Overall the experience was good, the truck I rented was extremely dirty on the outside and smelled of smoke. I did take pics if needed. I would also not that the driverside sun visor was missing. The staff and experience overall was good.robert J.

Terrible customer service. Didn't get the truck I reserved. The truck I got wasn't big enough to fit a 13' table which is why I requested the truck I did. Didn't get the pads I reserved. Truck has been wrecked so one headlight shone down. Auto transport had a brake light out. Mileage was off from the paperwork. When I complained, I was told that was the best they could do. I had no choice since I had flown in and had to get everything that day.Timothy M.
The general manage was helpful and friendly when I picked up the truck. When I returned the truck I was attempting to place the truck back where I got it from. An employee wearing a green safari type hat started waving his arms and banging/hitting a sign that said drop off equipment here. I did not see the sign when I pulled in, but for that employee to go off on me and hitting the sign was very unprofessional. I told him that was not the way to treat a customer. Yes I let my dissatisfaction the way I was treated to get the best of me. I told the general manager he needs to give the employee some attitude adjustment. I use this store for all my moving needs, and I hope that I never run into that employee again. My low rating is only because of that very unprofessional employee. The checkout of the truck was pleasant with the general manager. U-Haul does not need employee's that are ill-tempered like the guy with the safari hat. Sorry did not get close enough to get his name, which is a good thing because I may have ended up doing something to him.JERRY H.

Two young kids and they acted like they didn't care. This was the only place that was open on Sunday. Extremely small parking lot. Offered NO HELP AT ALL PARKING TRAILER!!! I suggested they get the hand dolly, unhook the trailer and he refused. Said Management refused them from doing it. Told me I had to park the trailer with a full lot. Two people couldn't pull in parking lot and waiting on the street to get in. Customer behind me helped spot me while I backed trailer into a small spot. Very frustrating. I will NOT go back to this location and Uhaul Corporate should help this location owner out with suggestions on how to improve his lot. I guess if the employees would have been more helpful it would have been different.Ted N.

Be a little more courteous to the customer, seems like all they wanted to do was go home. I drove across town to get the only trailer available my size and they were locking up. he said he would have to call his manager, after debating with him he fixed me up with a covered trailer with no ramp and said that was all he had, but the lot was full of trailers. I will NEVER set foot in a U-Haul Rental ever again.Paul D.

The reverse light on the drivers side didn't work, and I'm not sure why we were charged so many extra fees. Kind of disappointing. We will use another company or location in the future because it's outrageous that we ended up paying 90 dollars when we had a 58 dollar quote and has the usual for only 8 hours and it was an in town move.Jaela D.

They gave me an appliance dolly that was broken and knew it was. When I returned the truck and dolly the employee said yea some of them are broken and didn't offer a refund or anything.Dane M.
The two clarks there were very friendly and helpful. My pickup location has to be changed, which was no issue with me. And in that swap most of my reservation information didn't move over. But we worked it out and got everything settled.Cole H.

Some of the tie down rails on the trailer walls have slots that are too small and narrow for a tie down strap hook. You can barely get a rope through the slot. This problem has existed for years. I thought by now U-Haul would have fixed this problem.Jeffrey T.

This was not the location I reserved a truck nor was it the size I reserved. I did not receive any notification of the change and this ended up costing me more money and time. In addition, when I tried to call, I was on hold for 30 minutes and then got hung up on. The gentleman at the location were very nice however, I do not plan to use Uhaul again if there are other options nor will I recommend Uhaul. VERY disappointed!!Taylor D.

The trailer I used to rent didn't have a ramp and was around $20. This last one was $15 and a motorcycle trailer with a ramp. The ramp is nice but it's extremely heavy and very difficult to raise and lower.Leslie A.

I got a trailer with faulty wiring that kept blowing my brake light fuses leaving me stranded twice. I tried to call customer service, waited over an hour on the phone only to be hung up on and they did not take my issue or my request for a refund seriously. Will NEVER use Uhaul again.Christopher R.

It was very difficult to get in and out of, for a company where people who don't drive big trucks are expected to drive big trucks, it can be a bit intimidating to have such a small space to maneuver.Justin H.
