i was changed 6 gallons of gas ($60 total) for travelling 13 miles. i put 2 gallons in after my 13 miles, no way i burned through 8. i responded to the email i was sent as a receipt. nothing back yet.KENNY B.

The truck was clean and drove well.. It was easy to pick up and I never waited. The gentleman at the counter loaded up my.extra boxes without me asking..perfect..The only negative comment is they didn't secure the dollies in the back of the truck so when I drove off they were bouncing all around.Tracey D.
Have reliable maintenance on the vehicles so you feel safe to drive them on the roads. Have the trucks in working condition so you don't have to feel like you are going to break your back to get the back truck door to shut after you have just loaded a whole load. Have better customer service workers who don't tell you that you're a terrible person after I say that they have terrible customer service when they compare me to another customer who didn't complain about something in particular. I will never do business with this location again.Christa B.
There were some trailers parked right at the entrance that were difficult to navigate around... move those to prevent people from running into them. The staff were very helpful and knew what they were doing. I really appreciated their efficiency and helpfulnessBrian T.
When I arrived at the location, there was no employee behind the desk. I called out several times to make it clear that I was there but nobody replied. I, literally, could've stolen anything I wanted from the store (including your vehicles). After about 8 minutes standing there with no assistance or acknowledgement, I walked behind the counter and peaked my head into the office and your employee (I believe his name is Renaldo) was back there ignoring my calls for assistance because he was "on his lunch break". I've never had worse customer service anywhere.Christopher G.

Cargo area should be swept out before renting. If any dash lights indicating systems that need maintenance are illuminated, the vehicle should not be rented. Associates should greet and acknowledge customers as they enter and ask how they can be helped. Why are so many U-Haul workers such introverts?Rebekah A.

Never received a phone call about where to pick up the truck Paid for equipment but was told that it might not be available The man at the front desk had very bad attitude, was texting on their personal phone, ask the same questions repeatedly, told me we didn't have a reservation when we did, and when I asked him to repeat was he had said when I couldn't hear him, he seemed to be even more annoyed. Very sad as we our previous experience at another locatoin was very exceptional. Would not recommend this location to anyoneGoldie O.

The van was missing dolly equipment that was reserved at the time of the online rental. Not having the dolly equipment to perform moving, is a pretty big inconvenience moving.Christopher P.

The trailer that this location allowed us to drive off with had a wheel strap that was cut or torn off so it was short and created a major inconvenience for our trip. I was put on hold and phone with uhaul for 4 hours. I called this location and left my number, name and complaint and asked the vernal manager to call me, they never called me. I had to problem solved my own issue with roadside assistance representative asking them to meet me at a location that had straps because they called 12 roadside assistances and nobody had straps. I also had to assist the road side assistance with tools and taking off the bolt to replace the strap. The loose strap had I drove over 1200 miles from MN to GA could have caused a major accident and lawsuit against Uhaul, not only by me but the other vehicles and people that would have been involved in the collateral damage. This is a huge oversight and big mistake on Uhaul's end of employee inspection. Failed inspections will lead to major law suits. I demand for a full refund due to the lack of care and the oversight of equipment. I can be reached at 612-715-9013.Zong V.

First off your website apparentlty doesn't work. I pre checked in sent pictures of my DL etc. signed up fr insurance, but when I went to the Uhaul facility we went through the whole thing again so apparently doing all that work ahead of time was worthless. I won't make that mistake again. Then when I asked why I had to do everything all over again they sid they had to verify everything, I also had to take a selfie. I said your website must not work them. One of the employees took exception to that and then started repeating everything I said, yes just like a 5 year old. I asked for his name and he wouldn't give it and it wasn't on his shirt so I had to take a picture and hopefully I can paste it to this message. Additionally, I tried to find on your website where I could extend my rental. Couldn't find it so now I call. On check in the attendant said I would get a receipt via e-mail. I waited 3.5 hours and hadn't received it. So I had to call about that and whoever answered the phone e-mailed it to me immediately. That was the only one I received Your equipment performed well. The person at the store was not good. There were multiple vans blocking the way and it took so long to pick up and drop off. Pathetic customer service. There were trucks available. he said there are not trucks available and I had to book online.Pratibha S.

I returned the truck with OVER the amount of gas from when I picked it up. I will not be gouged for this error on your part!
