First time using Uhaul and I had the best experience from the initial call to returning the trailer. Everyone was very friendly and professional thank you . You have a repeat customer definitely recommend!!!

The staff was friendly and I got the trailer I reserved at the time I reserved it on a very busy weekend. The employees worked well together. There was not enough staff to handle the traffic and I had to wait more than ten minutes. This was partly due to inoperable computer systems. I had already reserved and paid for my trailer reservation online prior to arriving at the location, but then the employees told me I had to go through the same questions all over again before I could get the trailer. I thought this step was unnecessary and wasted more time. It took twenty minutes and two employees for something that could have taken five.

The equipment was in ok condition but really was a rough ride over any little bump. The person that help check me out was personable but not very good at protecting my personal information. I have a restriction on my license for medical issues and he was very free to say it loud enough for everyone in the building to hear. Not really professional. When I got home to start loading I found that I was missing the appliance dolly I ordered but to far too go back and get it. When I returned the unit I waited almost an hour just to check in. Very poor staffing considering they all mentioned this weekend is one of the busiest for them. Overall not happy with the location and would never use this location again. I gave a poor rating mostly because of the lack of information protection and long wait times for both checkout and check-in.

The service at this location was excellent! Reluctant to say the vehicle was clean. Had to clean inside and outside windows for visibility. It was a 600mile drive. Also, it appeared that the vehicle cab had suffered some sort of water damage. The seat posts that attach to the floor board were rusting and the vehicle smelled moldy. Bad enough to safely say mold is present in the cab.

Location is terrific, therefore, it is extremely busy lots of the time. You will have to wait, but they do a great job once they have time to get to you. If it is possible to rent during the week, and not on Saturday, you will find better service.

I left work and went in at my appointment time of 1:30pm and they didn’t have my hitch. They called me later telling me to come in at 5pm because the hitch had arrived. They said that it would take 1.5 hours to install so we decided we would wait and shop at the nearby stores. I got there at 4:45pm and they didn’t even start to work on it until a couple of minutes before 7pm. As they were installing it they told me that the hitch they were trying to install wasn’t the correct one for my type of car and that I could either leave and come back again in a few days when they ordered the correct hitch or have him cut a notch out of the top of my hitch bracket and get it installed tonight. He assured me that it would be just as strong. I was exhausted from waiting almost 3 hours at that point and didn’t want to have to repeat this ordeal a different day so I agreed. However, I am not happy that the wrong hitch was ordered. I did extensive research and everything I read specifically said that there was only one compatible hitch. I told this to the person when I made the reservation and he said he was ordering the correct one. I’m also upset that everyone else took presidence over me. At 5:45 when he hadn’t started my car he assured me that he just fixed a weird car and was about to work on mine next. Instead he went off and helped someone else for over an hour. What is the point of making a reservation almost a week in advance if they are going to install the wrong hitch 6 hours after they were supposed to be done? I will not be returning to this location again and will seriously think twice about ANY U-Haul hitch installation in the future.

The van I rented was very new and detailed. Of course I wasn't going to bring it back that clean, so I didn't. They didn't charge me even though technically they could have. One person said they only charge if it comes back VERY dirty, which makes sense.

We filled out the information online and was informed that this would speed up the process for checking in. The customer service person that checked us in was incompetent. After my husband had provided his phone number for the 10th time, she continued to repeat it back incorrectly. At first we thought it was just a mistake, after the 3rd time, it was no longer amusing. We also had to provide all the information that we had provided online again. It took 45 minutes to check in after which time we were informed we still had to return the truck by 9:00pm when we were shortened by her incompetence by almost an hour. We will no longer use this location. We have used other locations and have had a professional experience.

People were not overly helpful and a bit over the top on letting you know they were in chatge. I also ask to get some propane bottles filled and the lady was curt and pushy saying they were expired, I went to a propane dist. And they informed me they were good till July and they filled them. They also did not follow through with my reervation, when they said if a smaller trailer came in they would switch the ordrr. One did come in and they ignored it, also because they were closing call 1 800 uhaul , we'll there was no number its go uhaul!! They should clarify that.

The location was great, but the U-Haul app has serious flaws. I was unable to pick-up my truck from the previous location, which did not have the truck due to a late delivery. I received NO notification prior to being dropped off at site that my truck would not be ready. I had to go to this location instead. Extremely disappointed with lack of notification from app.

After booking my Truck rental online 48 hrs in advance, doing the early check in, showing up to the store 10 min early. I still had to wait in line for 40 minutes to get my truck. WOW... never again! I learned my lesson!

This was the only location that had a 17' truck avaiable but it is a very busy location and not enough help. Need more help. Ordered uhaul truck 2 days before but when I went to pick up the truck 10 min before my pick up time, I had to wait a long time to be helped, about 30 min.which made me late for meeting up with my family that was helping me move. Then when I brought the truck back it was another 20 min. wait. I have gone to 2 other locations and it has never been that long of a wait. The help was very nice and apologized a lot for the long wait. they could have one line for returns and 3 lines for pick ups.

My over all experiance was horrible. I was quoted wrong, I didn't get all the equiptment I requested, I wasn't informed about half the charges and in the end, they charged me $12 more then what the bill said. I will not be using uhaul any more, period.

I was not happy to be told by one customer service representative that I could return the truck by 6:15 pm on Sunday and get a refund only to be told by another representative that the store closed at 5pm on Sunday (I was there at 5:09pm) and I would have to drop the keys off and be mailed a refund check. There needs to be better communication and customer handling.

I called into your contact number and was registered for a 17' trailer for an 8:30 am pick up. I was told the next day my pickup had changed to 5:30 pm. The staff tried to help, but couldn't. It was a HORRIBLE experience. Luckily the staff was nice.

I had a reservation for 10:00 am and requested the online check-in/pick-up. When I got there at 10:00 am, the online check did not work, and I had to go into the store to be able to pick up my vehicle. I waited in line until 11:15. There were only 2 people in the store getting people registered for their trucks. I was not the only one waiting for an extremely long time. The truck overall was decent, but the seats were ripped. I do think they could have been better cared for.

Due to city problems this location has problems with pick up and drop off it's a great location for me as I usually get a trailer, for home improvement projects and there is a Home Depot and Lowe's nearby. My only complaint is related to property size not having a parking area and a pick up drop off area separate from the office area

We made a 24 hour reservation and the clerk made an error on the return time. I contacted uhaul as soon as I received the notification about what time the truck needed to be returned. The person on the phone was unable to fix the reservation even though the truck was available for the entire time we needed. I received a call in the morning saying the truck needed to be returned because someone else needed the truck. We only had half of our belongings in the truck and weren't able to move in to our new place by 7 am. When I called the store the man I talked to said reservations are subject to availability but since I called the evening before I knew this was a typo not an availability issue. After I got upset he said we could return the truck by the original time we requested but when he entered the information he was going to charge us for 2 days instead of the 1 day we reserved. When he dropped off the truck the first man who helped us fixed his mistake so we were only charged for the one day but overall this made moving way more stressful.

Everyone at this location was extremely nice and helpful, all except one individual. The individual was some sort of supervisor or shift manager. Maybe even the general manager. I don't know his name or his exact position, but it was apparent that he was in charge. He was extremely rude, not only to me but to one of the employees helping me. In the morning when I went to pick up the truck I had reserved it came out that the employee who was helping had made a mistake when he told a different customer something. Instead of handling it in private, and in a more professional manner, the individual in charge belittled the employee helping me for telling the customer something wrong. It was a very uncomfortable situation, and this happened in front of me, two three other customers and another employee. Then in the afternoon when I brought the truck back they looked at the odometer and the woman helping me said "Okay, it looks like you drove about 55 miles, does that seem right?" my sister and I very politely said "No." We then calculate how far we drove and told her it would've been, at the most, 45-47 miles. The woman helping us then said, "Okay, hold on one minute." Looked like she was re-calculating to make sure she got it right. Then the same individual, who was in charge, that was rude to his employee in the morning came over to the desk and the woman helping us asked him about it. The person in charge then asked me, in a very rude tone, "well did you check the odometer before you left?" I said "Yes" and then he said, in an even more rude and snarky tone "well then 55 miles is correct, we don't go by google maps or whatever, we go by the odometer, by law we have to." First of all, we weren't arguing, the woman helping us asked if we drove 55 miles and we said no. We never argued or even raised our voices or anything. The other thing as well is that even if he though we had been arguing he should not have handled it like he did. He was very unprofessional, and because of him, as long as he works there I will not be using this location again, and I will not be referring anyone to this location. Also, I hope this message reaches this individual so maybe he can learn some customer service skills, and also learn how to be more professional and not reprimand employees in front of other people. But also maybe it's time that they check the odometer on all their trucks to make sure they are counting correctly. Because I re-drove the exact route in my car afterwards, just to see, any my care showed it was 46 miles, not 55 miles.

The trailer was so dirty with dirt mud and rocks we had to use it to get a leather couch home that's we had bought and it got the couch dirty and the had mud and rocks tore holes in the couch.

Get the milage and gas correct on the contract. Have the employees brush their teeth. Get new customer support agents who won't have up on you after being on hold for 12 minutes.

Daniel was extremely polite and easy to work with. He made sure to point out that there was an option to drop the truck off after hours because he could tell I didn’t have much experience with moving. He was very reassuring and professional. I would absolutely recommend U-haul to friends or family.

I used express check in over the phone but still had to go inside and give my information again That was a little wierd but still got the equipment in a standard time period

Slow and under staffed. I had to wait over 45 minutes past my reservation time to get the trailer. I had planned on the average of 15 minutes, as we had made the equipment reservation. I had movers waiting for me 30 minutes, at $80/hr. The mover wait time was more than the whole equipment rental. Then had to wait 30 minutes when returning equipment.
