There was less than 1/4 of a tank of gas. Seemed kinda low.
LEE A.When I rented the truck, I walked out. Took photos of the truck to show my friends what I would be driving for my move. That was followed by move photos for my protection. I noticed that the passenger side headlight was crooked and falling out. I showed the guy and he got me into a different truck. Thankfully they had more. I guess on an improvement standpoint, touch the headlights and other parts for losseness.

Luis C.The line for this location is incredibly long since only one guy is working at the counter. We didn't get our truck till about an hour and fifteen minutes after the reservation time. However, the guy at the counter is extremely helpful and doing the best he can even though everyone in line is already quite irritated when it's their turn.

Issue was he was alone and had a line of 6 people waiting for him so i sat in this van i never rented and did not know how to disengage ebrake. I left concerened about fuel since i was going long distance. Van was not bad but could have been vacuumed but not deal breaker. Just need more staff on site.

aaron H.The truck I was given reeked of smoke even though there's labels on the windows that say no smoking in truck. Because I did a self check out I did not go and battle this. Also the truck was missing the AC control knob so I had to drive with the AC blowing on Max the whole time.

Victor T.Daniel and his coworker that morning were helpful and great customer service. Corporate online customer service messed up my reservation by changing it from self pick up to pick up w staff. I need to pick up before the office open. Lucky for me, although the office is not yet open, Daniel and his coworker were willing to help even though they were busy. Very much appreciated them.
