Bill correctly. I used and entered the correct fuel amounts, took pictures as instructed. and you billed for not bringing back full. I brought it back at the level that I got it. Toy was so kind and helpful to us. I would highly recommend her to rent from. But as for the U-haul dealer around the corner located on Belt Way 8 at Airport. I think Stephen is the manager but he was at a meeting and there was an African Female middle aged behind the desk that was so rude to me and actually was the reason I walked out and went to the Gessner Location to Toy and rent. I will never go back to the Belt Way location again and will NOT recommend that location for sure, She was just horrible and I really don't think she wants a job so maybe you can help her find another one just not there. She is only hurting your business. God Bless and take care.James H.

Personnel did not know how to use equipment. Reservation was made as an â€œin townâ€ when it was a one way out of state. When a coworker needed assistance, and her colleague was in the bathroom, she shouted â€œwhat's taking so long? Are you touching yourself in there?â€ At which point the person behind me in line decided he did not want to stay and left the line and drive away. Presumably to another uhaul location. A lot of aspect were good to go until I actually got to the store. I had my picture taken like Im some jail house bird, like wtf!!? Where do they do that at? I had submitted my documents through the touchless check in, so was that necessary? No. Even then, I would've still given an excellent rating but right before the photo scenario, I was basically forced to sign a document, that I had to get that damage collision waiver or otherwise was not getting that van because apparently (based on what your employee said which sounded like bullshit forced upsell) your van was worth x amount of money, was so quote and quote new and because it had less than so many miles. Im a damage appraiser and from inspection standpoint, your so quote and quote new van needs lots of work already. Front and rear chrome bumpers were ding; chrome is not repairable around this parts so that's a start. Huge ding on the right rear cargo door, driver door and right qtr panel and right front door.LAZARO MIKE M.

Service to get the truck was extremely slow. The worker was not properly trained. Also, we barely drove a couple miles and they charged us for gas.Monica V.
Next time when a person is new and they don't really know what they are doing when they return the truck back the same day but it was closing time but they return it two hours later and they phone dies so they can't call or fill out the returning the truck back app they were supposed to check the cameras to see what time they return the truck back. But instead they charged me for another day whenever they open the next day and said that's when i return the truck. I don't think that's fair at all. So they kept my money 100$ and just wanted to give me 4$ back. How when i returned the truck back the same day. Two hours later. When i try to tell them what happened they took another 7$ off my card saying that they will put it back on my card so i was like what's the reason if yall taking it off in the first place. Couldn't even answer my question. So if they be a next time for me out would be cash this time not my card. Thanks for everything UhaulPRECIOUS A.

I have used U-Haul many times, and this is by far the worst location and wars maintain truck ever. If it wasn't such a hassle to get the truck during the pick up process I would have returned it immediately due to my overall safety concerns. I had to waste gas and mileage to go back to the uhaul location because they never explained to me about the lock on the back door of the 17' truck. When we were ready to move our velongings we realized there was a lock on the back door that appeared locked. The lady at the front desk was also very rude and picked up other peoples phone calls while dealing with me. I would like for somebody to contact me asap thank you.LEVY G.

The person that rented me the truck did so without setting up the drop off location, even though I told her i know exactly where I need to drop it off. Before I was finished with the truck I received a call from a different location on Mesa Rd. telling me the truck is reserved for someone else and that i will receive a $520 bill for not bringing them the truck. That is not my problem, he needs to talk to the person that rented me the truck.Warren E.

The equipment was fine however the truck needs to be maintained engine wise. I was afraid that the truck would stop because it felt like transmission issues. When I got to the speed of 70 the AC cut off and if you passed 70 mph it would cut back on. The attendant was great , my concern was the truck.CYNTHIA W.

Location nearby did not have proper size. Alternate location had one guy handling 3+ orders alone so scheduled time was not observed. Used Website the night before to expedite pick-up and add possible alternate drivers. Website had blocked are in input section. When advertising product for reservation, please be sure to have the items available when a customer request it. I reserved 2 dolly's with the rental truck and made a reservation for everything 2 weeks in advance. On the day I came in to pick up the truck and 2 dolly's, UHaul did not have the dolly's at all, as a matter of fact, none of your stores had dolly's available. I had to purchase a dolly from Home Depot. I was highly disappointed, and this was unacceptable for me. If I didn't need the dolly's, believe me I wouldn't have reserved them at all.Michael P.
