Not a fan of the strict rental policy at this location. No more than 6 hours on a weekend sounds ridiculous. I understand you want a fast turnaround, but most people only have the weekend to move. That's why I personally would not recommend this location. I will consider renting uhaul but never from this location.

James POverall, the expectations of vehicle functionality gets 5 stars. I do recommend to do the ‘self-check-in’ bcz my only negative was they had only one individual processing-in walk-ins & reservations that chose to go via human processor, instead of self-help/self check-out. This took 45 mins of waiting in line.

Anka Pinstruct your employees that the trailer needs to be "almost" level after hooking it up. i bought a ball and hitch from the dealer for the journey from El Paso to Denver, and the trailer was connected much too far out of level. i pointed it out to the attendant before i departed the El Paso dealer and his response was "if the person at the desk measured the height of the truck bumper above grade then what they rented/sold to me was correct." i should have demanded that they change the ball and hitch and re-connect--but i was short of time.

marisol oI’m sure they use the older vehicles for local use, but this truck was on its last leg. Over 153,000 miles and rattles everywhere. It got the job done and no mechanical problems. I really thought I might get a credit for turning it in over 10 hours early, but I guess not…

Tabatha pushed her skinny little weight around and doesn’t ask but demands for customer to do as she says . Threatened to charge me an after hours drop off fee during store hours made me wait as if I was at her mercy of the dreaded fee. Give me a break . I hate coming here . I’m sure I’m not the only one . ENRIQUE LThis is a living nightmare! Bonio is an excellent manager, none, I repeat none of this is his responsibility. Giselle has brought the hammer down as not to expose her poor people, management and overall customer satisfaction is so poor, she owes the IRS. I will change all reviews to reflect the nightmare associated with ujaul. Give me my stuff back. I never authorized the move, I didn't pay for it. I wasn't even aware that all 6 of the unoxed were moved from El Paso to Fort Worth. Unoxed are a disaster area.
Laraine SThis is by far the best U-HAUL location in El Paso, TX. The staff is amazing, the manager, Mr. Benito, is super helpful, they are always flexible and they have an amazing customer service. And the a great lid, it’s that they have the easiest way to return your equipment after hours. Thank you, Mr. Benito, and say thank you to all your staff.
Rogelio VI went in early, my appointment was at 8:00 I was there at 7:45, the response was we are under staffed we will get to you as soon as posible, (there were at least 6 other persons that were attended before me, it was not until 9:30 that they decided to start with my car. (as a side note, at least 4 of the persons that were there before me made a comment, "this is not a great place the only reason i come back is because its close by"). I ended having to cancel a family reunion because of this situation.
Mateo SPickup trucks are in excellent condition. It would be nice to be able to choose between the different brands you carry.

Rafael BFaster when you reserve and pay in the app. It saves a lot of time and you can pre-purchase supplies and everything will be ready for pickup. Still takes awhile at the counter to sign and prepay the rental. However, think if you pay the rental fee, upload DL and fill a questionnaire it would save 30mins. Just validate the driver of the rental and pick up keys and happy trails. Just a suggestion

Jose AI use U Haul for my self & business, and it has been an invaluable tool. I have a suggestion, although informative, the sign with instructions to drop off was off to the left and a bit small. Therefore, It would seem more practical to have the instructions right on the garage door itself. It could say something like: "PARK HERE-----PLEASE, TAKE A PICTURE OF THE QR CODE-----SIGN IN & FOLLOW THE STEPS----DROP OFF KEY IN HERE----- MAKE SURE YOU TAKE YOUR BELONGINGS-----THANK YOU & CALL US AGAIN!" I would use large arrows and big letters. Don't get me wrong, what you have is great, but after a long trip everyone is a bit cranky and groggy!
