 minutes. I asked if there was an option that I could go hook everything up myself and do it online and the person that was working said no that he had to hook up everything himself. He then didn't extend my reservation have we were already an hour into it! When it was finally my turn, I asked him if they were short-staffed and he said no. He said it's normal for management to only staff 1 person at a time. I just can't believe I waited for an hour. Customer service and customer experience is so poor here. I will NEVER be back here and I encourage anyone thinking about renting here to go find a different location. I'm surprised they are still in business.Deanna P.

During this time of pandemic, I approached the front door to the store looking to find a sign requiring customers to wear a face mask while inside the store. There wasn't one. Once inside, I noticed that the one employee in the store was not wearing a mask, nor was one visible anywhere near him. Standing at the counter were two male customers, one wearing a mask, one was not. On the day prior I was tested for Covid 19 as a preliminary precaution to a major upcoming surgery I'm having within 4 days of my visit to this U-Haul store. As my result came back negative, I was cautioned by the hospital to refrain from going into areas that are not protected prior to this surgery. I was mortified to see the total disregard to human health safety within this store. As the two male customers were finishing their transaction, I made it a point to stand in the furthest corner of the store away from them and the employee. I felt that this particular store's total disregard of safe practices with regard to the virus were nothing short of reckless. I will never enter this U-Haul facility again.Timothy B.

The truck made a horrible grinding noise the whole time we had it . We stopped to fill up the gas tank at a gas station and it would not start for several attempts of starting it . Finally it started and we we afraid to shut if off after that . Would not rent from Uhaul again . First and last time .Kelly N.

The trailer is advertised as 6' wide. But ramp is only 55". So the mower I was going to get wouldn't fit. I had the trailer less than a hour, as I was loading my straps ect at home noticed ramp was too narrow. Took it back immediately knowing the trailer would not work. Still had to pay even though I didn't use it and trailer was only gone 1 hr. Wish the ramp dimensions were posted with the 6x12 header ... yes 6x12 but 55" ramp... 55" usable trailer width.. Trailer description should be 4.5'x12' and 74 sqft of floor space. Wasted my time money and energy.Daniel T.
I was given the "WRONG" vehicle and made to come back after loading it. I lost 2 hours and doubledmy work load due to YOUR ERROR. Your service is poor and customer service is worse. Where as the truck was clean, the wiper blades on it did absolutely nothing to help me see in the rain because they were dry rotting, and the car hauler I rented, when loaded correctly, broke my cars cv axle so I am now without my vehicle and they did nothing to help me out other than give me the number to the insurance company who isn't being very responsiveAlexander S.

Everything went well. The only thing that I would suggest has to do with the 24 hour truck rental period. The store opens at 7am on aturday and we wanted to pick up the truck at 7am on Saturday to start our move early. However, the store opens at 9am on Sunday, but having the truck for only 24 hours, the truck would of had to be returned when the store wasn't open. There was a system in pace that required having a smart phone and doing a check in process after or before hours using your smart phone, but that doesn't help those who don't have a smart phone or aren't technologically savvy. One should be allowed to rent the vehicle at 7am and return the truck at 9am when the store opens.MARK ANTHONY C.

The agent we spoke with was extremely combative and accusatory before even understanding the situation we were in. He threatened to add on extra charges for damages that were uhaul's doing and were already documented in pictures from our pickup. Once he got on the phone to talk with someone higher up he carried on rudely, talking about me as if I was not 6 feet away from him listening to the entire conversation. I was extremely dissatisfied with this agent and believe his position should be under review.michael W.

I waited 10 to 15 minutes in an empty store front. I finally had to wonder the property to find a mechanic out back installing a trailer hitch. When leaving at 10:45 I noticed another employee returning from a barbecue vendor across the street. When I mentioned my delay he said well I'm on lunch break. Bottom line is that when one employee is on break the other needs to attend to the front counter. This is basic management & customer service.Gregory W.
