The brakes on the truck needed to be replaced, it was metal on metal. The truck also needed a tune up did not run well at all.

Great manager service
Jaime A.Truck was return exactly with the same amount of gas given to me I put gas before returning it. I was charge for fuel on my credit card. The guy that helped me was very rude and unprofessional. I explained the situation and basically said I don't care. Not happy at all will now try Turo app to rent my future trucks

I recommend having trucks that are pre-ordered out and ready as the truck was parked in between 2 trucks. It was a real tight squeeze with no help pulling out. When waiting in line during pick up suggestion is for employees Do Not use curse words on the phone or just when something isn't correct as I heard a couple. I am a Director of Operations for telecommunications company and work in customer service. Greet customers on entrance and simply say "I'll be right with you." Don't let them stand there and wait to be called on. On a different subject I needed to rent the truck for 1 additional day as my move didn't go as planned. I was simply told I could not. Your manager didn't give me an option just simply said NO need truck back because another family needs it with many trucks still on lot. He didn't try to rent me a different size truck the answer was just No! This store needs training on customer service, empathy, work with customers problems and simply be a problem solver if issues arise. Don't want to be to tough on your employees but I think truth is the best key for this stores future success. Thank you and hood luck any corrections that are much needed.

You have a worker who is an African American female, she can work on her people skills, as well as her communication skills. Your workers are the face of your company, and when they exhibit poor customer service, it's a reflection on your location. My suggestion is more training. Maybe she was having a bad day, but that should not be displayed while at work. Gracias

Gary N.I recently rented a tow dolly, the ratchet for one of the straps was broken, when I picked it up it looked as if just the handle was damaged, in reality the hole mechanism didn't function properly. It was hard to get it to release the strap in order to take it off.

BHIKHUBHAI P.Massive pot hole in the middle of where you have to drive in your own car. Very small parking lot for the trucks and therefore they are packed in tight. The whole business is based on mostly inexperienced people driving giant trucks and then you have to maneuver your way out with no instructions or info about the trick itself of any kind. Luckily I was able to get out just fine but most people I know would have had a lot of difficulty. I had to figure out some of the inner workings of the truck on the fly. This can be dangerous for less experienced drivers. Overall, the truck itself was in good working condition and I successfully moved my stuff. Also glad that we rented the blanket pads.

LILLION D."Go the extra mile" if a customer has made the inspection on the reserved vehicle, but instead of the staff moving the blocked vehicle after having to walk back inside to notify of the inconvenience of the time wasting then have to wait on another vehicle to be submitted cause of staff laziness.
