Uhaul is pretty decent but i never recommend them because they donated money to fight the legalization of marijuana, thus I rarely use them

It would be nice to have more team members assisting customers. Also start the renting process when you sign for the equipment. I rented a trailer and was reserved for 2, I ended picking up the trailer around 4. Hopefully U-Haul will honor the hour delay return forgiveness?

We reserved a truck at the Joe Battle location and when we arrived they couldn't find the truck. They called the Mesa location and reserved a truck and when we arrived they didn't want to rent it to us. It was a huge inconvenience to drive 20 miles to go fight with another location just to get the truck we reserved almost a week in advance. By the time we got back home we had lost several hours and ended up having to leave a day late. Now after dropping off the truck in Chandler we are being charged an additional day, I don't understand why now you can just charge me an additional day.

I've used this location more than once and am always pleased with the ease of every transaction and the pleasant and helpful attitude of the employees. My one complaint is that there is very little parking for customers, which had not been an issue until the last time I went there and it was very busy. I ended up parking next door.

The customer's service person that received the rental truck was very rude, confrontencional ,sarcastic and unpolite to say the least. This was in the afternoon's shift. Contrary, the person in the morning was excellent.

Major lack of communication across all of uhaul. Was told due to a shortage of trucks we would be given a round trip truck (we needed a one way truck) and 48 hours to return the vehicle. Was told several times by multiple people the truck needed to be back the next day. On top of that the front drivers' side tire blew out. The technician that came to change the tire said the tire was over inflated to begin with. Uhaul would not provide any sort of assistance for the inconvenience they caused us. Said they gave us free miles but what about the 2 40 gallon tanks of gas we needed to fill the truck? We do not recommend uhaul at all!!

We're renting 2 vehicles in 2 different states on the same day and rented the week before in another state. This location required more information than any other EVER. When we picked up the truck, the fuel level was wrong-they corrected it on my paperwork. We returned after hours (made sure the tank was EXACTLY were we got it) they charged us $27.62 for gas. I'm still waiting for resolution. Never again from this location!

Equipment turn-in was quick and easy. Having been there before my main concern was the narrow turn off the busy street- wouldn't you know it: the propane fueling station right in the entry was being used. We got it sorted out in a couple minutes.

The team was intent on doing their jobs to the letter of the law. They asked for a utility bill to verify my address for rental of a pickup truck. This is the rule. Though I have not been asked for this EVER before and rent often. But I understand doing your job. All good. I don't have a bill on me and I try a vehicle registration and the clerk finally asked the manager for clarification and the manager says I could just use my vehicle insurance. Lead with this information next time. Because every responsible driver in Texas has their insurance with them. Easy for the customer and the employee trying to do their job well. Happy all around. Hope this helps for improving. I know I will arrive with my insurance right from the beginning next time. Thanks.

Representative at check in was rude. Could not get my card to "work", tried twice placing a hold on my checking account for over $300. Basically said, "Not my problem, call the 1-800 number if you don't get your money back in a few days". Inside of truck smelled like cat pee.

People at drop off location were excellent. I forgot to gas the truck and was given option to go out and refuel or pay higher fee. Drop off went fast and smooth after I returned from gas pump. Would rent again from this location.

The original trailer i was going to recieve was rather old. It had one marker light out, so of course the gentleman gave me a different trailer ( same size) and it was like brand new. The one I was going to get, looked like it was a 2000 model. Nothing actually wrong, but I think it was supposed to be retired a long time ago
