I was charged for a gas fee when I put it to where it was when I checked out. It would help if the location were not on a hill when they check the gas that charges customers more money. I usually love to use this location, but if I'm going to be charged for something that is not correct, I might not go to this location now. I use Uhaul enough and know how it works with the gas, and at the gas station across the street where it was flat said it was where it should have been.

This is my local u-haul and I use it whenever I need a truck for the day. Ken and his crew have always been great to work with.

Charged extra for fuel. Fuel shown on receipt does not match what it actually was. It was returned at over 7/8 full as requested and as I showed them on return. Guy confirmed I would not be charged for gas, but then I was! $8.50

The guy at the counter was extremely rude. I asked a question when I was picking up the van that the amount seems to be higher than last week. Instead of clarifying, he said “you can either take it or just leave. And I will serve the next customer”. That was just plain rude.

The location was fine. The software was terrible. We had to wait 45 to 60 min to get the truck we reserved online days in advance. Next time, i will look to rent with another company. In this day and age there is no excuse for such low quality software.

Problematic computer system had 15 people standing in line for an hour to pick up their truck rental. Many frustrated customers.

What can be improved...your computer systems. I waited an hour and a half with 10 people in front of me and 8 or more people behind me at 9am on a Saturday to pick up a reserved truck. The employees were frustrated, not only for the customers, but because they felt they were not getting the support they needed to fix the system issue.
