1. Answer the damned phones. 2. Set me up for success. I needed the truck for more than two days. First extension online was no problem. Second extension I wasn't able to complete because you'd reserved the vehicle for someone else. It was loaded, and I had no one to unload for me. Website failed and nobody answered a half-dozen or so phone calls. Infuriating to try to communicate and be proactive and to have to deal with systems that work against me.JONATHAN P.

Nick Demario was very unprofessional and extremely rude. I extended my rental online by 2 days and when I returned the trailer he was angry and threatened to add a day onto my rental just to spite me. Turns out he changed the return time and that is currently in dispute.KLANE A.
I did have to sweep out the trailer but the person who assisted me was working about as hard as it is for a human to work, so you get a pass on the need to sweep trailer.TODD K.

I haven't had a single good experience with any U-haul yet. Every time I walk into a location there is always one person there getting swamped, and they do their best, but they are forced to rush you through everything by the rapidly forming line behind you. I would be a happier customer if you were better staffed. Instead it feels like you've cut staffing and externalized a bunch of work on to me through my phone. The process mostly felt like work I had to muddle through alone.BARTON P.
I've never had to rent a truck before & needed one to move my daughter to college. I waited to long to book a truck & I had to try e everywhere. Everything is automated & done online. U-hauls system was easy to navigate. You can reach a person if needed after booking. On site the technology was easy to use. They did have an on-site person. A big shout out to Michael at the Kenmore, Wa. Location. He was friendly & accommodating. Rare in this day & age. U-haul is my go to from now on & ive recommend to other parents.Charles C.

HORRIBLE Manager. Beware, they tell you to maintain your receipt, but ing give you a paper receipt because they're trying to cut down on paper usage, but today I learned they were out of paper. So because I did not receive the email supposedly sent (could have been an input typo), I'm out of luck trying to return $40 of moving items I don't need. When I asked why them being out of paper, and no out going email records makes their problem mine, I was told to take my business elsewhere. He kept saying, we tell everyone to keep their receipts, but acknowledges they had no paper to print a receipt on. I offered my phone to him to see I did not get a receipt, he declined. I do not know if my comment would fit well in this review , but there is a very big difference in between Bothell 's U haul and Kirkland 's U haul ( 85th Ave ) the last mentioned has two people ( a gentleman and a lady ) who treat customers as if they were garbage. I felt very humiliated there on the 5th of September 2021, so I remembered the one located in Bothell that always has a humanized service.GEYSA A I.
Nick was so very helpful . He saved my towing day. Highly recommend Kenmore U-Haul. They have the knowledge and equipment required to complete the Job. Unlike the first stop I made at "Rockys Market" had no 3 foot pigtail to connect to my vehicle.Michael K.

I was given mediocre customer service at the desk, and no information about returning the vehicle after hours which ended up being forty minutes of a glitching website and unanswered support chat messages. I eventually encountered another customer returning a truck after hours and they said when they picked their truck up, the agent had given them a description of the after hours return process and several tips for it to go smoothly. I only ended up getting through the online drop off from their advice.LIZA T.
The first time I picked equipment from here about a year ago they had parking on-site and the staff were super friendly and kind. Today they didn't have on-site parking had to go to the nearest park and ride (13min walk) then the guy who i found there was super dismissive and came out as bossy/commanding, he clearly had very poor customer service skills. Ran into an issue with an overdue bill on my name (not sure why I didn't hear about it before), so got denied the rental and was told to call a number. Would have need great to get that news during the reservation and buying all the boxes and stuff so I could have taken care of it before getting to the shop. Shop staff was patient while I sorted it out and even had the lady I was talking with on the phone call the shop to run my card there since it didn't go through over the phone. They also found me an outlet I could charge my phone a bit on, then got me out the door once all was taken care of. Also had an easy time dropping off with the self checkout. Will want to follow up on the details of that overdue bill to see exactly what/when the charges were, but just wanted to get moving since I have to move on my own.ALEXANDER MACDON C.

The usual from KENMORE u-Haul. Rude. Not the check in guy. The check out guy. Kenmore u-Haul is the probably profitable but soon as anyone else move to the area people will no longer use U-Haul. I go to other places whenever possible. A 20 minute class on customer service would really help. When you pick something up the guy is always hyper aggressive about the insurance.
