Windshield of van was really dirty from dust then rain snd bugs. Otherwise perfect. I took two packs of blankets, only used one so returned one unopened. Gal at counter said I will be happy to credit you, let me get Asst Manager to make the adjustment. He said â€œhe couldn't adjustâ€. She said yes we can it's easy. Cody the general manager was the greatest, if he was there it would be done. That Asst Manager on duty was kinda rude and seemed to not carr about customers.JOHN L.

Fantastic employees. Super nice. Loading dock to storage spaces really disgusting; puddle of festering detritus where we needed to load. Please power wash and bleach this area. Very unhealthy. Please remove the â€œgreenâ€ trading area. It was 90% disgusting garbage and we witnessed a man who didn't have a storage space slip in through the doors to look at the free items. Everyone was very professional, polite, eager to tend to my needs and the needs of other patrons while I was there. Cody and his team were professional and very helpful. We did have a problem with the 10' truck, the cargo door latch was deficient and released (opened) when I was driving. Cody Scott at your Plano, Texas location was absolutely outstanding in his customer service for my one-way rental of one of your 26 footers (with a transporter) (both of which btw were perfect in condition and in performance). Cody was extra special in handling our questions and concerns during the rental giving us the feeling he had a genuine interest in our trip being as successful and carefree as possible. His professional, and friendly, manner complemented his knowledge and expertise in U-Haul products and services. And his supporting team members at this office also were most helpful, efficient and congenial, by name I think: Rosa, Annabelle, Vanessa. I specifically asked them for a truck with good a/c - it was 100 degrees when we rented the truck and we had told the girl that we would be driving about 100 miles.. She assigned us a older truck when there was a few newer ones sitting in the parking lot... We got into the truck and no more than 20 minutes later, when we were half way to the destination, the a/c goes out.. It was a miserable day..GEORGETTE B.

Nothing to improve from what I can tell! Everything and everyone was professionally handled. I had a pretty great experience with this company and I've had some pretty shitty ones in the past. From the General Manager on down to the newest employee I received five star service all the way around the board they were very polite and even allowed me to come inside and sit down as I was waiting on my husband and it was 100Â° outside(I'm 7 mnts pregnant) so it was very polite of them to allow me to sit in there even as they were closing. I booked mobile pickup at 8AM since the location did not open until 9AM. I got there at 8AM, hit check in on my app and was informed that my order was changed an I would have to wait until 9 to pickup. Fortunately the manager was there and was able to get me checked in and good to go.PAUL ALAN D.

We were supposed to pick up our rental at 9am. We had issues with the mobile pick up, so went inside. We were helped inside, but it took until 9:30am before we finally got our keys. I expressed concern about this, but they shrugged it off saying my drop off time will be extended from the time I got my keys. This would have been fine, but I had somewhere else to be and only had so long to use the truck. After finally getting the truck to our destination, we realized they did not include our 12 furniture pads nor the dolly we rented. I had to rush back to retrieve them and only got a verbal apology. The employee ignored my frustration. It was now 10:30am when we were finally able to start loading the Uhaul truck. While I had went to retrieve the supplies from the Uhaul location, my companions had opened the tamper lock on the bags that were inside the truck, but did not use them. They assumed that was our missing furniture pads. I let the employee know when dropping off the uhaul about them opening the bag in the back. The employee let me know we would not be charged for it, but I just received my receipt and we were, indeed, still charged for their mistake. Very disappointed with this experience and will not use their services again.Aaquib M.
The Truck 24/7 app is crap. Would not let me submit pics of dashboard upon return, so I had to wait for someone to check me in. It was not much better on pickup, as they had to call someone to verify I was who I was, and would return the truck. What was supposed to be 10 minutes was 45 to pick up the truck.MIchael S.

The staff were great, but there were two negatives: the hold time was over 25 minutes when I tried to call twice. There is no excuse for that. Second, and no fault of their own, they were out of some of the hitch equipment that I was hoping to pick up -- but that is an issue everywhere. The outside crew were extremely nice and professional. Shout out to Theo as well as a guy who was chain-smoking: both went above and beyond in their helpfulness.Patrick Bone L.
Upon arriving to pick up the rental, I reviewed the contract and saw that rentals for moving equipment was listed. I had notified the associate that was helping me that I did not need those equipment listed. The contract was revised and the equipment not needed was taken off the contract. Upon receiving, the final receipt, I was charged for the extra equipment that I did not rent. I tried calling to dispute this issue and was placed on hold for over an hour. No one ever picked up the phone, and as a result I will have to return to the Uhaul place in person to dispute the issue. Very horrible experience from the process of picking up the rental to completing the rental.Stacey N.

The African American girl can be more friendly and a little bit more helpful but the other two staff was EXCELLENT KEN I believe was his name he was the general manager and the young girl who helped with our trailer was EXCELLENT but the other girl she need a little more training to go on her attitude and how to properly assist customers, we walked in she was dull and boring with a slight attitude barely helped us, gave us our answer on our RSVP and that was didn't try to help us find a different location she didn't do anything she was horrible! People with attitudes like hers will make someone not want to come back but luckily the other two was there and they did a great job at it!
