Rude and demanding when I was running behind and needed the truck longer than the initial 24 hours. Told repeatedly another customer needed the vehicle which made me feel like I was not a valued customer. Upon returning the vehicle I found a completely full lot of various trucks. Poor management and rude employees. Avoid this location.Robert W.

Everything was find the link that was sent was expired before I had to view the trailer and when the resent it it had the right trailer number on the contact but the trailer in the picture was wrong and different, I called and they said it will be fine and there was no issue on return of the trailer just thought u might want too know but still a good experience!Chelsea Robin P.

I rented 5x8 trailer. Thought was latched properly. However... the door came open during transport. Luckily I had a lick in my truck I attaches. I recommended all customers should be encouraged to put a lick in for extra precautions.Carol B.

Christine was amazing, but the rest of the experience was a nightmare. Five different charges on my credit card for all different amounts. Unprofessionalism from Assistant Manager Tony & Dillion. They could not explain to me why different charges on my account and then I was told I owed $14.75 for one gallon of gas. I took vehicle and returned it on the exact spot. When I questioned how much gas was missing was told about a gallon, then i questioned how much for gallon of gas, was told about 4.75. Then I ask if one gallon owed then why charge of over 14.00, no explanation. I extended my truck from one day to two, call center gave me second day rate of 11.83, and they charged my card, then when I go to check out they charge my card again for over 80.00. Now I have 4 different credit card charges as well as the 5th and final charge of over 80.00. I will never use this location again, they are unprofessional & uneducated about their billing practices and what the charges are for on their bills, they seem to think it's ok to charge your credit card with erroneous changes and then tell you it will be 3-5 for someone to review your complaint and follow up with you! RUN FROM THIS LOCATION, RUN!Lisa P.

The license should be taken during online reservation to become real touch free pickup and drop. Also adding bonus points for usage is great way encourage people. Uhaul should conduct a training sessions for people new to Trailers.Mohamed K.

The truck was incredibly stiffly sprung and very bouncy even on smooth roads. None of the running lights in the rear of the truck worked and we had to replace a fuse on our own.Brian B.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check out and check in was very quick. Only criticism is that every time we rent a truck (not just this location or city) they never have more than one of the requested furniture dollies. One dolly isn't really helpful for dressers, TV stands, etcBrad B.

Blonde lady at the front desk was awesome!!! Knew her stuff, straight to the point!! Much much better than the people on the phone at the 800 number. They weren't helpful at all, and actually made a reservation for a truck that I didn't even want. Thank God they called me to confirm the reservation and I canceled it. But driving to your store and dealing with someone in person what is the best thing I could've done. Very happy with my experience at this location!Barbara C.
