1. Did not get emailed receipt. 2. 15 ft truck I rented had 10 in of play in steering gear box, severe pull to the left (alignment) and brakes were poor. Truck should have been deadlined. 3. Other aspects of rental went well, ie time out, customer service, supplies on hand.JARED L.

The van was fine but the process of getting in and organizing could have been much clearer and faster. If I had known the steps I would have done it the night before, but I didn't know until rental you'd have to contact someone I know for verification and there would be other account issues prior to driving. Also the amount of "you break it, you bought it =" language written all over the van interior is a bit of an unfriendly turn off. Also the keys have no remote mechanism and there's no door lock on them, you have to manually lock every door. Absolutely need to know ahead of time!Matthew B.
There was a dude creeping in between the trucks claiming he worked at U-Haul. Made me a little uncomfortable considering it was 10 at night. Had to tell him to back off when I was putting folded furniture pads back in the truck. If not for that I woulda said it was a great experience.James D.

This location is great. The other location, at 916 W Burbank Bl Ste X Burbank, CA 91506, where we originally made the reservation, did not have a truck, KNEW they did not have a truck and made no attempt to contact us. We didn't find out that we didn't have a truck until 10pm that night when we showed up to the lot for the mobile pickup. BE CAREFUL where you go.DELROY C.

The mileage at time of rental was misrepresented in the final invoice. I took a picture of the odometer (to help calculate gas to replaceâ€"it's expensive now!) so I know the exact mileage. The charge was backed up 19 miles! A claim has been made and an investigation is pending. But this is a major breach of trust and potential scandal. I'm considering sending to local news for further investigation. Luckily a neighbor is a producer at Kabc channel 7. This seems like serious corruption!DOUGLAS S.

The website did not work. So I had to go inside and have employee rent me the truck. Was really annoying having reserved a truck and entered all info only to arrive and the website is malfunctioning and I lost almost 30 minutes of my rental time due to malfunctioning website. Inspect the truck with them before they leave so you and the customer knows if there is a dolly, blankets in place etc. Also both should verify the fuel gage. Our paperwork said 1/4 of a tank, but we didn't realize until we started driving that there was decidedly less gas than that.LORRAINE M.
Employee working the night I went to go grab my equipment was very unprofessional and had a lot of attitude. Did not greet at all and just stared at me with a completely blank look in his face. Did not introduce himself at all. When I advised him of the damage on the vehicle and I asked him if he was aware of it he responded â€œyes.â€ I asked him where the damage to the vehicle was and he said the rear of the vehicle and I said â€œno.â€ It was in the front on the passenger side of the bumper and middle chassis to the vehicle. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming. Will not conduct business with u-haul at all anymore. First time and last.Jizzele Z.
