I was giving a gas charge I paid for gas right before I dropped it off I did not use more than I bought. I feel it's because I dropped it off after hours the employees in am can say what they want next time I will take a picture or the gas's hand. It is a bullshit charge.

Please see email below. This was sent to 764053_GM@uhaul.com as I was instructed to respond to on my invoice. I have emailed twice with no responses. Good morning, I have a few issues with the service I was provided. Part of this email is to let you know of certain areas for improvement. Other parts are where I believe discounts should be applied. I originally ordered a 10 ft truck from the 10th and Raceway store(I was using the truck from 10th and Raceway to 100S and 267 in Avon to 56th and Raceway to 56th and Lafayette Rd and back to the store) I originally received an email that I was upgraded to a 15 ft truck at 10th and Raceway(Millenium) because they wouldn't have 10 ft trucks. Later in the day, I received a call that my reservation was moved to the store on Washington St. I called in and advised that I didn't find that fair because I would be charged for extra mileage(see my route above). The woman on the phone said "but I'm seeing it's only 4.3 miles from our location". I had to explain to her that that doesn't include there and back. She gave me a $15 credit which I was generous and fair. That credit was not applied even though I let the rep know yesterday. Since my plans had changed again, I wasn't sure If I'd need the dolly. I determined I'd use more strength vs change routes(get charged more and take more time). That dolly charge is $7. Additionally, when I left the store, I noticed the vehicle was not on Full. I'm not sure how the employees check this or not. To verify this, I refilled the tank before I turned the vehicle in. See photo. https://photos.app.goo.gl/jb8wexSsnpyRm7XGA I filled 6.32 gallons. That would indicate I drove roughly 75.84 miles based on 12 miles per gallon(found online that was the MPG on a 10 ft). But...you know I drove 39 miles. Here's what I should be charged. Mileage Rate $38.61 Safe Move $14,00 Rental Rate $19.99 -$15 mileage credit -Fuel I covered from last driver(36.84 miles/12=3.07 gallons) $7.24 = $50.36 764053_00001_22706909_0.png Thank you, Justin

The staff at this location was very unprofessional. If they can't do their job this office should just be virtual. The two young ladies was not helpful at all and the guy who also worked there just stood back and watched them do absolutely nothing to help. I would never pick that location ever again and I would not recommend this location at all not speaking for every location but the Lynhurst/W.Washington St in Indianapolis, IN.

The parking lot is not easy to navigate. They block the other entrance so that you can only go in and. Out of one way one he corner of a busy intersection.

I had to change the size of the truck and they sent me 5 miles further from my home and charged me 99 cents a mile. Truck was junky and not well maintained. Employees didn't come look at the truck just sitting there doing nothing. Poor service.

I was very impressed with the employees and extremely clean equipment. Using the Uhaul site to reserve trk is not customer friendly. Had to re-enter information multiple times. Ck out was detailed but encountered no problems. If I need a trk rental in the future it will be with Uhaul at this location. Wonderful staff who are great assets to the company I was provided outstanding customer service. Thanks!

The African American clerk in the morning is the rudest and laziest person with an attitude I have came across in a long while. I am African American and I am throwing him under the bus - What does that say! Terrible experience and that's the reason I decided to walk to the parking lot to use the 24/7 Truck Share instead of me dealing with that person. I have used your location in the past and will continue to do so as my home location. But, this “guy” is a piece of work!! Please make aware I am not talking about the gentleman who was there when I dropped-off the truck on Sunday, October 25th. He was courtesies and welcoming. - Needs to be rewarded for his job!

I rate this location because I was forced to use this location. I did an online rental for the truck at a location 2 miles from where I needed it. However that location was closed in the day I was ti pick it up!! I spend 45 minutes on hold when I called & the poor guy who finally answered got an ear full. I had a moving crew who had to wait over an hour while I drove 30 minutes away to get the truck that was promised to me at a different location. I incured extra mileage charges due to location pickup!! Mad does not begin to describe how I felt. I will definitely review this on social media & it will NOT be a good review of U-Haul!

The whole experience was extremely unprofessional.. one of the workers was facetiming someone and talking about oossibly getting shot at while trying to pick up the truck. When we dropped it off I was told Id receive my money back from not used miles within 10 minutes. After a couple hours I went back up there and they told me it'd be 3-5 business days.. i never received any kind of receipt or confirmation for the rental I'm not sure what's going on with that transaction. If someone would reach out to me about it I'd definitely appreciate it...
