Please give the full receipt when vehicle is turned back in. I was given and estimated bill on-site and emailed the final bill later. Did not know I did not have the final bill in hand. Cab of van was dirty and so were all the van’s windows, hard to see out of. Back of van was very clean.

I dealt with a very disrespectful employee. There needs to be stronger management on employees and their customer service because the employee was unhelpful until forced to and the manager wouldn’t even talk to the customer to figure out the situation. Terrible representation of uhaul that I’ve never seen. Could’ve happened anyways but I believe the employee is big into the first line of defense to show a good business practice of greeting the customer and the the manager to follow up any discrepancies but in this situation both were not doing their job.

I returned the vehicle 4 hours past the first 24 hour period of a 48 hour rental - I asked the clerk if he would consider a partial discount. He said he couldn't and suggested I could keep the trailer for the remainder of the period. I wouldn't have been returning the trailer if I still needed it. He could have offered some small token of a discount. You should allow your staff a little latitude to provide special customer service. Clearly you have a locked command.on the market and dont need to worry about offering special service.

Truck was easy to drive. Was clean and comfortable for long distance driving. I would recommend Uhaul and use Uhaul again in the future.

trailer was not clean outside and had muddy spots on inside floor. Even though I booked on-line and completed all required information and credit card number, it still took a long time at the dealership to complete this transaction. Then the attendant had to take more time to retrieve a camera and take a picture before we could depart.

Just make sure the interiors are dry after cleaning them. Our rental van was spotless but I had to use a few blankets to make sure my cardboard boxes stayed dry. I told the folks at the location when I returned the van and they were great about it. That’s a good crew you have in Henrietta.

Make sure trucks are functional. Also, when someone takes the time during a check in to spell out what was wrong (check engine light on whole time, inoperable lift gate latch), acknowledge it! If you're taking full price for a barely adequate product and someone takes time to make it better for the next guy, it'd be great to know someone is doing something with that info.

Very helpful, met me at the vehicle and I was all done. I thought I left something in the vehicle, so the next day I asked and was allowed to check the vehicle for the item with no problems. Nice place.

The service at the location in Henrietta was fine. Customer Service on the phone was helpful. The technical support on the phone for the truck share 24/7 was horrible! The website doesn't work properly, which can cause you to get charged fees for after hour returns even when you return the truck on time, clean, and with gas because you can't upload pictures! My issue was resolved but not by tech support. They hung up on me twice after having me on hold for 25 and 15 minutes! I never got past giving the agent my order number I was left on hold. The message said they had high call volume. I see why!!!

Estimate for cost shown during my online reservation was less than I was charged for a rental rate at the store today. Store attendant wasn't in store or anywhere in sight when I arrived. When the attendant did come into the building and started processing my rental order he reeked of marijuana. The van I rented also smelled of marijuana. When I returned the van I sat and waited for several minutes as informed of by the sign and no one came out to the vehicle so I had to go into the store. I've used this location before for rentals, and today was a poor experience.

Don't pass along the cost of your employee's laziness. We returned the truck by 1:30pm, but because the employee didn't get around to checking it back in until 3:48pm, we got charged for an extra rental period. We had the truck back to U-Haul in plenty of time. There is no need to be charged the extra amount. I will go out of my way to never rent from this location again.

When I got there the trucking I ordered was not there so I had to take a smaller truck my location for pick up was changed 3 times which is 55 miles from my home

I liked the van but the metal wall seperating the drivers compartment from the cargo is terrible it makes it impossible to check behind you. You should replace it with one that has better visibility.

I was charged $55 for gas when the gas was exactly where it was supposed to be I even took pics of the milage and gas during pick up and drop off.

Rented a U-Haul from the Henrietta location on a Friday from 8am to 6:30pm and returned it the same day. Next day I called to see why these extra charges were on my credit card and a woman told me I never returned the truck. The employees never put it in the system as returned. Someone was supposed to call me immediately and never did. Come to find out the person who previously rented didn't return it on time so all their charges fell on me. I'm still waiting for a Supervisor to contact me. Never again will I rent from this location.

The facility seemed dingy and the guy, I believe the manager, wasnt very receptive to the fact that this was the 3rd uhaul location I'd been to that day due to multiple uhaul errors. I was promised one thing then given another I had to settle for.

Whomever came up with the idea of the lousy mobile phone drop off fiasco deserves to be FIRED! Long and ill defined, UHaul now ranks at the very top for 'stupidist corporate idea of all time'! If you want to drive customers away: Congratualtions, you've succeeded.

Hello I was curious over the odometer reading on my return as my round trips was around 30 miles and according to the receipt there were 42.0 miles on the receipt. Now I cannot point a finger at anyone because I didnt bother checking the mileage. I just found this a bit strange

The truck was great, the store was clean and the rental process was quick. Dan who checked me in was outstanding and a pleasure to do business with- the guy who checked me back n and took the truck acted like I was a bother- not friendly or customer serves based- The manger was so much better! I will come back - its a small location that works well.
