The trailer had a short in the wire harness that caused me not to have running lights. I was able to wait, while the agent looked for a blown fuse on our Jeep, until daylight. Without the need for the lights that day we were fine. The dealership is second to none that we have rented from over the many years of being a customer which easily made up for the failure to check the trailer prior to the rental. This was an AWFUL experience!!! ðŸ˜¢ðŸ˜ The truck smelled awful & drove EXTREMELY AWFUL on the road!!! ðŸ˜£ This truck SHOULD NOT be on the road at all. It drove worse than a freight train; it was loud & made a lot of noise, & it was the worse U-Haul I have ever rented!!! ðŸ˜£ My cousin was helping me; when he got out of the truck on the passenger side, ALL the molding around the door fell down & hit him all in the face & around his neck!!! ðŸ˜£ It was like the "U-Haul from Hell." ðŸ˜¢ðŸ˜ I WILL NEVER rent from this location EVER again!!! ðŸ˜ž PLEASE retire ALL your TRASHY trucks, PLEASE & thank you.DEBRA F.

The staff was disrespectful the day we went to remove all of our belongings and close out our month. We ran in to an issue with them not having a utility dolly for us to use but we had been charged for one, and did not try to help us in any way to find a solution. All they did was laugh in our face and told us to figure it out. I was really disappointed and upset that I reached out to uhaul customer service while in store and they worked to help us find a dolly nearby at another location and we were able to complete our move out. Customer service was subpar, and I am VERY generous in rating customer service, especially during COVID. Employees were either not wearing masks, or wearing them incorrectly. They were not respecting or enforcing social distancing, were clearly agitated in demeanor, and haggling with a woman of color over 2 dollars difference in a bill when we walked in. I will not be returning to this location due to the pall of depression and self-hate over the majority of the employees' faces. Please, please, for their sake, reduce their hours, hire one or two more workers, TRAIN THEM WELL, and encourage them to take PAID time off if they feel sick - please do not suggest they find employment elsewhere. The practices of management at this location reflect poorly on the brand. The human cost of misery is not worth paying for clean and functional rental vehicles.MARTHA W.

Richard Henery was awesome! He was very helpful throughout this entire process. I'd gone back and forth to the store many times over the past month purchasing supplies and he'd always provide assistance as to which specific items I would need to accomplish what I needed them for and they all worked perfectly. I'd give him the maximum stars (rating) + 10. Also the gentleman that brought the truck around was kind, friendly and polite. It's just really hard to find this kind of service nowadays.terri G.

Interior part of Vehicle needed improvement. Driver's sun visor was broken and tilted towards the front windshield. This visor obstructed my view during the drive. Also during the drive, there was a very loud shrieking sound heard. Seemed to come from the roof area. Sounded like a hoard of bee's. Also the rear view mirror on passengers side was broken.LARRY B.

The Customer service rep Joseph who helped us told us that we had the truck for 24 hours but we picked up the truck fuck after 3pm. We askednif it was reserved for the following day and he said no just have it back by the time we close then after looking at the paper work found out he put on there to have the truck back by 11am. I feel like he was lieing to us making us thing he was truly trying to help us was intentionally done. If thats how you run a business Ill go elsewhere next time! I wonder if some of these extra fees are goin to his busted breakline on his S10 or actually charged by uhal!!!Tabitha B.

The rental experience was good. However I was charged the original amount but when I took the truck back my bill was reduced by almost 50% but that not what my checking account says. The rep. at the store said it takes 5 to ten days to get that credit. That is not right.sharon B.
When renting a truck, I didn't need or ask for a dolly or pass but they were in the truck with a seal to make sure they were not used. This only took up space I could have used.Charles M.

The lady who rented me the locker was very friendly and explained everything in a professional way. Glad I had her as an associate. My only complaint is the access hours. The outside units are till 10pm. Wish they could be till midnight. Also everything I opened the door the alarm would go off. I hope I’m not setting it off.
