It's been 8 hours since I returned truck and I have not received an email regarding return nor have I received notice of refund for 1/4 tank of gas.Stephen S.
The pick up went perfectly fine. The customer service agent helped me with the pick up process. I asked if I could park in the location since I was the only one picking up UHaul, I was generously allowed to park my location on site. When I came to return the UHaul the associate working in the parking lot Darlton disrespectfully told me that it was not allowed to park in the UHaul parking lot and he was about to call towing company to get my car towed. I told him that I had taken prior permission to park on the site but he kept yelling and being disrespectful. This was uncalled for and I am truly disappointed in the customer service provided at drop off. The customer service agent simply provided me number of the store manager (Jake) on hearing about the incident. Unfortunately on calling, the store manager did not pick up neither called back. I understand that the policy could be incorrectly explained or misunderstood. However, rude behavior to customers is definitely not appreciated. You can easily explain the policy politely. I have always had a good experience with UHaul so decided to take the time to let you folks know of the experience.Aishwarya M.

Gentlemen checking me in was nice and pleasant. Only issue is the time this locations hours on the website. I booked for 8-12 and got there at 8am but was told didn't bit open til 9am. U-Haul needs to fix and not waste customers time!! I don't blame the workers at that location but whoever is responsible for not changing this issue!Stephen N.
Parking is terrible, the truck wasn't clean and we got charged a cleaning fee for answering no to the question "Is the truck clean enough for the next family to use?" when returning the truck.Veronica R.

After returning the vehicle in less than 3 hours I was quoted an additional charges for a damage that I didn't cause. I was not even contacted about it. An arbitrary accident time was set in the report, although the vehicle was not scratched with anythingAHMET E.
I weas charged with damages I haven't made. My repeated attempts to talk to the manager were unsuccessful. For two days of callin I was promised that the manager will call me back which he never did. Then I went to the location twice, last time the manager was there in the back but make me wait for 30 min and never came up.Armen H.

Keep up the good work, my first experience with this U-Haul location was back in 1991 when I turned in a trailer that I had towed all the way from Revere, Massachusetts. I have rented a number of vehicles through this location and have never had an issue. The manager I worked with this time was both courteous and professional.Thomas M.
Overall really good experience, staff was helpful and friendly. The van worked perfectly for moving our daughter and pretty clean (windshield needs a really good cleaning). Online app was a little frustrating as I was encouraged to check in early but it would not let me complete/save info so I had to re enter info and upload drivers license photo twice.Jeff W.

The location is on the corner of two very busy streets which makes it hard to get in and out of. The people are great, just the location is difficult.William L.
This location is convenient and had a good selection of trucks. The online truck reservation process was easy and we selected the mobile pickup option. However, the actual process of doing the mobile pickup didn't work when we arrived so we had to go inside. The service was fairly slow and less than exceptional, though nothing horrible. The drop off process was also fairly slow, but we paid what we expected and ultimately got what we needed.Wilhelm A.

When you drop off don't make it seem like an inconvience that I want an actual copy of my reciept and not one just emailed. I wanted to see what I was going to be charged before I left. Make sure the customer knows they can leave with the printed reciept and don't just leave us waiting at the desk. Checking out the truck Tuesday morning was excellent!!!Abigale T.

The "Mileage Out" was incorrect. I asked the staff who helped to checkout to correct. He as not willing to correct. He asked me to it online. I did not see any option to correct it myself. I called the customer care and they put a not about the correction needed. When I went to return the return it was told they cannot correct it.
