Do not estimate miles for a customer that has already reserved online. I can estimate my miles and don’t need these false holds on my credit card for amounts of miles/funds I do not use.

When in Tow/Haul transmission setting, the 15' truck - DC2169W - the transmission would make a loud whirring sound if it was almost - but not quite - at the shift point for a higher gear. True for all up-shifts, but most noticeable for higher gears because vehicle would move through the 'almost shift' point more slowly. Present from pickup; no deterioration over trip.

Make sure to reward the personnel from this location for providing the best customer service experience I ever had from U-haul and the best In general from any customer service experience in these times.. They are good hard working people that concentrated on the customer to make sure all of the needs that uhaul services can provide were met and the best deal on packages were offered. Very Much a top notch Customer Service experience. and very refreshing to be a witness to such professionalism. Thank You U-haul.

Both gentlemen and pick up and drop off were nice and efficient. I want to especially commend the gentleman on pickup...it was New Year's Eve, closing in 30 minutes and he was dealing with multple customers at the same time. Truly a professional and represented U Haul well. Kudos to him . I appreciated how quickly I was able to do our pick up and be on our way. Excellent Service.

I reserved the truck back in November for a Christmas Eve pick up. They told me they would price match what Penske was offering and the associate even signed the reservation and the price. When I went to pick up the truck the owner told me he would only honor their current offer which was more. Had I known that, I would have gone with Penske, but I was in a bind.

Your mobile check-in (both web version and app version) is truly the worst. I was not able to check-in and move past the driver headshot, each time I clicked continue it would delete my photo and tell me to take a headshot in order to proceed.

I refused to have a picture of my drivers license uploaded in UHall data base. It’s ridiculous to do that to rent a dally for few hours!?! My friend volunteered to do that and I was Persuaded to rent the item despite my refusal to the ridiculous requirement by UHall. It’s just ABSURD!!

Make sure the windshield wipers work on the truck. I had a 24 hour trip and it rained at least 18 of those hours. It was very annoying and unsafe to have a bad driver side wiper.

Dennis, who works at this U-Haul, made the whole rental process easier. He called the day before and was at the site when I picked up. Knowing he was there helped everything go smoothly! He's an asset to that location.

The individual who checked me in was super nice and accommodating as was the individual who was present when I returned the truck. I was very happy with how quick I received my charges after drop-off as well, even though they closed at 5pm and I arrived at 4:30pm! I would definitely choose this U-Haul again.

App was super easy and my favorite part. Staff had everything ready to go. No problems with vehicle or calling office to turn in later. Drop ox was easy to find. Only issue is parking. Can’t park or leave car directly in lot but not too far from a completely open lot which I had to carry some carts and items from. Truck size was perfect for suburban to urban move with parking garages and large items. Amazing! Disputed final charge through app and charge was corrected with no issues the next day. Thank you!

The cargo van is very difficult to maneuver because the transmission was very tight. And the sideview mirrors don't stay put.

There was a big gap on the drivers side of the door . It wouldn’t close all the way and I have submitted a photo to customer service . I wish the truck had been checked thoroughly because once you start moving it’s inconvenient to go back and try to get a different truck .

Really long line when arrived to pick up my van. The employees seemed to know the job very well, but it seems the process is just too lengthy leading to long lines and delays. Photos of Drivers Licenses, and even if you use remote check-in it rarely works like it should (other truck blocking your truck). I just find U-Haul's process of picking up a vehicle to be TOO LONG and COMPLICATED.

You have to see the camera how much your customer service agents abused the customer. I asked the hard copy of the receipt but he said no. I paid my money and returned the van but he rejected my right. That is why l will never use and recommend such service area at all. Thanks

The 'check engine' light was on in my vehicle, but it didn't cause any issues. The employee who checked my vehicle back in said he wouldn't charge me for the gasoline, but it was charged on my receipt.

I worked with Dauda Jalloh - he was absolutely fantastic. Extremely polite and helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. He spent time with me on the checkout to make sure that everything was done properly even when he could have left work for the day. I am very grateful for his assistance!

The man who helped me (young African American, with long braids, do not remember his full name, but it began with a J?) was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I was astonished and happy at the cleanliness of the public restroom, as the location was a very small one in a congested urban/industrial area, and as a senior citizen it is a welcome surprise to not only be kindly offered the use of the facilities, but to find them so well-appointed and maintained. I would definitely recommend this location for the caliber of its staff and facility, and not just for its location at a major intersection.

The staff at this location are great, BUT YOUR 24/7 PICK-UP OPTION IS TERRIBLE!!!!!! I lost an entire day of moving due to technical difficulties in picking up a truck using the system. I’ve spent about a thousand dollars on UHauls for my current move and the manager on duty was not helpful at all and could do nothing to remedy the situation. Not a happy customer.

Check in system seemed to be having trouble. ALso, I "pre-checked in" online, but that didn't necessarily seem to make it go any faster in the store.

For starters, the keybox was left open, meaning anyone could have taken the keys overnight - and this isn't the nicest neighborhood. Secondly, it was a pre-business hours pickup and the equipment I rented (furniture dolly and box dolly) were not in the truck - I had to move two loveseats and 2 room's worth of boxes without equipment.

The online check-in seemed great except I still had to go wait to get the keys from inside. Lluckily I got in line while awaiting on the verification because I was not sure what needed to be verified and I thought the site was broken. Then the online text person told me they could not contact my alt-contact to complete the verification. That was my wife and she was asleep and the online text person said they would not confirm until they talked to my alt-contact. I disconnected and just check-in with onsite attendant who would have still have to give me the keys to the truck - luckily I was already in line and did not have to wait behind all the other people.

Booked online and the pricing was not explained...and ended up with over $120. Charges not made clear from the onset which would have changed my plans. Also, for helpers, no additional charges is explained. Better off getting a complete package minus hidden charges in the end.
