Customer Service and phone courtesy of the customer service guys were outstanding, All Helpful and I felt. important
First time in a very long time renting a trailer. The signup, selecting, renting, and confirming, online was great. That being said, the service and help at the Nicollet Ave. Store was outstanding, (Mitchell K.?). Thank you!
Trucks windshield wipers did not work well. And alignment was extremely off.
I thought paying over $20 for the mileage on top of filling up the gas was over priced for using a van for an hour
Bad wipers and windshield washers didn't work.
This location and it's staff were incredible. Even with computer systems down, they were able to make the rental process a breeze. They made the moving process SO much less stressful. They clearly know what they are doing, and made sure people were getting everything the wanted/ needed.
There was no dolly in the truck. I called to say it was missing and I was still charged. The actual mileage was not documented so I was over charged
Great guys, easy process
I love this UHaul location and have always had great service snd quick check outs. I rent 4 to 5 U Haul trucks a year for my weekend puppet gigs. Thank you!
The U Haul I picked up was a 6 by 12 trailer, it had dirt and old clothes in it. I had it for 7 hours and it was due back by 6pm. I brought it back at 5pm, I got an early 9am phone call the next morning accusing me of not bringing it back at all. They hire stoner teenage kids that don't care about customer service and are not professional when speaking to you on the phone, and these people have your card info. I had to physically go there and ask them "did you not check the u haul in when I brought it back since you hardly acknowledged me when I was there and did you rent it out the this morning?" yes, that is exactly what happened! I had to figure it out myself for them! NO apology, this was a 4 hour process and they were just accusing me of stealing their trailer essentially and I brought it back an hour early plus cleaned it for them. FUCKING BULLSHIT SERVICE!!
Representative was courteous was in and out in 5 minutes.
One day I go there And I put the my parking in a uhaul costumers parking they said u can't parking here actually they Don't care the costumers so bad seriously
The truck was dirty. Clearly hadn't been washed recently. My driving companion had to sweep out the truck himself.
We were rented a truck that had a giant hole in the back center of the truck. The hole was a trip hazard and hard to work around. The team was unaware of the damages and very kindly issued a full refund for the rental.
The inside glass was dirty and difficult to see they against the morning sun. The van burned 7 gallons of gas over 45 miles of city travel.
Improvements should be made to the after hours check-in and website reservation. The process isn't streamlined and multiple tech issues came up.
We used this location many times and always been pleased with the ease of use/service. But the trucks are always a little dirty. Not disgusting or anything, but definitely dirty. Especially with covid they should be cleaned more regularly. I've also tried 3 different times to use the app to check in and it doesn't give me the option to click on “pick up my truckâ€. And I've never been able to return the truck online either which is frustrating.
Don't leave the tank on empty upon pick up and make the customer fill the tank before you can use it. Very irritating, staff really didn't care. Poor customer service. Plus there was a broken egg in front of the door way that no one was going to bother to clean up. It was still there 5 hours later.
Front desk employees are disinterested, slow, lazy, rude, poor customer service.
Nothing - I was pleased that we lucked out and got to pick up early and my husband said the men working were very helpful and said it was wonderful customer service.
The after hours return process failed me for a second time.
Always had a good experience renting from this location. However, the van I got last weekend was full of onions and potatoes (and smelled as such), windows were filthy, tank only filled to 1/4 and the right front tire was low on air. When I brought up the tire issue, they sent me down the street to a gas station. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to make much of an issue out of it, but wasn't thrilled to be driving a vehicle with a very low tire off the lot and have that be considered acceptable by the staff.
The exterior of the van was dirty. However, with the recent thaw I don't know how they could keep up. I've always had a positive experience at this location.
Impressed with the service we received. Will use U Haul again and recommend them to others.
The location real estate-wise is way too small for the amount of equipment stored at that site.
Our trip could have been a total disaster, but your team turned it around. When we realized we had a flat tire on our trailer and the cause was a punctured tire, we had to take it back. Unfortunately for us, it was fully loaded with our gear. Your team propped it up and replaced the tire. In addition, I had the wrong hitch for the trailer, which your team identified and also quickly replaced. What we thought would have been an hour and half delay to our 25 hour road trip, was just a 30 min. blip. In addition, we avoided disaster on the road. Thank you to your team!

The guy at the desk was super helpful and friendly. I was stressed about my move but he had the truck running and ready for me. Check I and check out went smoothly. Thanks!
Made reservation a month in advance for a 15' truck, 2 furniture dollies, 1 utility dolly, and 2 dozen furniture pads. All that was available on day of rental was the truck and 1 appliance dolly. No phone call or email in advance about my reservation not being ready. My move was made far, far more difficult with the lack of dollies, and my furniture has damage from lack of furniture pads.
Staff is horrible
The guy who helped me was great. It was a quick and easy experience.
Update UHaul pics after each use. I had to take pics in the freezing cold and the pics on file were from the summertime. It didn't show the true wear and tear. Also, make sure vehicles wipers work.
I think dropping it off and picking it up the people helping me were pretty good and very helpful both were very respectful and a lot of help
You guys charged my card twice
The only trouble I had was trying to upload my DL from my phone. The photo itself went through but needed some permission from the camera through the browser. The instructions didn't work for DuckDuckGo browser.
Can't think of anything that needs improvement. I was approached with help right away.
One guy sat on his phone texting, the other was on the computer and, turns out was helping us, but he barely spoke to us. They had their own conversation going on. But they did help us/.
My rental had been rented out to someone else under my name at 9:15. My rental was scheduled for 12-4. I was there at 12 and didn't get my vehicle until 12:30 and was told it had to be back at 3:00. I had requested a van because I needed a low clearance but was given a truck instead.

The staff took care of the return very quickly. And they suggest a location to have a UHaul connector bracket installed. I received a confirmation email shortly after dropping off the trailer.
I was told to use the mobile app for checking in but not even I returned the truck. This cost me an extra fee. And I suppose I should've figured it out but a simple checklist at the end of the paper work would've helped my tired brain.
Nothing. My experience this time with U-Haul went very smoothly!
The people who helped me were great-they were fast and kind.
Don't cancel an order that was prepaid at 10AM because I didn't answer my phone. They gave away my truck canceled my prepaid order and blamed it on me for not answering my phone at 10AM. DISGUSTING CUTOMER SERVICE.
Messy truck, slow service.
