We were rented a truck that had a giant hole in the back center of the truck. The hole was a trip hazard and hard to work around. The team was unaware of the damages and very kindly issued a full refund for the rental.

Improvements should be made to the after hours check-in and website reservation. The process isn't streamlined and multiple tech issues came up.

We used this location many times and always been pleased with the ease of use/service. But the trucks are always a little dirty. Not disgusting or anything, but definitely dirty. Especially with covid they should be cleaned more regularly. I've also tried 3 different times to use the app to check in and it doesn't give me the option to click on “pick up my truck”. And I've never been able to return the truck online either which is frustrating.

Don't leave the tank on empty upon pick up and make the customer fill the tank before you can use it. Very irritating, staff really didn't care. Poor customer service. Plus there was a broken egg in front of the door way that no one was going to bother to clean up. It was still there 5 hours later.

Always had a good experience renting from this location. However, the van I got last weekend was full of onions and potatoes (and smelled as such), windows were filthy, tank only filled to 1/4 and the right front tire was low on air. When I brought up the tire issue, they sent me down the street to a gas station. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to make much of an issue out of it, but wasn't thrilled to be driving a vehicle with a very low tire off the lot and have that be considered acceptable by the staff.

Our trip could have been a total disaster, but your team turned it around. When we realized we had a flat tire on our trailer and the cause was a punctured tire, we had to take it back. Unfortunately for us, it was fully loaded with our gear. Your team propped it up and replaced the tire. In addition, I had the wrong hitch for the trailer, which your team identified and also quickly replaced. What we thought would have been an hour and half delay to our 25 hour road trip, was just a 30 min. blip. In addition, we avoided disaster on the road. Thank you to your team!

Made reservation a month in advance for a 15' truck, 2 furniture dollies, 1 utility dolly, and 2 dozen furniture pads. All that was available on day of rental was the truck and 1 appliance dolly. No phone call or email in advance about my reservation not being ready. My move was made far, far more difficult with the lack of dollies, and my furniture has damage from lack of furniture pads.

Update UHaul pics after each use. I had to take pics in the freezing cold and the pics on file were from the summertime. It didn't show the true wear and tear. Also, make sure vehicles wipers work.

My rental had been rented out to someone else under my name at 9:15. My rental was scheduled for 12-4. I was there at 12 and didn't get my vehicle until 12:30 and was told it had to be back at 3:00. I had requested a van because I needed a low clearance but was given a truck instead.

The staff took care of the return very quickly. And they suggest a location to have a UHaul connector bracket installed. I received a confirmation email shortly after dropping off the trailer.

I was told to use the mobile app for checking in but not even I returned the truck. This cost me an extra fee. And I suppose I should've figured it out but a simple checklist at the end of the paper work would've helped my tired brain.

Don't cancel an order that was prepaid at 10AM because I didn't answer my phone. They gave away my truck canceled my prepaid order and blamed it on me for not answering my phone at 10AM. DISGUSTING CUTOMER SERVICE.

I made my reservation for a 10' truck, extra insurance and moving pads two weeks prior to my pick up. When I arrived at the store to pick up, I was informed that the moving pads were not available and was told I would have tp purchase pads if I wished to have them for my move. This was frustrating as I really needed the pads, but did not want to purchase any. The associates did allow me to use a dolly for my move for no charge because the one I had arranged to use with my new apartment community...broke mid-move. So, all's well that ends well

The location is great, and the guy who helped me was extremely knowledgeable, polite, professional, and was doing the best he could to juggle all the customers without showing any distress, but that's just it, he was one guy helping a large handful of customers that left me late to pick up the van. I'd recommend staffing two at this location.

The mobile/online checkout was terrible. Especially the surprise question requiring a secondary contact phone number to verify. I had to get in touch with my daughter to have her answer the phone call from Uhaul, otherwise I couldn't proceed with my checkout. Took over 20 minutes standing around in the cold and was a very poor experience. This offsets my above excellent rating on the location and cleanliness.
