Car dolly was connected to Uhaul truck by Uhaul staff. Car dolly was not tightened-down on the ball hitch and lifted off ball while loading dolly. It was actually untightened as far as it would go. I will definitely double-check connections in the future!

Great location and great service. We'll rent from them again and we recommend this location. The truck pull down door was very difficult to close. I would hope that the would be a critical maintenance feature and was surprised it was a problem. Also, I very much dislike the two wheel dolly in the back of the trucks. I know you are about the added revenue opportunity, but every inch is important - take them out please. Two very small items. Otherwise great experience.

Equipment was not at the location I booked it at. Never was explained to that the 17 foot was only in town, then had to return it to a uhaul location farther than I thought and to top it all of was charged an extra $60 for not being able to return it until a day later

The trailer was not maintained. My wife and I had a 5 hour drive and 4 hours into the drive the whole wheel on the front axel on the passenger side came off the stuck. I had to pullover and sit on the side on the road for over a hour. Then I-haul called me back said it would be 60-90 minutes for someone to come out. I had to unload my Jeep on the side of the highway and drive it the rest of the way

The tow gentlemen that assisted me were professional, friendly, and personable. I could not of been treated any better in any way ! By far the best customer service I have received in years. The after hours check in process is way too long. You should not have to sit in the parking lot and send pics of your license and then wait for someone to call a contact you list. That should all be done and verified when the reservation is made.

Not charge someone $30 for gasoline when it was almost back to 1/4 tank. I literally was just evicted from my apartment with less than 5 days to get out, I lost my job due to COVID, the last thing I need is to spend any unnecessary amounts of money. That was absolutely ridiculous. And also, lower the prices of your trucks. Moving is already expensive and you never know what someone is going through.

Equipment rented was a motorcycle trailer. Well designed except for one thing. The angle of the ramp to the trailer is too severe, making it very difficult to load the bike onto the trailer. The deck needs to be lowered or the ramp needs to be longer.

I've been on hold for over a hour combined- my total was 58.00- I had a hold on my bank card. It's usually released immediately-please release my funds. It was an older white man that checked the truck back in on Mahoning Avenue closer to downtown.

It took about AN HOUR long for my pickup to be approved. that long time in the middle of the night is not a pleasant experience at all. At least you could give a prior information about that much wait time so adequate provisions will be made.

The experience went well. Packing blankets were need longer than the normal length of time. We had several days of thunderstorms slowing down packing of the moving Pod. Then the added 8-9 days of truck travel to Santa Barbara, CA from Youngstown, OH. Permission was granted to have the blankets for the extra length of time. Pads were returned on the day promised. In hopes of saving time on truck pick-up day. I reserved my truck a week ahead with all the info requested. I even checked in before going to the store. But I still had to do everything like I was walking in with no reservation or check-in. Defeats the purpose. Also, I almost left your location and decided to check if the appliance dolly I paid for was in the truck. It was not. So, I had to go back in and wait again for someone to be available to get that for me. My whole experience was bad.

Accurately Advertise your trailer sizes. I ordered a 4x7 trailer and it was no where close to being a 4x7 at best it was a 3x7 falsely advertised as a 4x7 and trust me I measured it and when I brought it back and it was placed next to another trailer which size was a 4x9 it looked dwarfed compared to it in width and it shouldn't have considering both are advertised as being 4ft wide. I really wasn't pleased at all because I couldn't use the trailer and still had to pay for it which was a complete waste of my time and money. I will never rent one again because of this experience.

When renting storage staff gave me the wrong storage unit...when returning with things I had to pay the difference for the correct one which I didn't have a problem with. When returning my truck staff told me the furniture pads were not in the truck so they would have to charge me. I did not use any furniture pads and my move was quick and simple. IT WAS THE STAFFS FAULT FOR NOT HAVING THEM EQUIPPED WITH THE TRUCK WHEN GIVING ME THR KEYS. Problem was resolved was not charged for what I did not utilize. Still would not recommend this location for anyone.poor customer service

This Uhaul is a convenient spot to store items if you are located at/around YSU. It's an repurposed older building with original floors, walls, and ceilings. There is a variety of unit and they are ok
