Improve the management! It doesn't make sense to have to go through a 1-800 number for something the manager of the location can handle but thankfully my problem was solved. I think the trucks need to be driven regularly by the staff as well so they can be serviced on time.Bridgett C.

Reaching this store by phone is almost impossible, even at 7 am. I have been attempting to get my bill corrected for a week plus. I was billed $107.95 twice, one of which was refunded. Then instead of refunding the other $107.95, I was billed $116.59. The store is nice, but answering phones and ensuring customer is billed correctly need work.Steve H.

The General manager, Brad Weston is exceptional and as professional as they come. While waiting my turn, his service with the previous customer was spot on. base rate mileage by the website stated 225 miles with extra charge for overages. Had to pick up the van 45 miles out of the way so 50 miles were added for total of 275 miles with no overcharge - Traveled total of 268 miles and was charged overage of 58 miles because the order was changed to reflect 160 miles base with the added 50 miles for a total of 210. Will never deal with this cheating company again. Recommend using Penske, never had any issues with them.Michael P.

There were roaches all in the back of the moving truck, have used uhaul many times before and, have never had this problem. It was a little disappointing but , we managed. I had to spray the entire truck down with spray because of the bugs.Joshua G.

I had 2 customer service reference numbers and have yet to speak to someone about my ongoing issues. Everyone i spoke to was super friendly, but it has taken no less than 20 phone calls to get my boxes. I have been moved from representative to representative and they still say i have my boxes a week after they were picked up and owe money. I'm disappointedJennifer B.
