The guys at this location were easy to deal with. I originally went to another location close by, and they got my reservation wrong twice. Had to cancel those, and re-up with these guys.saarinen K.
Rented a box truck July 3 had for 4 days and paid for it. Then August 17 th 2021 Uhaul took it upon themselves to go in my bank account and take 79.17 more. A month and a half later ! Started off fine, people where pleasant. Truck seemed fine, only had scratches front bumper. Then realized after getting it to load air conditioning was not working. Tried several settings, and air would not cool just fan running. Tried send messages and heard nothing.. then on returning at set time 1030am no one was at location. Had sign be back in hour. Yet fro t door wide open. Placed keys in keybox. Though seemed like someone could take if wanted.Daniel C.

Reservation was changed by Uhaul even though I scheduled months ago. Asked for the smallest truck and at last minute they changed the location and told me the smallest they had was the largest truck (26 foot). I drove further to this location and there were 10+ trucks (empty with doors up) sitting in the parking lot, that were 10 foot trucks, like I had reserved originally. I attempted to explain this but was not allowed to take a small truck and still had to take the largest truck. Overall, this cost me hours of my time, and $200 in fuel, when it should not have been that much at all. This experience was horrible, and I do not know why they allow you to make reservations when clearly they do not matter.Tim I.
Was supposed to be picked up at 7:30 am, wasn't able to pickup because someone didn't place the keys in the lock box, had to wait until 9am when opened to get truck. Gas light came on within 5 miles of driving. Terrible service.Carolynn L.

The uhaul motorcycle trailer is the best trailer all around for hauling your bike. Super cheap. I was over charged in the beginning and the worker I turned my trailer into corrected it for me without me even asking (I felt like I got my money's worth so I didn't want to cause any more work for them). The two gentlemen that helped us were excellent. The problem is with your scheduling system. We arrived to find that there was no trailer available for us as I had reserved. Instead, one of the gentlemen had to drive to another location and pick up a spare trailer there. Even though we were a little latte arriving to the UHaul facility, because your reservation system isn't the best, we had an extra hour of wait time before we could leave with a trailer we had reserved days before.robert D.

The return process was very bad. I asked the associate for a final invoice/receipt and they would not provide one. They would not provide me with anything other than verbal confirmation that my vehicle was returned so for all I know I could have been charged for extra time even after I returned it.Cass J.

I was rented the wrong truck than was on my contract. So using the information on the contract I had to buy more gas than necessary because I had the wrong information. There was also trash in the back of the truck when pulled out for me luckily it was already bagged and the CSR removed it before I took possession. I also wasn't able to verify my before mileage, needless to say driving the trucks around the lot for parking and cleaning can add more miles than the last contract ended with.Angela M.

Dropped off late evening when store closed. Tried using the link sent to do after hours drop off. It didn't work. Next morning-even though the truck is there-I am charged $40 for an extra day. I rented the truck for 24 hours paid a extra 20 for after hours service for returning early. Took truck back with full tank charged for gas if you add miles driven you will find it doesn't make sense. Service was HORRIBLE the lady who works in store is rude to customers and her co-worker he almost quit while I was there I didn't have any cash or I would have given him a 50 for just putting up with her she tried to skip me and wait on her other customers and I told her I was waiting she is simply the worst. But she got me back by adding all those extra charges. Was thinking about renting a truck this weekend to move washer but I changed my mind after this experience.Tonette S.
