Staff there are extremely rude and inpatient. Went there to pickup a truck and tow dolly, and they didn't gave me time for the safety check. They just want to make money and do minimal work.

The assistant manager I think her name was Jessica was one of the most unprofessional people I've ever come across. I would never tell ANYONE I know to come here because the off chance they might have to deal with her. She was extremely rude to me and my father and the system obviously made a mistake and she would not budge in meeting halfway with a resolution and told me over and over again that it was my fault I didn't show up to a reservation on a day that I didn't make. She said it was completely on me I didn't show up for a date I wasn't scheduled for on my end. My reservation said Sunday, her reservation said Saturday, and then if you scrolled down to the notes said I scheduled it Sunday. And said her system only said Saturday. Not true. And she showed me. Would never recommend.

The two ladies working there were great, You could tell they actually enjoyed their jobs and helping people, Sierra helped sign me out and was great. When I returned the truck at the end of the day, whoever checked me out was not just friendly and helpful but also had a great attitude. Great experience!

I have used this location several times over the years. I also fill propane tanks here. There are facilities closer to me but I actually enjoy going to this store and it is easy to access from the freeway. Staff is always pleasant, equipment is always ready. It can get busy but they work hard to get you out the door. The emailed contracts and receipts make check in/out easy too.

We waited over 10 minutes to turn in the truck while 3 employees took a smoke break in front of the store. They completely ignored us- didn't even say they would find someone to help us. The smoke was gross and their language was foul. It was frustrating.

The location has zero parking available to allow customers to park and go into the office to complete their business. When people do pull in, the lot manager is really rude to people. It's not customers fault that we don't understand the operations of what's going on. I tried to find a spot to park my truck but there is absolutely NO place to park while I went in to pick up my trailer. Personally, I would not rent from this location again because of this reason. It's just a bad experience.

First of all the lady behind the counter that helped me was smug and rude. The truck that she gave me only had half a tank of gas and the check engine light and the tow hall lights on the dash were both on. Then I was charged an extra $55 and still not sure what that paid for. I called the next day and unfortunately got the same smug rude lady that helped me the day before and she was still smug and rude when I asked her why I was charged 107 after I already paid 55. The parking lot is way too small. The next time I move I will go to a different U-Haul location.

All the people we worked with were amazing. Especially on a holiday(and at the end of the month) everyone was super fast and readily helpful to us every step of the way. I forget the name of the person we worked with (she was behind the desk/opened the place up in the AM), but she was fantastic. Super nice and helpful even at 7 AM on memorial day in the rain.

Transmission went out within the first hour after pick up. Had to wait over 4hrs for the tow truck. Uhaul gave us a new truck but we had to repack the whole truck by ourselves. This put us back a whole day of driving/moving and was extremely clostly to us. Would not recommend this location.

I was given a vehicle with 27,720 miles. When I returned it to the establishment they told me I had put on 400+ miles on the vehicle when I had only driven it for 100miles.

The staff at this location were not helpful and not knowledgeable. I originally booked a 20 foot truck which I was not able to use for my one-way move from Phoenix to Salt Lake City. In Phoenix I had to go to a Pharr location to pick up a 15 foot truck which required a much higher rate for movers to be able to pack. In addition to that, they did not have furniture pads in stock at this location. Because of that, I had to go to a different U-Haul location to rent more furniture pads. They made the contract for me to drop off in Salt Lake City. It was a different reservation in my truck because my reservation was changed so much because you could not guarantee the truck that I reserved for months in advance. When I went to return the truck I was able to return it without any issues however they would not except the moving blankets that I only had to rent separately because your location was out of stock. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had anywhere. I have used U-Haul many times for trucks and trailers without any issues, however I do not think I will ever use your services again. Your staff is not helpful and your locations are not accommodating. I am not even able to return the equipment I rented because they do not know how to accommodate these complicated times that are going on right now. I understand the inventory is low however when you make customers go all over the state to pick up equipment and then don't allow them to return it easily, that is a business mistake. I am incredibly disappointed and wish I spent my money elsewhere .

I was able to book a same day appointment so that was nice. The girl that helped me with everything was nice at the time. There is ONE sign on the moving door that says do not park in the lot. This sign is no where else and the girl that helped me didn't say this to me either. I go to drop off the truck I borrowed and one of the employees starts cussing me out for parking in the parking lot. I get defensive and start cussing back at him-I take no shit from anyone-and the girl that helped me starts yelling at me to not speak to her employee that way. I ask "what about how he is talking to me" and she told him once to stop. But he continued. I was patient and willing to wait to get my car since it was blocked in. Then the guy told me I park like a jackass and said I took up two spots. This was an honest mistake that I didn't realize when I got out of the car cause I usually check. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I got double charged for the vehicle even though I didn't damage it and the gas take was filled.

The staff is excellent. Even at 5pm on a Saturday when nine or ten of us were returning equipment at the same time. It went smooth and easy. I wouldn't rent from any other uhaul place. I'll always go back here.

The truck that we picked up had just 1/4 tank of gas. We had to spend time adding fuel to the truck and at the end of the day it was difficult to guesstimate how much gas we needed to put in. The time impact was huge. Would be nice to have a full tank - so much easier ti deal with.

Contacting the store and speaking with a representative is near impossible given the demand in the store. As a result, I physically had to drive there and speak with the U-Haul team. Recommend hiring more people to focus on customer questions. I was very pleased otherwise with the truck/equipment, and the turn in process.

Picking up was great the lady who helped us was awesome. Dropping off was a nightmare. We were told to fill up our tank to 3/4 full and that's what we did. When we got there she said no just over 3/4 and we explained no on our contract it says 3/4 and so did the lady who we picked up from. I had approved the pictures of the truck including the gas tank and made sure it was correct but when i asked to see the picture i approved again she wouldn't show me. She was rude from the start, came out rude then when i tried pointing at the contract she said “i got too close to her” when she was the one in my face. I have never had such a poor experience. It's clear we were nickled and dimed. I'm reporting this to overall U-haul and as someone who's family owns a moving company we're never using your trucks again. Absolutely awful.
