Confusion with items reserved weren't there and ready even with advanced booking appointment I still had to go to the Walker Road location to pick up my reserved items because Dougal location allow someone who didn't Reserve the items to take my reserved items. What is a reservation system for if you do not follow your own system rules and policies.

Better communication. Spoke to customer service over the phone, was promised a rate including the amount of Kms. When arrived at the location for pickup the gentleman at the counter gave me a different price. After explaining he agreed to my phone conversation with the customer service. When I dropped off the vehicle another gentleman at the counter again had no idea and gave me another different cost and must higher....he had to verify everything after I complained. Broken communication!! However, I received a call and everything was fixed according to my initial conversation with customer service.

When I made reservations please have things ready and not ask me the very same things that I already filled out. That was a complete waste of time and a inconvenience.

One person working. 3 reservations made at the same time makes for a long process of getting people off on their journeys. Understandably during covid 19 there are longer waits but setting up reservations that are not staggered not only increases risk on staff but your patrons. Also makes what can already be long days on your customers even longer.

Always be careful and get a video recording of the contract while the agent at Uhaul is asking customer to sign, because when returning the equipment, Uhaul agent charges extra which wasn't mentioned while picking up.

I rented a 15ft truck for 24 hours online, but when I went there they told me it's not available. They had one available but they wouldn't give it for 24 hours. They gave me a 10ft truck which mean I had to do multiple trips and pay extra to people who were helping me load and unload.

Computer system wasn't working during pickup. Confused workers and extremely slow service. Total chaos at return. Paperwork that was signed at pick up was lost and not available on the computer. After dealing with 2 separate people was told I traveled 49 miles when in fact it was only 29 and again total confusion plus the fact that I couldn't even understand one of the workers with a very heavy extremely heavy East Indian accent.

Suggest the front lip of the trailer loading ramps be lowered a few inches to accommodate lower clearance cars. Couldn't drive into the area to allow the wheel tie downs to work without damaging the underside of the car. Or else allow the tie down strap rodS to be moved further back into adjustable holes so wheel tie downs can be used.

Do not blame a customer for damage that was done to the truck. Before I left I showed the damage to one employee a d he said he will make a note. Obviously he did not and because of that I had to pay $85. The lady was not even willing to talk about it. Very poor customer service.

I had mouse droppings in boxes that had been chewed open. Two monthly payments were taken out after I moved out in good standing and even rented the equipment from you to move out. It took 4 phone calls for me to resolve this matter and have the monies put back on my card along with numerous hours of cleaning everything after discovering the mouse droppings.. The staff at the location were fantastic however.
