The drop off check in didn't work on my phone. Which I'm not sure why I need anyways as you can tell which vehicle is in which lot. Unnecessary and frustrating

I went here because it had the most good reviews in town, enough to outweigh the bad ones they received. After five minutes, I could see why. Be more flexible with scheduling changes. I reserved for 1200-400, but couldn't return the vehicle until 630. I called U-Haul before 400 to let you know. You said a note was placed on my contract. When I returned the vehicle I was charged for a 2-day rental.

Received the uhaul below a 1/4 tank. Originally was marked as above a 1/4 tank but it was actually below it, and had to be adjusted. Should not give a customer a uhaul below 1/4 of a tank when they are driving 1+ Hr away

There’s no available parking spaces. I had to park five blocks away and walk to your facility. What pissed me off was that your employee got to park next to the building but I had to walk in the snow. I’m not pleased

Employees should be trained to let the customer know details about returning after hours. I have returned after hours before to other uhauls in kenosha and have never been told that I need to click a button on a smart phone or will be charged nearly double the rental fee. I specifically asked that employee if all I needed to do was return the key to the box and he said yes, so that’s what I did. Then when double the cost turned up on my card, I questioned it and was told by the manager that it’s in the contract. Yes, the contract that is very wordy and several pages long. It would be a courtesy to your customers if you went over simple things like this so they are not charged unnecessarily. I would not recommend renting from this uhaul as there are many others in Kenosha that have their customers in mind.

Pricing was a bit obscene. I rented a cargo van, drove a total of 50/60 miles and my total was $66. On top of the $10 of gas I had to put in $76 to use a van for half a day is very unreasonable. I enjoy the convenience of Uhaul but I will definitely shop other van/truck rental companies for my next move.

I just want to say the gentlemen at this location are AMAZING! They go above and beyond. I had first rented the Uhaul for one day - then had to extend it another. Went to return it - and told him I was coming back on Friday to get it again (this was Thursday) he told me just to hold on to it and he would extend it. I told him I had no place to park it (personal obligations) and he told me I could leave it there until I needed it - he joked about needing it until Sunday (more on that later) but I said no, Saturday. I don't think he realized how much that little gesture meant!!!! Then, I was supposed to return it on Saturday (our last day of moving) but at 5:30 am I was sicker than a dog - there was no way I was able to unload a truck let alone drive the truck back!! So, my daughter called and he extended one more day. My daughter and I joked about how he probably hung up the phone and said :"told ya so!" We will definitely rent from these young gentleman again! Keep up the strong customer service game! These days, it's hard to come by!!!!

The left side tire was severely out of balance and caused a severe vibration. The hitch was worn out and largely over sized and although it was tighten down made a terrible clunking noise. it even damaged the plating on my hitch ball

Was given the wrong address for my reservation so it was not a great start to my moving day. My complaint is not about the team at the Uhaul of Forest Park they were fantastic. My complaint is how the Uhaul reservation system as a whole. First the wrong time was scheduled. Second the time was scheduled correctly but I was given the completely wrong address to pick up my uhaul truck. Third the person I was sent to the first time was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Rhodes Auto Sale and Repair needs to be removed as a Uhaul dealer. Dan the man upfrotn was nothing but rude and snarky. Finally you need to get the reservation figured out cause sending the wrong address to me was unacceptable.
