Vehicle was difficult to start, seemed to have some sort of intermittent problem with the starter. Driver's side door had a leaky seal at top which let in rain.

JEROME WALDOvercharged for gas. I signed up for counter checkout and was told to just leave truck without any checkout procedures. I gassed up the truck to where it needed to be. If I was able to do the counter checkout with an agent I could’ve been told the gas was not right and could have gone to fill it. Paying $30 for a gallon of gas is ridiculous. Every time I deal with uhaul it is something. Always disappointed.
Damion FischerMove the displays from in front of the counter. Figure out a way to send one email. For the simple task of renting a trailer I received four seperate emails.

Patricia GawleyI waited for quite a while to have someone show up to help me. The person was knowledgeable and helpful, so maybe there isn't enough people working there. She couldn't find my reservation somehow, I also noticed there was a typo on my last name. I didn't know return requires downloading the app and register an account, I'd appreciate if someone told me ahead of time. Once that's done, I need to take pictures at night, so not sure how helpful that is. I somehow left my credit card on the truck, so I really appreciated it when the store called me and I was able to get it back quickly.

ANDREW BLUNTELLFriendly staff. Very easy rental process. The only negative is the latch system on the 5'x8' trailer door. It was very difficult to operate to close and lock.

Bronte CamilleriThe trailer was a bit dirty, but not to the point it was an issue for me. The issue I had is the trailer came off the hitch on the highway at highway speeds while in traffic. It was fairly exciting and bent up the chain loops on my hitch. I was able to get it to the side of the road and reattached without any noticeable damage to the trailer. But, that is probably something that should be looked into. It could have been a bad situation for someone less accustom to driving with trailers.

mark mcgeeTrailer floor was loose and spongy when you would step on it. The front of the trailer wasn’t sealed and leaked water inside all over my boxes things. Side tie downs were broken in spots. Not maintained at all.

Douglas NoyesCrew was extremely helpful. My hitch was a bit too big so i was able to borrow theirs and hook up without issue. They let me borrow moving equipment as well since another location didnt transfer the stuff that was supposed to be with the trailer. Great place!

Robert MooreI booked twice for a different location and both times U-Haul messed up the reservation. I even spoke to a representative and it still changed not only the pickup location but the specific trailer needed. I have rented from U-Haul before and don’t understand how this happened twice. Not Kenmore location’s fault.

Jeff TaylorThe entire experience was decent and went without issue, until the end. I showed up, the young man was quick and professional and kind. The equipment worked well. I finished early and brought the trailer back. Everything was good until this point. The older guy that unhooked it was sloppy, rude and condescending. Very unprofessional. Was hollering about how wrong everything was, my car was wrong, the other guy hooked up wrong, it never should have gone out. Said I’m dangerous and kept going on about how wrong everything was. Very offensive. I worked at u-haul for four years in a very large moving center as a manger and have been pulling my own large car trailer with this vehicle for the last 10-12 years. This man should be removed. He does not represent your company in the manner he should. In the end I went from satisfied to very dissatisfied and offended in a matter of the last 10 minutes. Get rid of him.
jerry revenig1. Not change location 2 hours before pickup. 2. Fuel the FUCKING truck. 3. You charge when a truck is brought back with less gas, and pocket the money. How bout you fucking pay the customers that aren’t assholes and return a truck already fueled up, instead of being predatory pieces of garbage. And then refusing to even offer a discount and telling me I can siphon the extra gas out. That’s fucking gross. Not only will I never rent from U-Haul again, but I will actively discourage anyone from renting from you pieces of garbage.

Gib AspenI am getting a flat tire and had to contact customer service, I did try to call the store directly as well but I know there were a lot of trucks that were turned in right as I picked mine up so I'm assuming they were busy with that and that's why the phone wasn't answered. I had a ton of difficulty getting a hold of anyone either on the 1-800 number or the app. It was not a great experience especially being a female alone at night in the freezing cold. When I did finally get a hold of somebody it was confusing there were two different text lines coming at me that didn't seem to talk with each other.

Jeff CoultThe check-in and dispatch of the equipment was prompt and efficient. While I had seen the many UHaul videos to prepare for using a tow dolly, I was surprised that I was not able to load my car onsite. I was directed to a shopping center parking lot nearby and had to first drive the truck/tow dolly to the parking lot, then walk back to the UHaul lot and drive my car to the shopping center parking lot. It was easily in walking distance, but not having personnel to ask questions to, or even review the loading process was a little disconcerting.
