The 3 reps: Steven, and the two with curly hair-I didn't get their names :( were amazing. My truck that I reserved wasn't returned by the previous customer, but they made sure to get me in a different one as soon as they could. Super friendly and quickKIARA S.

There was glass in the back of the truck when we got it. As for our storage unit it was old and run down the door would not open at first. The guy who rented it to me got maintenance to oil it. However nobody told us that it would have Giant Cockroaches and Waterbugs Also. They were coming from the other Unit from what we saw but it was aggravating. We sprayed the edges of the unit and all around to keep them away. Not only did that work but we found them dead after moving our stuff out.ELIZABETH N.

All were great and understanding when my payments were late. I had to have my lock cut off because nephew had key in ATL I apologize to them because I couldn't understand why they couldn't cut the lock off until I saw how complicated it was when locksmith attempted it. Having better options for pickup. Also, they charged me for having more gas in the tank than what I was given. They gave me the truck on empty , with only 25 miles. It is what it is. I got everything moved but it was ridiculous. & it took over an hour in the store to pickup my rental that was already reserved.ALISIA W.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. I originally ordered a 26' foot box truck but when they pulled it up, I realized it was too big. They quickly put me back into a 20' truck. The truck itself was old and the gears didn't change with ease - but.....overall it was a good experience. I would go back there.ALLISON S.

The truck was not aligned the steering was less than what trucks I have driven in the past steering wheel had to to be moved back and forth to keep straight. The person I dealt with when I returned the truck was not a very nice person I asked questions which were not answered with a very nice attitude at all then when I said I would contact corporate about questions she said I am corporate I am a field agent which didn't answer my questions. Evidently I was in the wrong. It I don't expect to be contacted back for any complaints because the way she said it she was the end all be all and she would not be questioned about her authority. So I will do everything I can to put out my experience which was subpar in my opinion. She was rude and less than professional. If she was having a bad day then I am sorry but no reason to be rude to a customer that uses your services on a lot of basis.MICHAEL B.

The employee told me I did not have to go inside. Just drop and go. I took his word for it. 3 days later I got a phone message that I had not dropped off the trailer yet. After calling and having another employee walk the lot, the trailer was found. Not a good experience when I might have been charged for 3 days when the trailer was in the lot. I asked the first employee 3 times if I needed to go inside. He said no. Not my best experience.DANIELROBERT B.

I was charged for furniture pads I never ordered or used. I called and got customer service, she told me a supervisor would call me but never did. I've rented from UHaul several times and never been fraudulently charged. It's $5 but it's still fraudulent. I'm disappointed.GERALDINE S.

Such friendly and helpful staff when we picked up the truck and when we picked up the auto transport. The day we picked up the auto transport, the guy found a problem and switched out the equipment for us. He then helped us make sure the car was safely loaded onto the transport before leaving.
