I would like to complement the local people, the manager of the store, went above and beyond to help me. Super super helpful. He allow me to use his personal motorcycle Chock to secure my motorcycle on the trailer, gave me instructions. He saved the day. Thanks you all.

Rented the van to move a queen size mattress & box spring and full size mattress & Box spring..it was very tight to get the queen in & out of the van. The shape of the back door opening along with the tire bumps/wheel wells made it very difficult. Would recommend the 10ft truck.

I recently rented a trailer, the woman in the office was pleasant and she helped assistant me when my reservation was not available. However, I reserved a one way and I was contacted my the manager who was less than pleasant. He asked me to return the trailer at a different location due to a mishap on their part. I was charged an additional fee. I have contacted uhaul and have yet to hear from anyone regarding this issue.

Horrible, absolutely horrible after hours check out through UHaul. It took 40 minutes with two phones in 20 degree temperatures to get it done. A $20.00 fee was to be applied if it was not done. This is simply a means to scam money on the part of UHaul. Many will just succumb and pay the extra $20.00

No improvement areas - the staff here are fantastic, both in the parking area and behind the counter! Super courteous, brought me my hat I'd left in the cab, and surprised that the prices on packing materials are very reasonable. Will be using this as my main U-Haul location despite it being quite a bit farther than other locations, just because of the great staff and experience with my rental.

Worcester location is great, no complaints. App issues: Fix the app, you CANNOT upload pictures of the odometer and gas when returning the truck, even though I'm using a brand new Galaxy Fold. When I snap the picture and click the checkbox, the app doesn't ever load the picture into the preview. Clicking next it gives the infuriating error 'upload a picture to continue' which I JUST TRIED TO DO TWENTY TIMES. I had to go to U-Haul.com/share, log in AGAIN and then try to do my return and then the picture upload worked fine, but regular non-technical people are NOT going to figure out this workaround. Fix this exasperating bug.

The MOST INCONVENIENT thing about this storage facility is NO ELEVATOR in the entire building! My unit is on the second floor, so everything had to be carried up stairs. Which, of course, means it will all have to be cartied back down stairs when it's moved out. The loading dock door closest to my unit cannot be opened (no entry code pad outside and no opener buttons inside).
