I had a great experience renting a 15 foot van to help my son on a 3 mile move. Extremely convenient location, easy transaction with helpful and friendly staff. Definitely saved us a ton of trips with the car.

CHANCE M.We had the truck for 24 hrs, with return time of 830 sunday. No one at this location told us that it didn't open until 9am Sunday, so we sat for an hour waiting to turn in (arrived early so we wouldn't get dinged for another day). Also unable to just turn keys into key box at this location. And the cust scv person had a loud phone call w customer on speaker phone while we were waiting to check in.
Jill D.The Ford cargo van is everyone's van they never knew they needed. Seriously, this thing hauls in every sense. Fits tons of stuff, comfortable, and honestly pretty rad to drive. Way less stressful than renting and towing a trailer with basically the same amount of loading space. If I had three thumbs, the Ford cargo van would get all three way up.

Daniel G.The steering wheel, gear shift, and turn single were very dirty. I wiped it down with a Clorox Bleach wipe prior to use... to be safe and when I was done it was brown. I'm not sure what Covid-19 protocol you all have in place, but it's clear the vehicles are not wiped down. In additionally, the owner of the local(Joe P) wasn't wearing a mask inside while talking on the phone. There were two other customers who came in and also were not wearing masks. Very disappointed by the covid-19 safety measures in place. Please sanitize the high touch points on each vehicle after use.

VICTOR ZHONG H.This location is advertised as an “after hours drop off availableâ€, this is the reason I chose this location. I showed up and found out this was not the case. They then told me if I dropped it off the next day after I got off work it would charge me an extra day. They also forgot to tell me to click the link to mention any issues with the vehicle before I left the lot. The gas gage was not at full and I ended up putting $40 in the tank to fill it back up before I returned it. I told them this and they said they would not do anything because I didn't say so on the link that had expired by the time I was half a mile down the road. I understand that some things are policy but if the employees could do the bare minimum and make sure the customer has the right information, that would be great. I have used Uhaul several times, but that will be my last. Also, it's $1 for every unfolded blanket?? Thank fully the employee DID tell me that because it's not advertised anywhere that I could see. Come on Uhaul.
Lindsey F.The customer service I received was poor. Two of the employees were fighting when arrived. The truck I was given had trouble starting, and the engine light was on. When I told the person at the front desk, they said it would probably be fine, and that the truck probably needs an oil change. In retrospect I should have asked for a different truck. I most likely will not use this location anymore.

After messing with the App for hours the rental location did not use the App (due to unreliability), which is the reason I could not make it function and reflect my previously reservation.

Steve P.My feedback is more for the inability for the customer to access any features for the 24/7 Truck Share. The services did not work at all. I arrived at the correct location but the website said my location could not be identified. However, my phone settings allowed for my location to be used. The website then directed me to scan the QR code by the front door to the location. The reader would not work. The next step on the site was to take a photo of the QR code through the website. That did not work. I tried these actions multiple times over 30 mins with no success at all. My next step was to call U Haul's customer service. The U Haul rep, Christine, I believe, was kind but eventually found that she couldn't help. I asked if she could connect me with the staff on-site because I wanted as little contact with others as possible because I have a high risk person living with me. She said she couldn't help and that I'd have to go into the location. So the 24/7 truck thing has a 0 rating from me. There is no value in it from my experience. When I finally got to the desk, after 35-40 mins of trying to navigate the terrible tech and waiting in line, I told the lady at the desk that the technology was a mess and she said something to the effect of, “Yeah.... Name?†She did not seem interested one bit in hearing what my problem may have been. Bottom line - If you are going to have a service for customers, at least have plans for what to do when it breaks down. There seemed to be no communication with the people on the ground about how to address breakdowns in tech meant to effectively accommodate those who really want that service. If these plans are not present just remove the service.

AMANDA S.I had a negative experience with your employee Joseph Paschke. Rather then wear a mask, he wore a flimsy bandana that offered customers no protection, and even then he took it off his face altogether at one point. He was also rude when I told him I did not have a smartphone. I made my reservation by phone; at no time was I told I would be expected to have a smartphone with internet, apps, or a camera to complete the rental process until I was onsite. I appreciate uhaul's initiative to go paperless, but to not have an alternative is extremely classist. Not everyone can afford a fancy phone or phone plan.

WILLIAM BENEDICT F.When I rented the truck, it had 1/4 tank of fuel. When I returned the truck I put in more gas than I had when I took it out. I was charged a $30 fuel fee. This needs to be removed.

The cab had a good amount of dirt on the floor and there was a few pieces of trash in the doors. I was also told the gas tank would be 3/4 but was actually at 1/8 and I had purchased 12 furniture pads but was told they only had 6.
