Jake R.My original reservation was at a different location in Missoula, 3505 Clark Fork Way, Missoula, MT. I just happened to go there 2 days prior to the day I needed to pick up the truck to purchase boxes. I inquired about my reservation & it's a good thing I did because Uhaul had completely messed it up. I had reserved a 20 foot truck 6 months ago to move my daughter home to Washington state from college. The email condition received had the pick up & drop off locations correct. However, the woman at Clark Fork Storage said uhaul had the reservation listed as a pick up in Washington and drop off in Montana. Also, Clark Fork Storage did not have any trucks left to rent. Luckily she was able to get us a truck at another location in Missoula. I still don't understand how they managed to screw up my reservation like this when I had a confirmation email with the correct information on it.

Arileives S.This location is quite an efficient operation. I picked up the truck in the morning, and was surprised there was already a line, but was in and out in ten minutes. I would suggest that you add 10% to your mileage estimate, as you will probably be low.

Mario C.When I went to pick up the pickup I was told I needed two phone numbers. I did not have two and had to leave to get another one. When I made the reservation that should have been stated. I called to see if I could leave the equipment after closing. They said yes but I need a picture of the mileage and gas display. They said call, and someone would walk me through the procedure. When I called the message said the wait time was 50 minutes. All I could do is leave the keys with a hand written message. National customer service is lousy. The pickup was great.
Leo P.Everything was fine with this location. Pick up was easy and the employees were helpful, friendly, and efficient. The only trouble I had was not related to this specific location, but to the mobile site when I tried to check the equipment in after hours. Another customer was there trying to return after hours and also couldn't get past the step where photos of the returned equipment were required. A call to customer service got us checked in and taken care of. Just took a little extra time.

Shubham K.Stop scalping us on prices and putting all liability on us especially in cases where we have little time and little options. I drove from Seattle to Orlando in 4 days. I packed all the equipment. I drove it the whole time. I paid for gas. I unloaded at destination. I was responsible for vehicle pick up and drop off. I was responsible for cleaning and maintenance. And I was responsible for $45,000 worth of damages should anything happen on the road. So why was I still paying $2,000 just to rent the truck when I did all the work and accepted all responsibility? What exactly did I pay for and why was it so expensive?
Julian R.Make sure the trucks are in good condition. Rubber seal around the passenger door was falling off (almost half the seal. Radio didn't work. Driver side visor broken and hanging down. Truck was clean and staff was friendly and efficient. Expecting customer to bring back truck with 11/16 gas tank is BS! also don't like that hand truck and pads are locked in the back (taking up space) when I didn't want or use them.

Marta S.Manager got impatient when I asked for information on how the login to checking out the truck worked. I'd never had done the new process and was confusing to to me. Told me to step aside. He said a new customer was waiting. He checked my teturnout. He told me my estimated deposit amount deposit amount would not be billed to my credit card. It was and was $21 high than the actual for which he gave me a receipt for which I filed a complaint with American Express.

I called multiple times with no answer. However, the gentleman who was working called me back because he saw that I had called multiple times. He was outside assisting someone with propane. Great customer service!!

Dena M.Their supervisor is a thief had to call the police on them. Returned equipment and asked for a receipt for a refund and he refused. Had a big problem with them. Had to have police come in and clear the situation and thankfully they ended up helping me. The supervisor is awful. I work with uhaul a lot and never had this situation just to ask for a receipt awful bad service.

miranda S.I reserved and paid for a hand truck rental ($7), but it was not in the truck (I didn't find out until I got home). I did not reserve moving blankets but found out when I dropped the truck off that I was charged for 12 of them, that weren't in the truck either ($10). So I paid an extra $17 for nothing. Also, when I arrived to pick up the truck, my reservation had somehow been changed from 12:00 (as my email confirmation showed) to 1:30. So I was 90 minutes early according to what it showed. The app also kept telling me that my phone number was “already in use†and wouldn't let me complete check in, so I had to use my brother's phone number, and explain it to the woman who called to verify our info, and she was able to change it on her end. The app also kept telling me that I had no signal while I was in the U-Haul parking lot and to keep tapping retry. I had full signal on my iPhone, and every other website worked fine. The whole process took much longer than just going into the store. Besides those issues, the truck was clean and worked fine, and the employees at the store were helpful. Due to the numerous issues, and apparent bugs with the app, next time I need a rental truck I'll either spend the extra time to rent in person to make sure everything is correct, or look elsewhere.

Marius N.I was on the road about ten minutes after I left the location and the oil light came on. I would think the oil should be checked each time before a vehicle leaves the location and not let the customer discover that it is low. I spent 1/2 hour getting oil into my rented vehicle. NOT HAPPY!

Janbolat A.I scheduled my pickup in Everett a month in advance and then the day before was notified my pickup was in Kenmore. I thought the online reservation was one way from Everett to Bellingham only to find out the truck had to be returned to Kenmore. I ended up with a mile overage for returning the truck to Kenmore (50 miles round trip from Everett where my reservation was made plus the return from Bellingham) not to mention the gas cost. I truest believe my mileage overage should be reimbursed.
