Double check dollies that they are in good condition before renting. Uhaul used to offer a dolly and 3 moving blankets included in rental price of trucks. Before pickups and trailers. Everything was explained pertaining to the rental agreement.Constantina G.

Issues with parking lot/truck lot it's so small i almost crashed into the other vehicles trying to get out and again when i tried to get back in. The truck i rented was super uncomfortable and not well maintained, the suspension and shock absorption was non existent and made driving safely a challenge. The check in process was a hassle and took almost an hour even though I tried using the online check in system which ended up making the process more complicated and frustrating. I spend overall almost $60 and it wasn't worth a single penny of it.Joy S.

The blankets I rented was wet and some of them was tiny quarter of blankets and smelled of mildewChad C.
Truck had so many scratches/dents I could not make sure what the current damage was. Interior was so loud (wind noise) I could not talk to my wife or listen to radio. So much play in steering wheel (drift) I did not feel safe driving truck.Douglas K.
I walked in around 9am and it definitely seemed like a busy Saturday morning for this location. However, the gentleman who helped me out Tony Sellars was a great guy. There were no regular trucks available but he still managed to help me out and get me into a truck so I could pick up the furniture I wanted. It was mainly only him working the desk and taking phone calls until another man stepped in at the other desk to help out. While the store was so busy- Tony managed to keep a calm, cool, and friendly composure the whole time and still walked outside with me to pull the vehicle up front and made sure I was taken care of. He also helped me with drop off in the hot Florida heat once I got back. He truly did an outstanding job and I feel like he deserves to be recognized! Thank you Tony! All the people working seemed to be hard workers- I heard another employee on the phone explaining to a woman that the hitch that had been placed on her car (not by their doing) had been placed incorrectly and he was working to fix it. Pouring down rain but the rep who checked us in was fast and there were no issues.Opal H.
I reserved a van for 9am - I received the first van and en route received a notification on the dash that the stablitrack needed maintenance and the steering was off. I returned that one to the Uhaul location. Then, I received a 2nd van, I picked up my stuff to move and en route to the drop off location I got a â€œlow oilâ€ notification on the dash and that it needed oil added. I called Uhaul customer service and they said it was unsafe so I had to call roadside assistance. I then had to wait 90 minutes for a technician to service the 2nd van. Absolutely RIDICULOUS! When I returned it the manager wasn't there but Tony was nice. They took $20 off - big deal...I will NEVER rent from U-haul again! I'll take my business to Penske - hopefully they service the vehicles they rent unlike U-haul. Good thing I wasn't driving across the country - how embarrassing!Megan D.

You need more staff. The gentleman at the desk was polite and helpful. However, we ended up renting our truck 20 mins after the time booked as there was a line. The paperwork then didn't reflect + 4 hrs but the original time.Andi P.

We drove up, it was crowded with people pulling in with vehicles and was hectic, and crowded for such a small lot. I can't say the person checking us in was friendly, they just seemed like they were annoyed and not very customer oriented. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there.ROBERT C.

We were not offered the van that we rented, instead we were offered a large truck. The truck had a loud whistle inside of the cab that made driving it on the highway very unpleasant.Timothy G.
