The most annoying part of my Uhaul experience is it's nearly impossible to speak with the local Uhaul store where I picked up or returned the truck. I kept getting transferred to the national line. It was very frustrating as I couldn't even ask if there was a gas station near that location? Or hey I left my a personal item at your store etc.GREGORY B.

The first employee was great and helpful. After returning the truck I brought it back just how it was supposed to be, except I was charged and extra 15 dollars for no reason whatsoever. Also I found one of there Uhaul U scan phones and was not offered any reward like the phone said I should be.AARON A.

The Camelback & 40th Uhaul location was very professional and helpful. My original booking was for the Old Town Scottsdale location. It was about 10-15 minutes out of my way, but made it work out with having to rearrange pick-up transportation options. The only frustration was my booking was moved locations at the last minute with no communication from the original booking location. Improve the App actually, not very intuitive. 1) make it easier to find a place available, when I put my zip code in it only shows me immediately around me and nothing more than the first 20 u-hauls or so but some don't fit the time I need, so I gotta use other zip codes to find the vehicle and time-frame I need. 2) post the mileage and fuel level in the app of the vehicle we have so we can remember what to fill it up to. I lose that paper all the time showing that info and I can only see it once I take it back to the U-Haul. Would want the app to keep the info for me and easily show meFRANSISCO J.

The gentleman at the 40th Street and Camelback location was great and apologetic for the waste of time I went through. You changed the location I needed to go to to pick up up my rental. Instead of texting that the location was changed, you texted that someone would call me. Instead of them saying in their message that the location was changed, the message said that she was calling about my rental. When I checked in online, instead of it saying my location was changed, on the screen it displayed the location I booked it at. Complete. Waste. Of. My. Time. Please do it right next time and leave messages, texts, and screens that say what needs to be said, rather than letting me go to the wrong location or needing to call you back and wait for someone. That's fooling and unnecessary.Tammy F.

The trailer was clapped out didn't sit level. When I was using it I has a hard time opening the back door so I got on chat with road side assistance and they told me there would be a charge to come out and assist so I struggled with it. Cabin really needed to be wiped down, had beverage spill. Picking up the truck, confirming fuel gauge was I thought approximate so I couldn't say it was wrong, but after refilling as much fuel as I used I discovered the fuel gauge input during dropoff was more exact and I was rudely charged for fuel after having just gone to the gas station. At least check the Milage and Gas that the unit suppose to have when they deliver/provide it, I rented the unit for 1 hour and ended up paying for 74 miles that I didn't actually use, there is no way I drove 74 miles in an hour, oh well, I will never use this store again. GraciasJOSE S.

It would be better if you had a 1-10 scale. Overall my experience was not very good. I reserved a truck in person at the north Scottsdale location. I called back to inquire if it would be cheaper for a one way trip and they said I only reserved it for four hours. The uhaul rep. practically hung up on me when I said that I asked for a 2 day rental So I cancelled that and went to another location. I was set to pick up a truck and they said I had to go to another location. I got the truck requesting a 2 day rental. Two hundred miles away from the facility uhaul called and said why isn't the truck back. I still had one more day, but they said oh you signed the contract. Finally got it straightened out but not a pleasant experience. Uhaul should do more to help the customer see what they think is the pick up and return date before you leave. It's creating a lot of stress to an already stressful experience.robert S.

The most important item that you the customer MUST accomplish to avoid over charges. Answer the, seamingly, throw away Thank You text! In this text you will need to completely go over, i.e. do U-Haul's work, address every aspect of what you would have assumed the business would have done if it had a hierarchy of values. The gas gauge will be wrong, there will be dents etc. and you better catch them or you will just be the next customer pay for them.JAMES S.
