Our trip went smooth. Mechanically the truck worked great. It was fast and efficient to check out and returned. My only complaint is that the windows were so dirty I could hardly see out the film from the inside. Also I would suggest that you refuel all your trucks and expect them back for. Otherwise overall a good experienceTodd A.

I was greeted by an extremely angry employee who first and for most demanded that I pull out our contract to "make sure you're delivering to the right store". After "proving" we could drop off at that location he demanded that I had to hand fold every furniture pad or he would charge us for it. When I picked up the truck they told me, that the pads just needed to be in the truck. They told me they had to sort the pads themselves. After being screamed at for several minutes I just left, tired of being harassed. He then charged us for "cleaning" the truck I just spent 20 min sweeping out and also charged for fuel even though the gauge was in the exact same spot I was told to return them at.Korbin H.

The day that I rented the U-Haul truck there were only 2 people working because everyone else had called out. There was a very long line and they were overbooked for trucks. In spite of all this, the two gentlemen who were working were extremely professional, polite, and amazingly efficient. It was absolutely wonderful to see that despite all the stress of the day and the situation, they both paid close attention to each customer in turn, kept their positive attitudes, and maintained an amazing level of energy to keep things moving. Not my first choice. UHaul called 2 days before move and told me a truck wasn't available. Had to change days and was offered this location 10 miles further away. Can't believe they then charged me for the extra 4 miles daily.Jeffrey W.

The location was easy to find and there were non-U-Haul personnel there who were helpful even though I returned the truck after U-Haul hours. I would have preferred a location in Seattle so I wouldn't have had to drive over to Kirkland, but I have no complaints about this facility other than it wasn't closer.Eric S.

Parking for customer cars is an issue. Not sure what can really be done to solve this issue. Staff were great to work with. Uhaul Customer service number needs work since it takes hours to get a call through.Del H.
Vehicle was making lot of noise, it wasn't much of engine noise though and I am not sure if trucks are usually noisy but driving experience wasn't soothing. But overall pickup, drop and booking experience was great..Anil P.

I retuned the truck an hour early. After I retuned the first guy sent me back to clean the truck so I wouldn't be fined $50. I did that and once I came back they still told me that the truck is not clean and I'll be charged $50!! They first guy did not even bother to tell me what exactly to clean when I asked him; did not offer any advice as if they get commissions on the cleaning fee. Unfortunately, almost everybody that works there seemed to be uninterested and crass in helping people. That is not a standard customer service you'd get in this area. Also, Please install a sign or paint a different color on the ball mount, which is sticking out awkwardly on the back bumper. We kept bumping into it with our shins. Very painful indeed! That's a safety issue on these trucks. I've brought it in the past as well. Gracias.Farnoosh R.

The fuel estimate of 5/8 is an estimate (one person's 5/8ths) s another person's 9/16ths). I drove 21 miles with a half loaded truck for half the drive. I added 2.5 gallons fuel immediately before drop off. The gauge appeared to be about "5/8s" and equal to or greater than starting estimate. I was charged for 2 gallons fuel. A refund for that charge should be processed.Gary L.
I say yes to all but it comes with T&C's. The people that helped me in the morning, so nice! Best first uhaul experience. It was when I dropped the truck back where I ran into problems. I told the guy I filled the truck to where it was before and he verified it off the uhaul paperwork I had infront of me. Said I was good to go, then I get the receipt via email and he charged me for gas. Just not sure about this place. Hoping I don't need a uhaul again anytime soon so I don't have to deal with this headache at the end again. Smh!Kara T.
