George G.I was confused about the bill and when I asked for clarification the manager started a tirade about stupid customers. I was in no way disrespectful to the staff and was genuinely confused how I went over mileage when I went straight from point a to point b. It was shocking.

Edward G.I think there should be some sort of clarification on the mobile check in process. I had made the reservation for mobile pick up but did not log in to my account - which means it was not there when I tried To pick up the vehicle and then I had To go in and talk to the representative- who by the way was great ! He explained the process to me but I still Should not have to log in when I rent a car for a mobile pick up. I should Be able to click on the link and just go with the process.
Rodelinda D.I only wanted to rent the trailer for a one-way, but due to the cost (~$1100) I rented it for 8 days (~$300) & returned it to the same location. It does not make any sense to me why U-Haul charges so much for a one-way?? With the rental I did, I put an additional 1,400 miles on your equipment, again doesn't make any sense to me. Kenneth K.At time of drop off the employee told me to back the trailer in she checked it out I had to disconnect the trailer off of my hitch. They need to hire people that can disconnect trailers for the customer

Paul M.I was 15 mins late picking up my rental- I was greeted with a rude tone saying he could cancel my order even though the lot was full of trucks and I was the only one there. When returning my rental it was raining outside and the same person was irritated that I waited while he had to go check miles on the vehicle in the rain- saying he could check it later, and that it was bothersome that he had to do it then. Absolute horrible customer service, I would never go there again, nor would I ever recommend to anyone I know. If he hates his job, he should quit.
Toni E.The guys were very helpful and the lady at the end that checked me in was so kind. The experience was a good one considering the stress of a move is never pleasant. They checked me in quickly and closed out the order quickly and broke down the final changes.

Roger B.The supervisor/manager and another employee was incredibly rude to us when we returned truck. The guy with blonde/red hair was yapping away to customers about nothing & didn't call for help until we asked him to. It was a long day moving & we needed to turn in our keys before closing! Then the manager with long black hair didn't realize I had ALREADY PAID for my rental truck. The manager kept saying I paid for the movers & that's it. I literally had to show manager my bank transaction but he kept saying I owed him $60! I don't think he realized that I paid beforehand online until I made him throughly look at my receipt! It was the most exhausting conversation. He should never tell a customer I owe money for uhaul truck & dollie! Then he ripped me off by the mileage too. I'm calling upper management to discuss because after a LONG day of moving that's the last thing I needed. Never go here they are a total rip off!!
