We had such a professional and efficient experience with Nick at this Kenmore location. We loved the selection of size of trucks as well. I especially loved getting a very clean truck and it was so easy to drive. I will always try to rent from this facility. Text notifications were good too. Will recommend.

Everything was more or less satisfactory, except that no parking was allowed on-site (although it used to be, as recently as December 2018) so I was forced to park in the parking lot of a nearby business. All of the recommended lots had towing company signs. I guess you're screwed if the move happens to take too long and you don't have someone available to drive your car while you move.

Charging a $20 convenience fee for after hours return if the renter doesn’t have a smartphone, or if their phone is dead and they can’t complete your forms was not made clear at the time of the rental. It was an added hassle I really wasn’t expecting on moving day.

Great location, staff, and equipment. My only complaint is that there's no parking, but not much you can do there at that location. Will be back when ever I need to haul my crap around!

Uhaul reservations made this experience terrible. I will consider using another company next time. The uhaul employees at the locations were all great, but your system needs work. We had to go to two diff locations to pick up our trailer because they gave it to another customer. That is not a great look for uhaul.

For people who don't have a smartphone, your after-hours check-in process is unavailable. Have a Web-based version that can be accessed from a laptop or other computer.

The trailer's gate latch did not function correctly and the roll-up door jammed about 10" below being fully open and had to be violently forced open. Definitely the worst trailer I have ever rented from U-Haul.

Very rude the only person was there, He ask me to park in other place out of the facility, I explained to him will be just to rent the truck, but still was very rude, when he ask me for my reservation I told him didn’t have one and he told me don’t have any unit avail. I called to reservation center and they get me one same location that mean he lie to me. I think we don’t deserve to be treat it that way.

It is the first time to sue Uhaul but i decided never use Uhaul again. Even never recommend it because of: 1. Self check fee - i didn’t know that and they never explain it in the store. I realized the self check in after returned the truck. They just sent it to my wife mobile phone. Unfortunately my wife phone was died during the moving so i couldn’t check it. If they tell me about the self check in, i should complete it. 2. Fuel - i moved only 15miles but they charged 3.6gal (17$) - it is no way too much expensive. Your truck can drive only 4mile per gal. And uHaul fuel is 5.5$ per gal... fuel is expensive and mile per gal also not correct. I am a little late to return the truck so, i couldn’t fuel it. If you can charge overnight fee, i probably fuel it when i returned it. I had some mistakes but also the store made a mistakes but they never think about it and charged me all. ;-/

I had to wait in line for 20 minutes and then the owne, who was the only one there, walked out of the store for 10 minutes to help someone who arrived LONG after I did to help them with a propane refill. When I called him out on it, he didn’t even apologize. TERRIBLE customer service.

We were significantly overcharged on mileage. We drove two trips between our old and new place within bothell which was less than 5 miles apart and pickup/drop off of the truck. When we calculated the mileage between each stop, it came to roughly 30 miles, yet we were charged 88. Upon returning the truck, I marked that I disputed the charges and was told a representative would call me in the next few days. I never received a call, and yet my card was charged for the full amount. I will never use u-haul again because it seems they’re trying to overcharge me and hope it’ll be too annoying to fight.

Having an employee call my wife at work to confirm she is my emergency contact is overkill! I have rented $40,000 cars before and have never had the employee call my contact. The employee told me that this was the CEO of Uhaul's policy. If this is indeed a Uhaul policy, I would have it changed. My wife does not need to be bothered at work for me to rent a small trailer. If this is not an actual policy please retrain your employees.

The new policy of having your employee call someone I listed as an alternate contact as a term of renting from your location is not recognizing the fact that seldom does anyone nowadays pick up a phone call from some unrecognizable number ie. Your U-Haul location. This then requires the customer to try and contact the named person to advise them to take the call from an unrecognized number to help out the customer so they can complete the rental. This, in my case added nearly 10 minutes to the transaction and the folks behind me in line waiting for their turn were not pleased as well.
