The trailer I was given was in good order with brand new tires and towed great. The only thing I want to mention is the outside was very dirty due from the weather.

The trailer was fine, except the lower left tail light didn't work. When I pointed it out before leaving, your associate told me "it's not important, you don't need it". I'm a professional truck driver, owner/operator, and I know better. It took me two whole minutes to plug it back in, and your employee made me wonder what else might be "not important" in the maintenance and repairs department.

The last two times I have rented from this location, the vehicle/trailer has had a noon-working/broken light in the storage area. That is very frustrating, especially if you are trying to load things in the evening or at night

The staff was friendly and efficient however we had to wait at least 20 minutes to be able to even turn into this location. It is on an extremely busy traffic corner and there was also construction cones on the road which made this even harder.

So I had trouble singing in to my account so I couldn't do a 24hr return so I called the 1800 number and they said to go this address to return the truck when I arrived they were about to close. I asked the lady for her help but instead she said they are closed. So I had to pay $20 processing fee for checking in the truck, but she could've helped me and the other customer. And save $20.

The 2 employees who were working at the time of pickup were less than pleasant. The person who was working when I dropped off the truck was polite enough but when he asked if we had any problems and I replied that the truck needed new windshield wipers, he said they were aware and had ordered some. Like....it's December in Utah, the weather is pretty predictably snowy, and there isn't an auto parts store on every block??!!

I find it to be a BS that because I may have went 90 miles instead of 80 miles as a guess ament that I was charge additional $10.00 when I had brought the truck back with a 1/2 tank of gas instead of 1/4 tank and couldn't be credited for that. Or not charged for the additional mileage especially with gas prices being so high at this time. And with the horrible excuse for the guy checking me. Saying " well we don't credit you for that because crackheads siphon our gas tanks so you have to cover our lost since you brought it back with more gas then you left with. Even though when given to me it only had a 1/4 tank." So why do I have to pay for what you so called crackheads steal that's not my issue. Hell he could have gave me a $10-15 discount to make up the difference in gas and I would have been happy. Not give me a bunch of lame excuses that has nothing to do with me or my rental. So no I would reccomend anyone with that attitude I got from him.

Store is dark and dungeon like. Truck worked but had some broken parts, like the visor. Not very good equipment.

I was charged for equipment I did not deceive not purchase. My car was not properly or professionally secured to the trailer. One chain was not put on at all and one of the only 2 tire straps came undone. This was my first time using Uhaul and due to the laziness, lack of attention, and lack of communication from the employees at this location I almost lost my car. I had to make an emergency stop at a uhaul location to have my car removed. They also did not do low clearance procedures for my Nissan Altima and because of this my bummer caught on the trailer and wedged. If I tried to back up it would have torn my bumper clear off. It took two employees at the emergency stop location to remove my car safety from the trailer with crow bars. Seriously a nightmare experience. I would never recommend using Uhaul to anyone new to moving and transporting or not.

The truck was clean, but I am certain is about to die. At 179,000+ miles, it struggled to get over 40mph when it was empty. I've rented 17' trucks in the past and never before have I been in one that ran that poorly. The transmission and engine sounded like it was going to die or explode at any moment. Time to retire that one I think.

Lady working the counter kept staring at me like I was stealing stuff and very judgmental and kept glancing at me watching. Yes I have tattoos and was wearing a hat but it made me very uncomfortable and very disappointed in man kind. I was returning a truck clean and exactly the way I received and I am a very polite person say hi to everyone and yes mam no mam the whole thing but to be stared at and judged was very disheartening and even though the location is a block from my home I will probably drive to a farther location to rent again. Just sad

Going to be honest on this review, I had low expectations as I figured it would just be a simple in and out transaction. From the start to the return every single person was beyond amazing. We had a simple issue at the start (my cars fault, not there) and they were so patient and fixed my issue without any complaints or delay. I was so appreciative. My return was equally as friendly and quick as well. It seemed that everyone there is a team and helps each other out. I will never go to another U Haul again. This place should be the model for every U Haul in the nation, seriously.

Getting a large Uhaul in the driveway when they are busy can be a little tricky. Once pulled in the employee in the driveway made things super easy. Checked me in, had a quick discussion about a few items and didn't even have to go in the building. Dropped off equipment and was on my way in less than 10 minutes.

Location needs to have more availability for parking. So because of the actual location itself is why I would not recommend it over other locations. But the staff was great

We went to pick up our U-Haul at the Town Storage on Glen Eagle Dr in West Valley City and they didn't have it there. So they sent us to the 40th W West Valley location. We were supposed to get a $50 credit because they didn't have the truck where we asked for it and neither location knew how to do that.

I had two members of the staff be absolutely amazing. Then I called and the man I spoke with seemed absolutely disinterested in our interaction. When I dropped off the truck I filled it to half a tank. I only drove 24 miles. The guy that checked me in charged me for gas. He told me that I must have looked at the gauge from the side and that if you do that it would look like it was at half a tank. I am not stupid. I have driven for 35 years. I know how to read a gas gauge. I checked when sitting in the driver's seat. Because of this and other problems trying to pick up the truck. I won't recommend U Haul at all. I used to love the service and have rented trucks multiple times. Sad to lose faith in a company.

You need to fix the U-Haul app. Returning the truck was impossible from the app because it would not accept my photo of the odometer. I had to return the truck using uahul.com/share.

I'd probably never rent another truck from U-Haul. The reason is for a small 10' truck cost me a small fortune. Truck rental plus gas plus mileage on top of that. I should have just made 2 trips in my truck. Not to mention having to rush to have it back by 5
