I must say that The staff was great and always helpful and professional. I would surely recommended to family , friends and anyone that is in need of storage space.
The Staff at the 10515 Southwest Fwy Houston Texas location were very courteous and professional. A special shoutout to Ms. Linda, she was very kind and caring she allowed me to save some items in the location's personal storage for a few hours the day my lease ended because I couldn't fit it in my car and the location was closing for the day. The next day I came and retrieved my items, I was very grateful for that kind gesture.

This team is awesome! I was going to go with a different storage unit and came to pick up a rental truck. The team politely tried to sell me to go with them instead without being too pushy. They let their personalities, quality, and good prices do the work for them. I ended up switching to them and it was a great experience. Keep it up!

I had issues with the electrical circuit. I was told to change it . And get more powerful cord . Still no hot . . Finally Uhaul realized it was their outlet . IT was changed . Worked for 2 wks great . Then quit again . I ended up plugging into the next outlet next to me . Worked perfect . I only needed 5,hrs of electricity . To much of a hassle . But the personal was great at Helping get issues resolved 👍

The guy working was really nice and helpful but the woman was extremely rude and treated me like I was stupid for not standing behind the but the reason I wasn't is because the other customer was not standing in the correct spot and I was trying to keep a 6 foot distance from the other customer. Sh motioned at me and basically said don't you see this big protective screen. Like I was stupid. One of the rudest customer experiences I have had. I work field management for a major retailer and I can tell you this if that happened at one of my stores I would have let her go on the spot. Keep in mind that was the first thing she said to me so there was no interaction previous that would have warranted that kind of response . Hope she learns from this and learns to treat people better.
Ms. Linda was an awesome representative for Uhaul, very professional, and friendly. I will truly miss her smile and caring personality.
Your facility although nice is twice as expensive as others in the area. Therefore would not recommend to others.

ALL of the staff was informative, professional and just great! I had a brief chance to speak with each one while there. Special thanks to Brian and Gary , who checked me in and who checked me out. Also the last gentleman I spoke with who kept me company with information about future rentals and recipes while I waited to be picked up after dropping off the truck. Even the customer service rep who answered my call when I was stuck in traffic to update my drop off time was excellent. Thanks again for making my move so much easier!! Will recommend and use you guys again. Stay safe!!

The truck stank..had to roll down windows..difficulty in getting in touch with location to advise I did not get the sofa cover i paid for ..unsuccessful in reaching by phone

This location was a pleasure to deal with, however my reservation was made for another location then changed. The location it was changed to did not have the equipment and did not bother to notify me. After driving in heavy traffic to get there for 45 minutes it was switched to the location I picked up at. I will use that location in the future.
Had my RV stored here for 3 years. Mostly a good experience. Would have preferred 24 hour access at no additional cost.
Have more than one customer representative available,so that the waiting time is not so long .
Have the rental after hours explained more in detail. I was charged for 2 days when i used it for 6 hrs

The people work here were super helpful. They answered all my questions without being bothered by me asking. Extremely friendly and made me feel like I was in good hands. I want to say the gentleman who took the U-Haul back his name was “Garyâ€. The absolute best. Super friendly
The equipment was clean, but the brakes on the truck were about to give out. I had to really press on the brakes to stop. This is a safety hazard. Would have liked a discount, but safety did not seem to be a concern for UHaul. I'm pretty the guys at the front desk are not the ones responsible for fixing brakes on truck. I did let the gentleman know that received the truck when I returned it.

They had to right to tow my cars during this pandemic if my unit came with two parking spots i don’t understand how i am not allowed to park cars there now i have lost two of cars & cant afford to get them out with during not able to work at this time

I drop online and I see they charge me over $25 for Clening I Use for cigaret display move only and truck already clean so please refund me $25.00
On the vehicle when you press the breaks the steering wheel turned back-and-forth and it was hard to hold. Also the driver seat was very difficult to adjust. Actually I could not adjust it at all, I had to get the employee & then my husband to adjust it. BUT the employee gets a 100% AWESOME rate. He was helpful, smiling & informative. I rent a u-haul for my business about once a month. This employee went above and beyond.

very friendly personal and everything was so easy.
Everything very satisfactory except the initial return check in. I was not advised at pickup to return to a specific location on the property so I parked the truck back in the spot I got it from and took keys to office like many other vehicle rentals do. Was told to go get truck and park it in a specific location for check in inspection. After that all went smoothly.
Desk clerk was very rude on check in.
I didnt like they way the workers yelled at me infront of other customers for a ant size thing ...form that point I lost all respect for this location

The fuel mileage on the trucks. I only drove literally 4 miles and got charged $9.75 for the use of fuel if the truck gets 10 to 14 miles per gallon I shouldn't have to pay that much for fuel.

Checking in was tedious. There was about a 10-15 minute wait to even be seen to get checked in and another 15 mins to actually be checked in. The older lady thought I was late but I had been standing in line waiting to get checked in so I guess I was considered late because they were running behind. Smh. Anyway, turning the rental back in was good. I forgot the mans name but he was very pleasant and courteous.

Customer service could have been better. Check-in was painfully slow. Calling two phone numbers for verification? Not accepting my California driver's license when I just moved to Texas, so I'm forced to go through the hassle of locating an electronic copy of my new lease agreement? I never received a printed copy of a contract (it was sent via email). I had trouble registering on the U-Haul app because I didn't receive a verification code, so I just returned the van at 7 p.m. and had to drop the keys in the box. When I looked at my order number (Reservation: 97086350), it shows that the van was returned the next morning at 8:11 a.m. (to collect an additional $20 for after-hours return?). I'm not sure if there will be an additional cost because I haven't received a final invoice. I will need it for my expense report (I was moving stuff for work).
The elevator is turned off after hours so I couldn't visit my unit when I had the time

Horrible, rude, unclean, no pre inspection. Dolly and carpet sealed inside for no reason,charge $50 miles in advance l. 100$ downpayment dispute of having insurance. 4.25/gal gass rate, wrong pre trip milage, wrong pre.trip gass guage reading... it was bad... never coming back to this location.

Linda Jiles was my rep at this location. I had to repeat the same thing to her several times. I've rented uhauls before and have never been treated this way. The manager went into this story of how terrorist and criminals like to rent U hauls. I'm still trying to figure which one he took me for, like that's all who would rent a Uhaul. I requested pick up at a different location and for some reason was contacted by this location. They have awful customer service.
Representative would not honor convenience fee as expressed in my contract, signed by myself and a U-Haul representative that issued the contract. Representative attempted to prove point by intentionally overlooking information in the contract, and was upset that my contract fees did not read as most normally do. Representative then demanded additional payment because he “does not trust†what was written in my contract. Very unprofessional.

I called Uhaul to set up my reservation. The rude CSR completed my 1 day rental with an estimated time. I asked am I paying by the hour or for 1 full day? She said the day but it's an estimate. She then sent me to a business that was not open to pick up my truck.. waste of time. 2nd reservation: I set up a mobile move for this location. I arrived and had to wait while the smart aleck rep go through all the steps again... waste of time. He did point out that I could pay with a different card at check out and the return time however I thought nothing of UHAUL's bogus estimated time. Unless you're sending people to help. How do you know how long it's going to take? Hence the reason for a 1 day rental. I guess about 4:30 I received a rude call from a different rude guy basically saying bringing the truck and chastising me like a kid. Luckily I had just completed my move. I returned the car, the rep charged the wrong card. I have to wait 3 days for the reversal but she's upset with me. The entire $20 turn $115 for a few hours experience was overwhelming and not worth it. Next time, I'll pay movers.
The GM there was not personable and had very poor customer service skills. I honestly was surprised his title is General Manager. This location should really think about replacing Mr. McKee with someone who is more willing to help their customers!!!!! When it was time for me to return the truck it was customers in front of me one of the ladies in front of me said loud & clear I can go in front of her because she was still waiting on something. I get to Mr. GM, tell him I'm returning a truck & he says he's helping the customers behind me & it'll be a moment, like sir if you don't feel like getting up just say that cause we both heard the customer say I can get in front of her. Worst customer service ever I will not be returning under no circumstances!
I was scheduled to pick up my truck at 2 AM and was unable to do so. I appreciated the assurance from staff members that this issue would not occur for future customers.
The location was unorganized and short staffed. The female employ was rude and not pleasant. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Just change the front desk employees, they feel like your taking their own car and they close the office when they are not at the desk. I stayed outside under the sun for 15 minutes because the office was empty of them

Person called and said my van wouldn't be ready till noon. Then I get a text it wouldn't be ready till 12:30. Then instead of using the app, I checked in with the office. Hassle of 2 forms of ID for out of state (when would I have been told about this Uhaul policy? and...blah blah blah. Then when I came back no one was at the office. I called and was told that the only way for me to return the van was with the app eventhough the hours were 7:30-7pm and it was 5:40pm.
They were able to accommodate me since I was having trouble presenting in person. That was invaluable and made my move possible.
Couldn’t get a hold of anyone by phone. Neighbors whom were very active kept throwing garbage in my spot so I moved.
I FEEL SECURED WITH MY THINGS STORED THERE.

Self made rules and Linda is very rude from the beginning to the end of this contract I tried to avoid her as much as possible. She needs some customer service skills. Will not refer to this location.
We had no trouble but there were random vehicles parked everywhere and the property was not clean.
Staff do not treat people with respect. Do not explain everything. I have tried talking with management but they are not willing to give me all of my money back. They say one thing but don't follow up

Billing was an issue when trying to transfer the account after my father passed away in may of 2017. Air conditioning was out for extended period of time and damage resulted to some items in my unit
