It's partially the location and partially the online info. There were some issues getting the contract printed and the return instructions were no clear nor was I given all the info I needed for a successful return.

I have been less than satisfied dealing with the central switchboard/dispatcher/operator. I found going directly to the dealer to be much more worthwhile and productive. (I was once told there were no motorcycle trailers available in Salt Lake City. I wen t directly to a dealer and he had 3)

When we got there, there were two guest with no mask, the employee had to tell them to wear a mask. Everything went fine after that. But when we return our vehicle, MR. HOWIE the person who receive the vehicles was not wearing mask until the end of the transaction. So disappointed. Because we are not living a normal situation and maybe for you is no important to wear a mask. But you are working and running a business and it is required in every place right know. It would be so nice be emphatic with others and wear a friking mask. So, talk with Mr. Howie.

The manager was rude and hung up on me when I was trying to get a problem solved. The truck shook horribly if you went over 60 mph. Not a great experience.

This Uhaul is one of the two best in town..... The General Manager which I recognized from the other location on 33rd S and State Street is amazing. And Howie the owner is also a great guy. Efficient and always great experience!!

The wait was daunting as there were some folks in line who just wanted to purchase a roll of tape or some extra boxes. Perhaps a special line just for those purchasing a product, so they don't have to wait for those going through the very long process of arranging a truck..

I tried the contacless pickup, but there was no key in the lock box. I called customer support and they were not polite or helpful. I had to go wait in line at the location to get the key and continue with my rental. My main complaint is that he customer service rep was not polite.

I was sent on a wild goose chase for all my equipment and ended up at this location. I choose a pickup location down the street from my home and this one was extremely inconvenient for us to end up at. This has by far been the worst experience with Uhaul I have ever had.

I had set this up to be a contact free interaction, but still had to go inside and wait for nearly 25 minutes. I was under the impression I could use the app to schedule the time and that I would be able to follow electronic instructions for pickup. This wasn't the case

This was not the original location I chose. I found out the day before that I needed to travel to this Salt Lake location instead of the location that had been verified several weeks prior. It would have been nice if someone would taken the truck to my selected location.

Asked for a discount for the poor customer service and dysfunctional service but they said they could not help.

I set up the contract the pervious day with a woman, though did not fill out the paper work online. Onsite it was fairly quick and all were polite. I had one of my guys drive so I had him give his license. When we returned jThe guy cleared and said you guys are good to go. Later I realized even though I said not over 100 miles we ended up using 36. I called and got switched tp somewhere else. I gave the guy my contract number to look up to see what the final mileage was so we would not be overcharged. During that call I was informed that I did not have a contract, I mentioned I had one.....the conversation was a bit spirited since I mentioned it was paid for on my card,, with my phone number, my email, etc., .......told my guy to use his license since I was going to have him drive. Don't agree with yourprotocol of changing the name on the contract while using all my info. Personally think your system is flawed in that respect. While I was on the phone with your representative two emails came in verifying the adjusted charges from the location

The only comment I would make is that two young guys hooked the trailer up. I got in the car to give a "light show" to be sure every thing was working. The young guy said all was fine. However, I checked it again at home before loading and found the left turn signal worked, the right did not and the running lights did not. I just had the hitch and wiring installed on my 2019 Jeep and after testing with my multimeter I found it was wired incorrectly. So, not a fault with Uhaul but the young guy should have paid attention and not say all is okay after just seeing the left turn signal. Glad I only had a 4 hour drive during daytime hours.

I visited the Uhaul location at 415W 2100S SLC Utah today. Very efficient process: greeted by friendly employee's, and very helpful setting up a trailer to my truck. Overall a terrific experience from start to finish.

The young man who checked me in was professional and courteous as was the young woman who checked me out. When checking the trailer out, the young man answered all of my questions in a professional manner giving me the accurate impression that he cared about me having a positive experience with this rental. Much appreciated that.

The online web service that controls after-hours equipment drop offs wouldn't accept the pictures I was trying to take. Instead of dropping the trailer off at 8pm the night before, I had to drop it off at 7am the next morning. To get the after-hours drop off process to work I had to download the app. Both the web service drop off process AND the mobile app should work, not just one or the other.

When your customer service reps are working they should cover their faces with masks completely that was the only problem I had was that either their nose was hanging out or they kept pulling down the mask

We hired workers from grandma's. They were a half hour late. I ended up turning in the truck late and was charged an extra day's rental. Thumbs down on that.

NONE of the employees were wearing a mask, both when I rented and when I returned the van. One put his mask on at my request but the others did not. Masks are mandatory for all public facing employees in salt lake county and even if it weren't, we are in a pandemic and I expect uhaul to enforce a mask policy. I will not feel safe visiting this location again.

This is the second and last time I'll rent from this location. We rent vans a couple of times a month for our business. Each time I have rented from this location, the cabin of the vans have not been cleaned. I have found vape pens, melted lipstick, ashes, and crumbs in the cabin. During the COVID pandemic, I would expect that the vans would be cleaned and hopefully disinfected.

Place was dirty, poorly lit, and in a poor location to get to - it's unclear how you're even supposed to pull in. The location is at a crossroad and you can only turn right into it due to the construction. It has two entrances and the staff had somebody installing a trailer at one of the two entrances so I had my 6x12 mostly in the right turn lane while I waited for them. Other than that, the staff was average. Fast enough, informative enough if you asked questions.
