The location was not using the COVID guide lines when it came to wearing mask. The sales rep was coughing in his hand without any mask touching my ID. Also the sales rep was coughing sometimes without covering his mouth.

I rented a trailer for 3 days I was told if I return to early have received a refund for whatever I did not you that was not true I was Lied to So now I will not recommend that locate all I ask is to be up front don't have me thinking something to find out that is wrong

the cost was too high especially since we are in pamdimic. had 1/2 tank when i picked it up and had 3/4 tank when i dropped off and still had to pay $3.00 and something more. i wouldn't recommend u haul to anybody because of the price. way too high . i could see paying 800. for uhaul but not 1600. plus you guys are scamers. should have pay us for a 1/4 tank of gas. people do have to live you know

I think it's ridiculous that I was charged fuel charges after paying to fill tank back up and already charged for driving from one location to another. I was also show a rental charge for the utility dolly and it was $7 online but my receipt says $10. These little charges that were added to the bill are ridiculous

Employees were nice, truck reeked like cigarettes but I doubt you can change that after some jerk smokes in it. I didn't buy any “extras” (boxes, rope, tape) but it's great that you have them available for purchase.

I was charged for equipment that was not used, after telling the agent upon return. The moving pads were returned in it's original sealed packaging. I would appreciate a refund ASAP.

Not everyone knows how to read. When handing off paper contracts, you have to read and explain to the customer what the contract entitles. you also need to explain how a uhaul rental works and what is expected of the customer.

It was as expected. I was told I could return it anywhere in Germantown Md- FALSE - I was turned away at Waters Lane in Germantown- they said they didn't have space but I already had the dolly in a return space. They sent me to another Uhaul 6 miles away.
