Don't put female with attitude there. Let them resolve the issue they can at the office ,instead of sending straight to the app to solve your own problem. The area where the customer interacts with the staff needs to be a bit bigger. I know due to COVID businesses needed to shield the work area for social distancing, but the space is too tight and it doesn't look as nice and neat as it could. The staff however is great! Nice job! This store is horrible and the employees are unprofessional, I got charged $128 for 5 hours the most I ever spent with Uhaul a company I've been using over 10yrs. My worst experience with U haulKENDON D.
I placed my rental online, and when I arrived Darius(sorry if I misspelled it) already had the truck and my supplies ready! He was super friendly, and explained everything I needed to know in detail. I had such a wonderful experience that I will also rent it again next week, because of how seamless everything went.Tiffani D.

Customer care is very bad, the person that took care of my case was very unrespectful, he did not wanted me to do the rental by my phoneRaul V.

A bit of a wait on the return, but a check in with the staff inside and they gave brief instructions and we were on our way. The outside worker should have told us the same info, and the truck behind us too, the same thing and saved us the 15 minute wait, which would have been much longer based on his work with another customer. I requested a different location for pick up at Scotland road in orange and was informed you had no trucks at that site. I therefore had to pick up at the site which suited you and drive to my u-haul rental space at Scotland Road where there were SEVERAL trucks if the size I rented during in the lot.
