Why do you keep changing the pick up location at the last minute. What is the point of making a reservation at a location convenient to the customer and then you change adding more distance, driving time and stress. The final location for pick up has to deal with the customer's frustration. Not fair to customers or change of location person.Arturo E.

I will be sending a letter to U-Haul Corporate Offices. The container delivery and pick up personnel (BJ and John J) were great! The staff in the main office gave me numerous erroneous dates. I have no idea what I'm being charged for and how many times I have to pay delivery fees. The website information on UBox was very misleading. Anthony at the local facility is a terrible customer service rep. He has left me clueless to any and all info regarding my account. I am so unhappy. I just want my stuff and box delivered to my new address immediately. I do not ever want to have to call Anthony for information again. Where to start?! I showed up at 6:50 pm toreturn my Uhaul and get a storage unit. The CSR told me that I was five minutes too late. Confused, I said I thought you all closed at 7? I was told by the CSR that they do not sell storages after 6:45 and that we could not check our equipment in either because it was too late. We were forced to drive 30 minutes back to our hotel with the truck and trailer because we were supposedly 5 minutes too late, EVEN THOUGH THE STORE DID NOT CLOSE UNTIL 7pm. The next day we drove an additional 30minutes back to UHaul to get a storage, return the truck and trailer and was told we had to pay for being 32 miles over. After what we endured with this truck and trailer, traveling from Ohio to Texas under hazardous conditions, being turned away before closing time, being forced to drive an additional hour to and from the facility, and they had the audacity to charged us for being 32 miles over. After speaking with the Uhaul Customer Service department the representative so graciously reversed the $14 fee after the store confirmed that we tried to turn in the equipment and were turned away. We are extremely grateful for her as she has been the only representative of UHaul who has show any sort of compassion and proper customer service. Overall this experience with Uhaul has been unacceptable! We've spent hard earned money with a company and expect more than the crappy service we received. I intend to contact corporate but would appreciate it whoever receiveds the review reaches out to me. ¡Gracias!Terry H.

Listen to your customers, commit and go above and beyond when you can. Let's go uhaul it may be a hard time to keep staff but the ones you do have should be able to parallel park....not gonna name names(Courtney) in the Baltimore Area. Oh and make it right when yall goof -10/10Robert F.

This location had a sign that accepts unwanted furniture for the less fortunate. I left some good items there. When I retired I was told that I couldn't leave them there and if I did there would be an additional charge, so I had to rent a truck to haul off those items in addition to already paying the original truck bill...VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS..MISHKA M.

This was the worst experience. On the day my Ubox was scheduled to be picked up, I got a call that they could not find the driver and would have to reschedule the pickup. They came the next day to pickup, but had evidently canceled and changed the remaining legs of the ubox delivery process. The app and the website and the many different departments that I was transferred to over the phone all had different understandings of where my box was and what the next steps were and no one knew when I could expect my box to be delivered to the new house. The staff at the traffic office and scheduling, particularly Krystal, were very rude and unhelpful. The customer service reps were generally nice, but ultimately could not help me track down my box and kept transferring me to the same people in the scheduling office who were again rude.Annabell M.

I was charge for after hours fee to drop of my truck. when the app did not work. I had a 5 day rental 3 days left. Called location just did not care. I am 78 years old and I don't have a problem putting the vehicle on the trailer and taking it off but I don't think for what I paid for I have to get on my hands and knees and unhook the chains and straps which I had to doRobert C.

We contracted to have delivered to Bean Station TN. When boxes were due to arrive we learned our contract was void and uhaul would only deliver to Knoxville. Totally unacceptable which left us scrambling to find movers to get our stuff to our house as originally agreed upon. I will be filling a BB report and seeking reimbursement for the movers that I had to locate. Don't enter a contract that you can't fulfill.richard H.
