When I arrived there was no one at the desk. Just a quick step out of the open back door and I spotted a person working on a group of boxes. I greeted and her she dropped what she was doing and helped me immediately. That is wonderful customer service! When I dropped off the vehicle, I was immediately greeted and the process was nice and quick. Thanks for making this a pleasant experience.
truck had new tires, ran great, and the truck helped us complete moving, so can I really complain? But I have to say: *1 person working at a time at the desk during a long line, took about 40 min just to get to my turn in line. *truck cup holders were gross with crusty food bits and still some trash on the floor *truck gas level lower than the receipt, took photo on text app. *truck DID NOT have appliance dolly that we reserved, so technically, was the truck actually ready? *had to drive to near by location to obtain appliance dolly *they charged my card again at the other location when I came to pick it up and it took almost 30 minutes for them to complete the process. they said it was "because the dolly had a serial number". *on my reservation sheet, it says $50 credit if truck is not ready, I would consider it, not ready.
The manager was very helpful... the passenger mirror needed to be tightened and he took care of it right away.
The vehicle was ready when I arrived, since I filled out the forms on-line check in was quickly accomplished and return was just as quick and smooth
The Indio location staff was great. Both check out and check in person were pleasant and helpful. However, I needed to contact customer service during my trip when I realized the dolly I rented was not in the truck. This was no issue as I did not need it, so that aspect worked out well. But the representative at 1-800-GOUHAUL was EXTREMELY rude, beyond rude. Not once but four times was sarcastic. When I asked for his name at the end of the call, he said “No, you can't have my name,†and hung up on me. When I went to drop off the rental, I asked the young lady at the counter if the note of the missing dolly was made on my account to which she replied, “no.†It's no surprise to me that he wouldn't want his name recorded on my file as his attitude and unwillingness to assist me was a disservice not only to me, but to your company. It's appalling. The young lady at the counter apologized for the negative experience, but someone should look into this further because that man shouldn't be working on the phone until he gets further training.
The team at this location is AWESOME. Friendly, responsive and solutions driven. I could not be more pleased!
I ask the attendant not to charge me for the insurance and he did ! Maybe be able to really hear the customers
We ordered a dolly with the rental and were told none were available at the time of pick up, but we could purchase one for $40...that wasn't right. The guy behind the counter was not helpful and was rude to us in front of other customers.
Great customer service experience from the beginning to the end.
The process was easy and fast. The staff was helpful and knew their jobs well.
The van I rented was very handy, easy to Drive. The only issue I had was the Rack behind the Driver and passenger seat was so loose and Loud, it rattled the whole time I had the Van, very irritating. It must be fixed b4 next rental.

Uhaul was not cleaned, inside and outside extremely dirty. For paying such a high cost for the truck, things should be better maintained and cleaned before the next person picks up the moving truck.

Nothing, everything was perfect.
Trucks breaks are bad and it's hard to break, also I tried to lock the back gate of the truck but the bold lock wouldn't work.
I can honestly say I've never had a better experience!!! We were in and out within 12 minutes. Not only did the staff help me but they helped each other. Very nice to see a good team! Keep up the great work guys and gals!!!!

Sean Oconnor made my experience top notch at Uhaul. I have used you guys in the past because the cost effectiveness. With the level of care Sean gave me, I will be solely using uhaul in the future no if ands or buts. Get this man a raise, he truly deserves it.

I called the day I was going to be late and that you can I talked to said he's extended and I'd be just fine to return to the next day by noon and when I returned it at 8:30 a.m. that guy I returned the dolly to was quite rude and told me I had to pay two full days cuz I was late by one day I tried to explain it to him but needless to say he was very rude I went from getting 7.25 back to on the Owen $235 now he didn't let me explain anything so please let's get this handled thank you
I also had a hitch put on. They did not tell me when I scheduled they needed the car all day or I would have made arrangements for a ride. I had to rent a truck as no where to hang out there all day. That was a $50 extra for me

I have been renting at this location for over 5 years never have had an issue the staff here are great, they always go that extra mile to make your experience perfect. I definitely would recommend this location to anybody I know. They really take care of their customers.

Need to improve your phone service. Simply call your phone number and see if you get frustrated while waiting for a response. I always score your business with high marks because you are the best but your phone system needs improvement. Thank you, Red Ralls
Those 2 girls the ones whos names end with anna i cant remember their names but man together they do damage ! Awesome girls ! Strong and dependent like a ford f150 ! Keep it up

I went to the location I was told to pick up the 15' truck. They didn't have the 15' truck, even though I had a confirmation number. They sent me to another location that was in an even shadier neighborhood. Gang members hanging out in front. They also didn't have a 15' truck. I went to a third location. They also didn't have a 15', so I just took the 10'. The paperwork said the truck was full of gas. It had less than a 1/4 tank. Good thing I checked. I took an Uber to pick up the truck and it ended up costing me over $60 to finally get a truck, albeit, still not the one I needed. The 10' truck doesn't have a ramp. The whole incident was terrible.
Sean Corbin...absolutely amazing. Went above and beyond normal job duties. The manager (sorry, name escapes me) also was very kind and helpful. The store was slammed when i checked in but they both maintained positive, upbeat attitudes. Thank you so much, especially Sean for being so awesome. Sincerely, Michelle Fuller

Staff was helpful in person but trying to get ahold of them by phone was near impossible. I was promised many calls that I never received. It was a relief to be done with the process.
