No one wanted to help me unload my vehicle off the tow. The staff was rude. Everyone was just outside on their phones not paying attention. The only helpful person was the lady at the counter.

Uhaul agent was questionable. She came out the driveway asked for my credit card and drivers license then vanished behind an electric fence for at least 10 minutes. Didn't tell me what she was doing or anything. Then when she reappeared she handed me my contract and said it wasn't necessary to mark down damage to the Uhaul before leaving. Definitely WILL NOT use this location again. Also when picking up a trailer with same truck at another location (at Uhaul request) I had to wait over an hour for someone to bring out the trailer for me. Was told to wait outside where it was about 45 degrees. Very very bad customer service.

When I booked my truck we'll in advance and I get an email that says that I am guaranteed everything that I ordered only to have my location, truck and other items changed 6 times in 4 days leading up to my order date is not a good way to do business. I was so stressed out that I wasn't going to get what I needed on the day that I was moving out of state to the point where I got no sleep the night before assuming I was going to get called and told that my truck was no longer available anymore. Please work on making sure that your customers are at ease knowing that what they ordered is available for when they ordered it. Gracias

Fraudulent charges to my card. I took pictures of the gas tank and submitted them in the link I was told to and now I'm being charged for filling it up to where it was when I received it (which was a little over half and they said it was full). And keeping it an extra day when I reserved it for 10 hours and returned it at the 10 hour mark? Not my fault you gave me a truck parked in the back parking lot 5 cars deep and took forever to give me my truck. Oh and since I disputed it and didn't pay it in time, they charged me a late fee while I was waiting on a reply. And they just auto charged it without my authorization… I have no problem paying what I owe, but not an extra $60 past that. Absolute scam of a business. I called corporate and a district manager “already looked at it” and marked it valid. No supervisor to speak to though. Scam scam scam. Disputing with my bank and will be filing a complaint with BBB as well. Thank you Denise and Anita for your absolutely repulsive behavior.

Not much parking in front of office - and it gets blocked by returning trucks and trailers. Otherwise, all is great - Service by all employees I saw, was exceptional. Minimum wait time for anything. thank you.

Hola .la verdad desde que hise mi reservacion fue muy rápida y al momento de recoger el camión todo fue muy accesible como precio y documentos y el tiempo que lo use fue como traer mi propio carro .. y lo único que se me complico fue al momento de solicitar el storange de almacenamiento que se me hiso un poco alto el precio.. creo que seria para mi lo único para poder satisfacer y ayudar a los clientes en este tipo de casos como el mio.. todo lo demás quede muy satisfecho de su trabajo y el trato que recibí..muchas gracias ....

Not much. I have rented from this location before, and may do so again. However, the Decatur location isn't the only one I have used in the Las Vegas Valley. It depends on equipment availability.

Our nonprofit organization have been coming to this location for over 5 years check the notes. We have been double charged, giving half working trucks, trucks with no gas and still we passed several uhaul locations to support this one. Since Sabrina left it has been one nightmare after another. The poorest customer service was TODAY 12/20, it took me 5 minutes to find my uhaul, the lady at the front desk was a complete bitch and we will no longer patronize any uhaul Locations. Today you lost a loyal customer and I will let my other colleagues know. I don't even care to go into detail about the poor customer service I'm sure yall know.

After paying for my truck rental I was told to go out a set of double doors. There were 3 ladies behind the counter and they were not busy! One of them could have helped me. Instead, I went out those double doors to find no one there. Eventually I located an employee and asked where I was supposed to find the truck I had rented. He motioned that I was to walk alone, at dusk, without adequate lighting, to the back of a humongous lot and find the truck. NOT HELPFUL. CUSTOMER NO SERVICE! It was my first time renting a moving truck. I did not know what to do. I was very frustrated. Finally located my truck and was supposed to look over and approve its condition. I found that someone had left cigarette ashes all over inside on the dashboard and in the cup holders. UNACCEPTABLE! If you need to rent from a UHaul in the Las Vegas area, I would advise you to NOT go to this location. Their customer service is non existent and they rent out their equipment dirty.

Fix your scheduling with your referred movers. Your system allowed me to schedule a pickup on a Sunday and the location was NOT open on Sunday. This caused me an extreme inconvenience that cost me an extra $160 to hire another mover for the next day.

There was a gentleman sitting in the driveway of the location in a folding office chair, who waved me over. When I told him that I was there to pick up a trailer, I noticed another group of 4 or 5 men racing across the street towards my vehicle. The man then tried to convince me to cancel my Uhaul and let him and his friends do my move in their vehicle. While I would have never stopped for people off property, allowing someone to sit in your driveway certainly gave the impression that he worked there.

I got insurance on the rental which takes care of anything. My rental had got stolen. I did a police report and handed it into them like they asked. They lost the police report. Then tried to tell me that I never gave them a police report. Good thing I took a picture of the report at there office. Now they want to charge me for the truck. What's the point of getting insurance if I'm still getting charged. Not only that my personal belongings got stolen to along with the truck. They got thier truck back but I didn't get my belongings back. How is that fair.

I was forced to put on a "muzzle" mask so I can rent a trailer. Absolutely unacceptable. 3 people in the store, plexiglass om the counter, employee wearing a mask ... and I have to be forced to cover my face!
