angela B.The previous customer was late to their reservation, and we we're given the truck that was on that reservation. Victoria, the woman at the cashier, put us on the previous customers reservation rather than making a new one and there were complications with the drop off. We had stated it was going to be a one way from Fresno to Visalia and Christina, the manager, wasn't very understanding with what had happened. Luckily the people at the Mineral King location were very helpful and reversed the contract and helped out so I wouldn't have been charged double for paperwork not being accurately corrected on Fresnos behalf.
tyler W.Extremely long line to pick up reserved vehicle, need more people working first thing in the morning to move the line, at least one at every register. No on site parking and told to park my vehicle on a street in a high crime area (CAT thefts). Pre-check would not download to my phone so left without doing it. Employees were very nice.
Jody S.The unit looked clean. But, cab and the cargo area reeked of marijuana. In initially, I didn't think much about it since I thought it would air out with my windows down and the cargo door up. It didn't. It gave me a slight headache and I cannot use the boxes again since they absorbed the smell while in the cargo area. While the rental, the staff and the cost were all very positive, the smell was not pleasing at all.
Patrick M.First off, we got there at 7am. Line of at least 15 people. It took us an hour to get registered even though I had done the full online registration. Then, they did not have a hand truck that I had reserved and they were like "yea, were out." No cares given. Then. We FINALLY get keys to truck just to find that both front tires need air. We pull around and it takes another 30-45 minutes to get them aired up. It's almost 9 am at this point. Nit a good experience when I'm paying $70 to use a truck for just a few hours time!

Arnold M.The truck was dirty and it ran really rough. Check engine light was on , brakes were not the best and I was driving in mountain areas so felt unsafe. Overall, I've honestly had worst experiences at other Uhaul businesses recently so it wasn't all bad. But you should make sure trucks are in better condition when renting them out.

I cleaned it out and kept the thermos. 2) The previous user of the motorcycle trailer had leaked both oil and battery acid onto the trailer bed. I cleaned and neutralized. I did not mind these small tasks. The overall experience, especially the staff, was 5 star. LK
Larry K.Initially told me reservation was canceled. After three employees reviewed computer discovered reservation was valid. Rather than helping me, staff was very short and unconcerned. After manager found reservation, it seemed like it was my problem. I was very disappointed with staff attitude.
Glenn J.Interacted with three different employees all lacking in customer service skills - no smiles, no pleasantries, no explanation of important info (I was first time renter), and looked bothered when asked questions. The truck had parts caked in mud, tons of dents and scratches, the brakes squeaked awfully, and the cab smelled of body odor.
Marco L.At pickup the person that helped me out had no people or customer service skills. She was clearly only interested in listening to others conversations than helping me. The first trailer I hooked up to had cut wires for lights and I had to lift that one off and hook up to a different one. The she said the one I hooked up to I couldn't take because it was reserved like I didn't have a reservation myself. Not one employee see
Joshua H.Employees at the checking desk are rude & unfriendly . Them to top it off I couldn't park my new car in their customer parking. I had to drive around for 1/2 an hour I 108 degree heat! Conrad was the only one who was courteous. They also tried to charge me $60 for gas! Bullshit! I'll never do business at this location again!
Carol U.The young ladies at the desk were very nonchalant and made no effort to a ssist. The first truck that was shown as the rental, did not have a functioning roller door and the interior was in very poor shape. However, the manager was accommodating and assigned another truck. The second truck had a check engine light the entire duration of the rental period. It drove very sluggish but we were able to complete our move. The young man who assisted with the return of the truck was very professional and did a good job. Overall not bad, but could be better.
srinivas N.The truck smelled like cigarettes, the truck was on empty and the manager who was wearing a green shirt that day went out of her way to be rude to me. When I walked into the store and was talking to a different employee they were helpful, he was looking up what they had available and he was answering my questions. The manager yelled over her shoulder that there were no trucks for me. There was an available truck out front. I rented the truck. She got angry and insisted that it was reserved or that it needed maintenance. It wasn't reserved and didn't need maintenance, I know this because we checked. She was so angry that I was renting the truck at this point she stormed off. When I came back to drop off the truck she rolled her eyes at me. She was gabbing onto one of the male employees and laughing. She had her hands all over his body and was making no effort to be professional. The man looked uncomfortable. She then yelled at one of the younger guys to help me. She was incredibly rude to both of the boys who work there. Talked down to them, yelled at them, she gave them dirty looks. This woman was so bad at what she did it was almost as if she was apart of some tv show where they really exaggerate how bad the customer service is. My partner also got heat sickness in the truck. The A/C sucks. Just to be clear the two younger guys who were working yesterday did a good job and I have no complaints about them, it's everything else I have a problem with.

danny T.Walked in and was ignored by an employee who was too busy on her personal cell phone. She was rude and not helpful at all. Manager on duty was helpful. Even he appeared frustrated with the rude girl who didn't help us.
