I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with Uhaul. I was given an access code written on paperwork at the time I purchased my unit. Two hours later, after I retrieved my belongings, I came to the storage facility at approximately 6:30pm. I entered the access code on the page, including the * and # on the front and back, and was denied a total of 8 times from accessing the gate. I tried calling customer services and was told I could not be helped. This is the second time in THREE MONTHS I have has this problem trying to access a unit after store hours. You all as a company have GOT to do better. Especially in a time where people are moving at higher rates than ever before. I have yet to receive a refund for the unit I was charged a full month for and not able to access on Rufe Snow Blvd, and have called about that three times, with no indication from a property manager when I would get my money back. I will be reporting this matter to the better business bureau as well, my Harry Hines storage unit has been changing in price without my consent sporadically over the last several months. I need to be reimbursed for the day that I was charged yesterday to move into the storage unit, because I was not able to access it. I need to be reimbursed for the cost of extending my trailer rental, due to not being able to access my unit or the property manager. I also need to be reimbursed for the unit on rufe snow I was not able to access due to their elevators being broken. As a customer, I'm completely shocked at the terrible service I've received from Uhaul. From property managers to customer service representatives: The stress and frustration of not being able to access these units, as well as the time and money it's cost me is absolutely disgusting. I added a utility dolly to my order a week before pickup. This location did not have any available utility dollys, but I did not find out until I came to pick up my reservation. I was supplied a furniture dolly as a substitute, but I never received the utility dolly on my order.Kevin G.

The lady who helped me check equipment out was the best. She was personable, knowledgeable, and careful of my personal equipment. Sadly upon return it wasn't quite as good; the young man who checked me in took little concern about my car (left the light connector hanging). It's the little things that make a customer come back. The crew on Monday-amazing. One thought-the lady in the mechanic's bay (NOT the one who checked my equipment out to me); the bay lady was lying on the equipment smoking; didn't even get up when I came in to ask about a hitch. I had a U-haul agent named Porsche at first and she was very rude and impatient. We used the mobile pick up and filled out everything necessary including a reference. We got stuck on one part which was locating the truck and so, the app was stuck on that part until we found the truck. This meant that I couldn't see the chat on the app. She sent a few messages asking for another reference after the one I had given her and then she called me. She had a very rude attitude with me because i hadn't responded to her messages in the app which i couldn't even see. I didn't have many other contacts because it was 5:30 PM on a week day which means that everyone's at work. I told her it'd take me a second to find someone who could pick up her call. When we hung up she didn't even wait 5 minutes for me to find another person and she canceled the whole process of picking up the u-haul. I was meant to be picking it up at 5 but because of this it ended up being at 6.Shelby C.

I have used this location with relatives, friends before. I have to say the gentleman at the counter ( 11-6-21 @ 12:45 pm ) was absolutely the BEST we have ever encountered! Why must you raise the mileage cost per mile when I have e always paid u fee .60 cents a mile and now you rise it to 99 cents. Why not a feeling dollar. This is not what I was expecting to pay for a rental. Then waive the gas or the rental iteswlf. Or give the customer 30 Miles free or something. This was awful experience and I use you guys all the time this so the first time I ha Wolof more than $200 for a 15 ft truck and that was with me making. Two tour trips. I was content with the truck. However fees were put on the credit card I used to hold the my rental. I used a company credit card to pay total fees.. However fees were still put on my credit cardDEBRA B.
I rented a van and was told that the gas tank was passed the â€œEâ€ on empty. I was told if I returned the tank with at least 1/4 tank, I would be credit with $55 to$60.00. The trailer was very odd from any I've rented before. It had an extremely heavy tongue which made it very difficult for a single female to manhandle it. It would be helpful if uhaul could match the weight of the tongue to the end user. I'm sure men wouldn't have any issues with getting it in & off the vehicles but it was way more than I could handle myself. This isn't the 1st uhAul I've rented but it was by far the heaviest tongue weight of any to date.CAROL W.

My daughter did the booking of the storage and U-Haul online. Unbeknownst to the both of us we rented a locker as well as a small storage truck. The small storage truck was able to move all of her belongings from a one bedroom apartment the problem came in when we realized at 8 o'clock at night that she rented a locker instead of an actual storage room! Young lady who gave me the keys told me to look for the number on top of the truck and pretty much nothing else I drove around in circles trying to figure where 1546 was 26 and after driving around three circles I figured out that it was in the inside yet so knowing that I had to keep the hall for a longer time and speak to you are represented online who was very helpful and saved my impression for the storage facility the managers I spoke to secondly was very helpful as well but there was a customer service rep or cashier named Liam a young girl not very helpful At all her service was very very unserviceable it was as if I was bothering her she spoke very low and didn't greet me when I came in like when I came in the second time and was greeted upon arrival.Leah H. | Online Move In
