Person who rented the truck was not friendly or helpful. Did not go over anything with me and said I would get e-mail of contract. Then turns out he rented me wrong truck, all info on contract was wrong when I finally had a chance to look at it. This added time when I turned it in to get adjusted. Luckily young lady working on it in Peoria AZ. was very helpful and efficient.

The Manager at this location was more than helpful professional and gave superior customer service. I should know being I moved 2 times within a week .LOL .. AWESOME WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK ..

Perhaps a greeting and a smile when a customer enters. Also signs that direct a customer when they a picking up a trailer instead of being hollered at for parking in an open parking space. They could learn something from Doug's in Woodinville. I had great customer service there.

I appreciated that the folks working there were very professional. They tried to get me in and out quickly and seemed to appreciate my business. I will look forward to renting from them again.

Maybe more time spent on pre-flight. Inexperienced drivers are allowed to simply drive away without having a vehicle orientation.

When I first arrived at this U-Haul location in Kenmore to pick up the cargo van I had reserved, I noticed immediately the real lack of customer service… The person behind the counter, (his name tag said “owner“ ) really didn’t look me in the eye much at all especially at the start of our interaction, and never smiled one time, and never thanked me at the end of the interaction. Later that day when I returned the van, it was the exact same type of interaction, only it was a different employee… It was as if they could really care less if I did business there or not… They did not show that they appreciated my business at all. Is it too much to expect to get a genuine thank you from a business owner and his employee? Is it too much to expect to be treated with genuine courtesy? Apparently it is at this U-Haul location in Kenmore… Next time I need a U-Haul van or truck, I will go elsewhere .

Staff are friendly and do get people & vehicles in/out as fast as possible. Recorded message on phone is helpful with lots of details.

Provide better customer service training that includes taking time to answer questions completely, knowledge of how to use the computer efficiently to charge customers, and clear directions about turning in the rental vehicle after hours should it be necessary.

Staff needs to be friendlier. I also got charged for gas even though I filled the tank before I got back I would only recommend this location because it’s the closest

We were overcharged for mileage and the checkout person simply walked away with no explanation or discussion. If you manage to do this with even a fraction of your customers you are making a tidy sum. Equipment and checkout help was fine; check-in was rude to the point that I will NOT reccomend you to anyone. Overcharging is NOT okay.

It was a really terrible experience while returning the rental. The associate outside who was collecting the vehicle, was disrespectful, was not receptive to discuss the issues that I faced with the vehicle. He was impolite and I would never recommend this place to anyone, and rather would like to write a detailed post in forums.

The location is understaffed. I was told the gas tank was full which was not the case. My bad for leaving before checking. Service is rushed and unfriendly
