Customer service at this location is great! I was able to stop by the store at open the day after I returned the vehicle and was able to pick up a parking pass I had unfortunately left in the vehicle. When I arrived somebody from the office told me to wait outside because he was going to let the technicians know. 10 minutes later I went inside and he told them again in front of me that I was waiting. Driver's door would not close without excess force and ignition would not work without door closed. Driver's seat would not move forward enough to be comfortable driving and caused accident when driver could not get to brake fast enough.JUDITH T.
Probably not likely, but invest in a parking lot where customers aren't worried about being towed or recommend that multiple people come together and one is dropped off to pick up the van, while the others follow to moving location.SEANSTEVEN W.

There were missing elements to the hitch I wanted installed. I knew something was wrong. There was a rep that helped me with this after I identified it and he was very helpful. The Uhaul location was great but the moving vendors you supply were terrible. Both movers didn't show up for the reserved time. I confirmed with both parties and there was poor communication on their side. This caused my Uhaul to be more expensive and rush to get moving help together on a day that was already stressful.Lindsey R.

I dropped the truck off just after hours the day before it was due. The location was so full I could barely fit into the lot. I returned the truck with exactly the same amount of gas, as required and the next morning I received an email indicating I was charged a $58.50 refueling fee. When I called to report the error I was told I would need to file a dispute with customer service!Susan K.

The location initially refused to accept my rental, even though it was the place on my contract. He advised me to take it to a different location because he didn't have space. - I tried to call customer service to arrange a different drop-off location, but was told I would have a 56 minute wait to speak to a customer service representative. In the end, I checked the van in online at the original location - but the location was not happy with me.Peter H.
I drove the truck there, parked in the lot which had plenty of room, and did the online check in. When I walked in to drop off the keys the guy said he couldn't take the truck. I had to drive to another location. Very annoying since this was the location I was scheduled to return to. The UHaul guy was nice and good to work with. The truck was clean and worked fine however one of the tires had a slow leak. The truck reported the tire pressure problem twice. I had to stop to refill air. Attempted calling Uhaul service line but had to wait so due to time constraints, we decided press on I reported issue upon return. Asked and agreed to a discount. However, I have not seen it yet.NOLAN S.
I would like to first say that each employee who assisted me was kind, polite, and professional. My issue was that the truck I had reserved (17ft) was parked behind two other trucks with rows of trucks on either side and as it was adjacent to a steep hill, so no space to back out. Furthermore, it appeared the key the truck parked immediately in front of mine had been misplaced and after an hour of searching the staff was unable to find it. I eventually requested whatever other truck might be available, luckily they had a 15ft on-hand but otherwise I would have been without a truck that day, which needless to say would have been very disconcerting as we were due to move out of our home that afternoon. It was an hour and a half before I was able to leave with a vehicle. The staff was accommodating on the necessary schedule adjustment, but it came very close to not having a viable solution.JUANMIGUEL G.
I brought the truck to them and was told to leave the truck in the parking lot with the keys in it. They did not check it in for 26 hours which cost me an extra days rental and fees. I tried emailing customer service about the issue and never got a response. Make sure when dropping off they check it in and don't count on them doing it.David R.

The front desk worker was very rude and nasty. Uhaul also charged me for an extra day of having the van even after i called and told them that there was a really bad tropical storm and flooding in my city and i had to extend the day because i did not feel safe driving the truck. About 30 lives were lost due to the storm but they didn't care and still charged me $50 for returning it the day after.RYANDANIEL C.
Do not go to this location. They will charge you extra for fuel even you fill yourself. I drove uhaul 10 miles even less but on the receipt it shows 12 mile. I filled gas myself but they have charged me extra 6GL for fuel. This location sucksAZAR M.

Drug test the employees. Smelled like marijuana when I picked up and dropped off the truck. Also spray the trucks with bug spray, mine was loaded with roaches. Also was given a truck on Empty and was charged a 30$ fuel fee for returning it on empty for a less than 10mile drive.Christian C.

My reservation clearly stated that i could use my phone app and get my vehicle on the 24/7 program. the morning of, when im walking out my door to grab the van, i check on the app and see that my reservation was changed to an in person rental, which started 90 mins later than my appointment. When I arrived I had to wait in a long line. Also, the fuel was much lower than the paperwork stated. I hope I'm not charged for the discrepancy. Staff was friendly and easy to deal with despite the tech fails.JACK G.
