The employee was not happy to be there and it showed in the fact that we never checked the condition of the trailer - either for cleanliness or damage condition. Also, he was in such a hurry - and hurried me - that I never got the blankets for my rental, so I would like a $5 refund as soon as this is reviewed. When I called to see about returning the trailer and I was going to be a few minutes later than the Sonday close time, I was told that I could open my contract on my phone and answer a few questions before leaving the lot to return the trailer. But I could find no place on ANY of the e-mails I received from you that would allow or encourage such actions. FAIL.KEITH J.
Gentlemen tried telling me to take my out of town transfer somewhere else 15 minutes away because they couldn't take it. That's not my problem and if I took it somewhere else, no guarantee that I wouldn't get penalized because my contract said this location. Very dismissive employee.JOHNATHON H.

I drove 30 miles total in the cargo van, I was charged for 78 miles. I was refunded the money once I pointed out the mistake, but now it's going to take 3 to 5 business days to get my money back. Common sense was all that was needed to figure this out, maybe more on the job training and responsibility is needed at this location. The van was excellent and served it's purpose, but the employees at this location just didn't seem to care and weren't very helpful. I would never use this location again. The employees just seem like they are riding the clock, no pride in their work. You should hire more mature individuals who take their job serious.Luis P.

My truck broke down between Tucson and El Paso. I agreed to unload the broken down truck and load the new truck. For agreeing to do this Uhaul promised to reimburse me $400 for the aggravation and inconvenience. I filled out all paperwork associated with this. They did not pay the agreed upon amount. I've spent over 2 hours on hold in one day to be told that no one knows anything about it. Customer service told me they are not allowed to check on this and call me back. Only roadside assistance is allowed to help with this.RICHARD H.
The trash cans are full and trash on the ground where you pick up/drop off the truck. Leaf build up around trailers that have not been moved in a while. Hard to find. Customer service is lacking terribly. I wonder if corporate knows about this?CHRISTEL M.

I did not appreciate that when I went in to rent a 10â€ they gave me a 17â€, at this location there was a 10â€ sitting out on the lot the work told me that they could only rent that 10â€ that is out there on the lot could only be rented for twenty four hours. And the equipment I asked for I did not get, I asked for a appliance dolly I received a basic dolly I also wanted two furniture dolly's they gave me one. In other words they didn't have any of the equipment I asked for. One last thing when did your company stop rent out your trucks for the amount of days the customers ask for I ask to rent for two days I was told that I could only rent for twenty four hours. VERY, VERY, DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS LOCATION!!!!!GENIVRA W.

Everything i planed ahead of time to make sure my family move to Florida was great with no problems. Well it sucked to high hell. The manager Jacob had me happy to know everything was set and ready to go, but to my surprise the hitch that needed to ordered wasnt! I waited a few days called the store to check if everything still on point just to be told that my hitch wasnt ever ordered! Fyi i had to be out my place because my lease was up so you can just imagine my stress level how worried and how high my anxiety got. I had to pray to god someone had the hitch i needed! I paid 123.67 more for my hitch than the one i was supposed to get. Not sure if i will use uhaul again just a horrible situation.DENISIA J.

The morning of my rental they ran my credit card twice, because their â€œcomputer crashedâ€, the next day after I realized what happened, I called customer service and spoke with 3 people who said could not help me because they were not billing specialists and transferred me to billing which came back to them? Also, I was 90 minutes late returning my trailer (6 hr rental) which I called them ahead of time and told them. After I dropped it off I was emailed a new invoice for $120; which 6 hr trailer rental was $60; when I called them and asked how much a 24 hour rental cost, they said $60... so UHAUL charged me 2 days of rental for me only having it for 7.5 hours!! Don't go to this location; they are scammersJohn B.

Was over charged in so many ways. - 1 extra day rental - 1 extra dolly rental - 1 furniture pad use Had to dispute to lower the charges, tech appeared to be bothered by having to adjust for overages. The itemized receipt appears to represent the charges still allocated, but wherever the deductions were made it seemed to have reimbursed me some of the overage (enough to cut my losses and go, super tired after a long move & I wasn't down to have a back and forth) The billing seems super shady and un trustworthy. Not sure if its a Uhaul thing or location thing but it blows non the less.AZARIAS L.
A location closer to where I needed to pick up had a trailer available. I know this because I stopped by there first. Unfortunately for me, they said it wasn't a one way rental so I had to drive farther to the other location. If a trailer is available, a person should be able to rent it regardless if it's one way or round trip. This cost me unnecessary delays.WILLIAM B.
The equipment that I rented. (small auto transport) worked well for what I needed which was for only a few hours. The only issue I encountered was that the equipment is very old and rusty. And not just surface rust, it seemed to drop a lot of rust chunks as I was loading and unloading my car. It didn't cause any issue except for concern.
