Booked a truck with 2 dollys before they opened. Opened the truck and no dollys in the back. Had to wait an hour for them to open up and when they were open they said they were out of furniture dolly’s. Waste of time at this location. No point of picking up before they were open.

Great service! I used the mobile app and it was quick and easy. Walked in the store picked up the key and I was on my way. I did return the truck during working hours and the guy handling the returns was quick and explained everything I needed to know about returning the truck. The whole process was smooth. I would definitely rent here again and recommend this location.

I rented 7am when open General Maneger was in He was a great guy friendly customer service But I wanted to rent it night before wa another person there he didn't rent me the truck because I have a North Carolina license he said he can't rent ir person with out of licenses I told him I already rented few times in this location And I also showed him I rented uhaul truck 217 times since 2016 many different states because I was a out of road driver for moving company actually I rented about 500 times But my record on uhaul shows since 2016 Wich I was renting uhaul since 2001

How the hell do you give me the option to drop it off at one of the locations that you need the equipment at and not give me enough miles to get there. Getting charged another 20 dollars because you can’t add the miles correctly is stupid. Supposedly I’m supposed to have enough miles to drop off at location. Never using yall again.

After experiencing devastating electrical storm with lightning of my neighbor and my home and having to move furniture back into my home after restoration of my home. After experiencing a Very stressful situation but when interacted with the superb staff at UHall who exzude with pleasantries made me feel cheerful during our interaction. There were two notable clerks, Ms. Amber and Ms. Rochelle. These 2 ladies were very pleasant, insightful and professional. These two ladies were outstanding in customer service, communication and and interaction with customers/clients as noted while I was there.. Kudos to Ms. Rochelle and Ms. Amber for helping to provide a positive and comfortable leasing/rental experience!!

I am writing to express my considerable disquiet over a series of experiences I have encountered with your establishment, particularly concerning the inconsistent guidance on equipment drop-off locations and the conduct of the managerial staff. In previous rentals, I have observed that there are two designated areas for returning equipment, namely the front and the back of the premises. My interactions with the manager on duty have been marked by a notable lack of clarity on this matter. On one occasion, after depositing the equipment at the front, I was approached in a discourteous manner by the manager, who insisted that future returns should be made at the back of the establishment. Conversely, during a subsequent rental, the same manager reacted with indignation when I complied with his prior instruction by returning the equipment to the back, stating that it should have been left at the front. To mitigate further misunderstandings, I took the proactive measure of telephoning the establishment while en route to confirm the preferred drop-off location. Regrettably, my call was summarily terminated by an employee named Richard. Moments later, I received a text message notifying me that the drop-off location had been unilaterally altered—done without seeking my prior consent or authorization. Upon my arrival, the Manager, Christopher, engaged in a confrontational manner that I found to be not only unprofessional but also entirely unwarranted. Despite my earnest pleas—based on the exigency of an important pending transaction nearby and the stipulations of my original reservation—Christopher proceeded to record me without my consent as I unhooked the trailer myself, receiving no assistance from him. Furthermore, he threatened to levy a $250 fine for dropping the equipment at an 'incorrect' location and intimated that I would be prohibited from future rentals. Such treatment is diametrically opposed to the principles of customer service, especially when one considers that I have been nothing but courteous and cooperative, even in the face of blatant rudeness and disrespect from the staff. It is disheartening to realize that I am financing an operation that fails to exhibit even a modicum of professionalism or courtesy. I look forward to your prompt attention to this matter, as it necessitates immediate redress.

We had a cargo trailer reserved for the weekend at another site (Beechnut and Bissonet location), but arrived to be told no trailers were available--the national system was down during the week and we were told any multi-day rental went through national. So, even though we had a reservation, we could not pick up a trailer--see note below. This is poor service giving a reservation and confirmation and then not have the equipment available. The Beechnut and Bissonet location went the extra mile to find a truck at the Gessner location, and the Gessner location did a good job taking care of our needs. NOTE: when I went by the Beechnut and Bissonet location towards the end of the day, there were more than a dozen cargo trailers still on the lot--and we were told people had not picked them up their reservations. (Lost business???????)

The service was less than poor. I wasn't properly explained the return policy for after hour returns. Which resulted in my card being charged several additional fees and placed one of my accounts in the negative for $300. Spoke with cooperate about returning everything for the inconvenience being I'm a return customer and just used them just 6 months ago! I have used them EVERY TIME I moved. Nope they don't value their return customer and for that I'm done with UHAUL!!!!

Location: conveniently located right off the freeway Service: amazing staff, helped me out with renting a truck and moving into a unit Facility: Clean, Friendly Service, always someone at the desk to help instead of you waiting for someone to appear. Recommendation: The units are really tall, and can hinder some of your items are being moved in. Be creative to use the higher space, I found tape to hold items in place.

Contract said one unit #; was directed to a different unit. Mgr called 2 weeks later asking if I had "moved out of my unit." Staff had cut my lock off my unit. Now must go back to straighten out mess.
